High standard as always

The care provided was adequate, but not of the standard I would expect of a BMI facility. I felt the information given to me post surgery with a general anaesthetic, was to much to remember it needed to be written down for me to be able to refer to it later, as I was still slightly disoriented. I felt rushed out post surgery. I was not told my consultant was coming back to see me. I was only told I can go now, 2/3 times. If I knew he was making a post visit I would not have left. My medical certificate was not given to me, which required another journey to the hospital to collect.

MRI and Ultrasound/injection/physio all super friendly and efficient and effective. Thanks all!

Different departments at the hospital differ in the level of service they offer and it struck me that the imaging department were under particular pressure. That said the radiology team were fantastic.
