I was never contacted back and have not been seen

On the whole it has been good. I was distressed to find that the senior nurse Becky has left recently, and before her Aly. I could tell they were under a lot of pressure and ultimately you can spend all the money you like on nice chairs and decor but losing those two is a real blow.
