The Thames View is a dedicated private facility providing care for private patients on the 15th floor of Charing Cross Hospital. With all medical technology and specialist facilities available on site 24 hours a day, a range of acute and specialist services, and a team of internationally renowned consultants, the hospital offers the highest quality medical care.
Inpatient facilities consist of single en suite rooms with additional access to specialist areas if clinically required. There are day case rooms to cater for a short stay, a private outpatient department and a dedicated oncology chemotherapy day unit. The hospital is a leading centre for neurosciences, neurorehabilitation, complex surgery, elective orthopaedics, cancer care and ear, nose and throat (ENT) services.
The Thames View has access to Charing Cross Hospital's urology department which is particularly advanced as the designated centre for urological malignancy in the West London Cancer network and is home to the West London Cystectomy Centre for bladder cancer.

Good experience overall - a very smooth process from booking by a very efficient professional, Kristina Pindolia, Private Secretary to Dr Richard Turner, to seeing one of the top lung doctors, Dr Richard Turner. There was, practically, no waiting time. All the staff members were friendly and kind.

Very happy with the service, managed to see a doctor the next day, following the appointment had a scan the same morning and met the doctor again by lunchtime to review. I was very relieved to be dealt with so quickly.

The care was extremely good but the most important aspect was the quality of the surgeon, operating theatre & anaesthetist as far I am concerned.

Very efficient once I got there. A little more challenging to get everything booked up. The parking situation was horrible though - parking machines don't take credit cards or pay-by-phone so I had to run inside, buy something to get change and then neither ticket machine would accept the coins. Uff! Luckily no ticket but still, very stressful.
