Very good and as expected

My treatment has gone well, it was not a long drawn out process and I was not waiting ages. I felt listen to and about. I felt individual needs were catertered to and time was taken to check treatment was all good.

From entering the hospital to leaving from the follow-up appointment, all departments that I saw were great. I went for a follow-up x-ray and consultation for a knee replacement about 4-1/2 months ago and found everyone to be very helpful.

I was asked to leave the hospital when I did not think I was fit and ready to leave after knee surgery. I felt one of the physio’s who I met after my surgery was quite negative with me when I was already in a low mood. The way information and feedback is given needed to be more constructive and positive
