It was really quick and easy to take the test and everything I needed to pop it back in the postbox was sent, which I really appreciated. I received an email as soon as the sample arrived back at the lab, and the result within a few days.

Service was very swift, both in providing the test kit and test result. Your Team was quick at responding to queries. Overall, a very good experience. A number of test kits were sent to me in error. Extracting the sample proved to be very difficult. Perhaps it was me, although I did the follow your instructions. This was the only frustrating part of the process.
