I received excellent care during my stay at Sarum Road, I was put completely at ease before my operation by the nursing staff, the surgeon & the anaesthetist. I had decompression of the ulnar nerve at the elbow performed by Mr Macleod & am happy to say it has been a complete success, I am very happy with the treatment I received.

A very good experience each time I have visited the hospital. To mention a few people I encountered: Ashley - extremely good and effective Physiotherapy. Christine - Nurse/Care assistant. Was not particular attentive in the day as I hardly saw her. She also forgot to reapply my surgical stockings for around 6 hours after I had showered on one day. Anaesthetist - Used a different methodology this time (I was awake throughout the procedure). Didn’t enjoy the experience but seemed to have a quicker recovery. Pam - overnight Nurse was very caring and attentive. Peter - catering staff. He was amazing.

Great experience overall. Doctor MacLeod was very kind and he made me feel really comfortable by showing emphaty and expertise. He explained every aspect of my collar bone/shoulder in an easy way that I could understand what it s going on.
