Everyone here is very professional, kind and helpful.. The premises are very well kept and parents are made to feel very welcome.

An amazing specialised unit Which is a privilege for any child My son aged 17 was very very poorly suffering with ARFID and extremely low weight Our 5 month journey has been outstanding, beyond expectations, pleasant safe environment, friendly experiences staff a feeling of home to home, excellent opportunities to pursue studies, welcoming supportive staff at all levels and positions, overall a positive experience with having my son who restored his weight and has fighted his life threatening situation now leading a normal life Thank you to the whole team and the management structure.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, and individual attention is paid to the patients. They made arrangements to take up exams at the school within the hospital premises, which we are very grateful for.

EM has delivered professionalism and compassion in equal measure. All staff have been supportive and positive throughout, and have communicated clearly on all topics. Our family has benefited enormously from the services provided by EM and we are deeply grateful.

Very friendly reception, well signed, great use of games in rooms, as helpful tools and distraction (from prolonged eye contact which might be less welcomed by patients) Excellent cup of tea offered-top marks!
