20/10 I was recommended to Dr Alek by multiple friends, including one who is a doctor herself and trained under him. He came highly, highly recommended and is known as the best in the business — and I can completely understand why. From the moment I walked into the practice, I was warmly greeted by Sam, the practice administrator. She was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel right at home. Thank you, Sam! I’ve seen many aesthetic doctors and practitioners before, and Dr Alek is by far the best I’ve ever experienced. Previously, consultations felt rushed — numbing cream applied, a quick question about what I wanted, and straight into the procedure. With Dr Alek, it was completely different. We began with a thorough consultation where we discussed my concerns, the procedures I was interested in, and everything I’ve previously had done — including where, when, and any medications I’m on. He then did a full facial assessment, looking at proportions, symmetry, and structure. He carefully felt for any existing filler or lumps, explained what they were, and clearly walked me through what we can and can’t do moving forward. Everything was explained in a way that was detailed yet easy to understand. We created a thoughtful plan of action together, and what stood out most was that he never once tried to “sell” me on anything — something I’ve experienced with every other practitioner before. It’s immediately clear that he truly cares about his patients, has an incredible passion for what he does, and an exceptional eye for detail. He really knows his craft. Today we did Botox, and it was genuinely pain-free. He is precise, intentional, and incredibly gentle. As soon as I left, I couldn’t wait to call my husband and tell him how amazing the experience was. I’ve now officially joined my group of friends who cannot recommend Dr Alek highly enough. I had been thinking about the PlexR eyelid lift procedure for a few years, and I’m so glad I found Dr SW Clinics, as if was important to me to be in the experienced hands of medical professionals. Right from my consultation with Dr Abdi I was put at ease, he answered all my questions and explained everything to me, and there was no pressure to go ahead with the procedure. On the day Dr Abdi ensured I was made comfortable throughout the procedure, and during my recovery period my queries were always answered promptly. I am delighted with the results, and can only thank whole-heartedly Dr Abdi and the team for their attentiveness, their professionalism and friendly approach. I’d have no hesitation in recommending the services of Dr Abdi, and would definitely approach them again in the future.

From the moment I arrived at reception until I left at the end of my assessment I was treated really well. Reception staff were really friendly and respectful and explained the paperwork to be completed and assured me that the wait would not be too long. I was called within 5 minutes by the first nurse who carried out all the necessary basic checks explaining everything really clearly. She then sent me back to the waiting area until the doctors were ready to do the final assessment again I only waited about 5 minutes before I was called to the examination room. The doctor explained really clearly what all the tests were for and what would happen when the procedure was to be done. A very pleasant experience from start to finish

Mr Yu performed successful glaucoma surgery on my eye 2 months ago. He is highly skilled and knowledgeable, taking the time to clearly explain the procedure to me beforehand, patiently answering all my questions fully. He is very calm and reassuring, (as is his whole team) so I felt relaxed and confident on the day. His continuing aftercare has been excellent, and my eye recovered more quickly than I expected, with much less pain than I had anticipated, all down to his high level of expertise. We recently attended an appointment for nail removal with Tony Wilkinson. From arrival when we were greeted on both occasions by Dawn we had an excellent client experience. The premises are spotless. Dawn - the Receptionist on duty on both appiontments we incredibly friendly and took time to chat with my elderly mum to put her at ease. A great credit to the facility with lovely customer care. Mr Wilkinson was very informative and attentive during both appiontments - very professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Coriel Clinic.

My right eye cataract was operated on by Mr. Wearne a couple of years ago and I was very happy to go back to him when I needed my left eye operated on. This time I had a Rayner Galaxy Toric Multifocal lens put in my left eye. I am very pleased with the results - my vision is now excellent. Occasionally, I need to wear reading glasses ( not a prescription just a pair bought from any shop) if I am doing some close work or reading small print in poor light.

I had an appointment on Monday 12th January , however this had to be cancelled as Dr was sick, was able to get an appointment for the Tuesday 13th, suited perfect, also at the appointment was determined that I needed my bloods done, was able to come back in Wednesday morning at 9am to get done, was told the results would be a week to then call back and prescription could be issued, I don’t have to do this , within the week prescription was emailed to me.

Always very friendly, attentive, a well-stocked childrens waiting room. On this latest visit we did have a slightly bizzare situation where we arrived, were checked in, weighed and measured, and put into the waiting room. We then received a phonecall - from the next room - explaining that we were late for our appointment. They were very embarrassed and there was no harm at all. Funny though!

From arrival to leaving, staff were very friendly and helpful. I was treated respectfully and with care. I visited the facility twice this week and on the first occasion - late afternoon, there was no option for purchasing refreshments. On my second visit, which was earlier in the day, the facility to purchase drinks and snacks was open, and was very good.

. It’s not clear where the private department is (or any other) as no reception desk at hospital entrance (only a security man on other duties). When in 2nd floor private area do not expect trappings of luxury or flashy equipment. You do get kindness, attentiveness and skill and efficiency. Came out with problem fixed. No cafe.
