Very clean hospital and friendly staff nice to see a different hospital that is nice and clean and not a mess.

An all-round excellent experience

I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist who booked me in then took my temperature etc. then directed me to the waiting area. My appointment was later in the afternoon so it was very quiet with just a few people waiting. Eventually, I was the only one left and a nurse who was going around cleaning the chairs and tables in the waiting area was chatting away to me, which made the short wait very nice and the overall experience of attending the Duchy very pleasurable.

Friendly staff and the hospital is always immaculately clean.

The procedure for the visit was well managed and friendly. However it would be useful to know that it was necessary to know your car registration when checking in at reception. I had to return to the car park on a painful hip to read the car registration to provide that information.

Staff very efficient while being friendly.

The staff are always very friendly and go out of their way to make your visit as comfortable and pleasant as possible.

I was not checked in by reception. Hence Mr Norton was not aware that I was there. Had to go to reception twice. But opologies from Mr Norton.

My stay at the Duchy was, and I never thought I’d say this, enjoyable. The level of care was excellent, comforting and so kind. My suite was lovely, so comfortable I was quite sad to leave it. I mean that. Thank you to all and particularly to the ladies who prepared and served the food. So delicious. Thank you so much.
