The Saxon is always fast and efficient Mr Toe is always informative , explaining why a procedure is needed and helpful after the surgery

My stay was excellent. Immediately following discharge I was taken ill with the effects of the medication. Had I stayed another night this may have been spotted earlier and dealt with rather than me ending up in A&E.

The staff were fabulous from the moment I arrived until I left.The level are care was first class .Nothing was too much trouble. 5 star care....

Very pleased with my experience there

I was left alone with my Mum in the room for a long time. I had to check in at 1pm. A very nice lady took my food order and then I saw Mr Toe, the consultant. My mum asked him when I would have the procedure and he said I was last down and it would be about 4pm. We were left alone then. The Wi-fi didn’t work. It would have been nice if someone’s checked on us every now and then. I finally went down at about 5.15. Everyone was great. I came back, had my food and was discharged about 6.30
