The staff were friendly and very helpful during my visits. Everyone managed to social distance to a certain degree but where it was not possible, the staff wore their PPE and made me feel quite safe. I would highly recommend the BMI Cavell if you need treatment.

All the staff at the Cavell were welcoming and friendly. If there was a delay they always explained why. They were all very professional.

I arrived in time for my appointment. I checked in to the receptionist. I then sat down and waited to be called. I only waited a few minutes before seeing Mr Bajekal and then when I went back for a CT scan I was called almost immediately. I had a 2pm appointment and was out of the hospital by 2.20pm.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was naturally nervous before surgery but the anaesthetist explained everything before surgery. After I had something very light to eat and the physio was excellent. The room was private, spotless and quiet so you could watch the tv or snooze if you wished.
