Staff are obviously well supported by management, many staff that attended to me after my operation were long term employees and had worked for the priory on and off for most of their working lives which is always an indication of a well run establishment. Without exception every member of staff was empathetic, professional and far seeing endeavouring to give me the best experience possible. The priory should be proud of their staff who made a very difficult time bearable.
