Timely, efficient and capable

Overall my experience was great however I have had appointments cancelled and I was told a letter was sent out to cancel but I didn't receive this. In light of being environmentally friendly for patients who have email addresses it would be better to either contact them via phone or email to notify them that appointments are cancelled. Other than that my experience was great

Excellent! The staff were wonderful throughout my stay. A very pleasant experience, so much so that I didn’t want to leave. Exceptional team of nurses and physiotherapists. Very professional, friendly and a good sense of humour which goes a long way. Food was delicious, proper home cooked meals. Thank you kitchen staff!
