My only negative comment is the lack of parking at the hospital
The parking can be a problem, we admit. It's as a result of two houses being joined together back in 1935 so we're slightly limited in being able to provide extra spaces, but are looking into whether the council might allow us some allocated road parking for our patients, amongst other solutions! The care provided by Mount Alvernia was generally very good. The food on the menu was not always available and when I phoned up about my medication that was making me sick I was told not to take the codeine. This obviously was not the right way forward and the next day when I phoned I was told to come in and the care they gave in providing the anti sickness pills and the right dose of codeine plus cleaning my wound was great.
