Excellent staff on hand to help, very clean and tidy hospital. The receptionist in the physio area was extremely friendly and very helpful. I did not encounter any problems at this hospital.

Friendly hospital, caring staff

All staff are extremely professional yet very friendly and caring for all needs . They make you feel welcome and valued and take the time to talk to you as an individual .

Whether a COVID test, a consultant or physio appointment, each time I have been to the BMI Ridgeway (or spoken to anyone there), I have been treated in the same friendly and courteous way. At no point did I ever feel rushed. The nurses were fantastic and I am convinced that the calm and kind demeanour of all the staff help patients recover quicker. My experience has been excellent.
