Efficient and friendly receptionists. Has improved since being taken over by Circle Health. Not a good day for parking - in Meriden's own car park - but that is not something that can be solved in the foreseeable future. Carpark Officer always cheery and helpful, and needs to be recognised as for most he is the first person they meet on arrival.

The only real issue is always insufficient parking.

Initial appointment booking went well, friendly greeting at appointment and timely consultation. There was a delay in getting the financial information from the hospital and I had to follow this up. At my final appointment I was disappointed in the attitude of the particular receptionist that I saw when I was trying to make a follow up appointment .
