Dr Verney Harrison is probably one of the kindest, perceprive and downright competent people I have been lucky to be looked after by (dentally!). He is enthusiatic, diligent and best at explaining the treatments and options available in easily understood terms - best when things seem involved and anxiety ridden.

Appreciated reminders about the appointment - arrived on time and greeted by friendly reception, a short wait and then my hygienist procedure. All good - going to Dental Beauty has changed my view of attending the dentist - they are always organised and helpful.

The overall experience is usually good, however I have found this to be dependent of the dentist practitioner you get. I suffer from dentist anxiety and it is important to me that the dentist, whom I always inform of my condition and is not an unusual condition, is supportive and sympathetic ensuring that I remain as relaxed as possible under the situation. It is one thing to just have a check up, however this is critical to me when receiving treatment. Some dentists here I have found less supportive and considerate which makes the experience stressful and return visits harder.
