I experienced an abrupt welcome ( neither soft nor especially polite ), i informed the reception team of my procedure and was mis-directed where i waited 10 minutes to be seen by a second receptionist who matter of factory told me i was in the wrong place and offered no apology, this prior to a colonoscopy about which i was anxious was not appreciated.
