Difficult to criticise, the facility was good and the staff professional. Results were available quickly and the next steps were put in place very quickly.

I would highly recommend anyone thinking about getting this test done. Sarah was amazing and very knowledgable. It is a big decision but I felt it was something I needed to do for my family. I had no idea there were so many different types of breast cancer genes. It was great news to find out my results were negative not just for myself but for my daughter. I know it doesn't rule out getting breast cancer completely and we still need to carry on getting checked regularly.

Had to extract a bit more blood that I expected and had to use both fingers let users know to have someone else with them when extracting blood just in case they faint, which is what I normally do.

Despite having a few technical issues with the website once they were sorted I found the process and experience very smooth and efficient.
