Both procedures went successfully, and I always felt safe and confident under his care. He gave me a sense of calm and trust during a very difficult and emotional time. He prescribed all the necessary medications and physiotherapy, and whenever I had questions, he responded promptly and kindly. His support never stopped outside appointments — he was always there when I needed guidance. Beyond his exceptional professionalism, Dr Gautam is a genuinely kind, compassionate, and empathetic person. I am deeply grateful for everything he has done for me and sincerely wish him good health, success, and all the very best.

Been feeling very unwell, anxious for a few days and by the Friday I realised it may be a UTI or kidney infection. I then panicked realising it would be difficult to get a GP appointment before the weekend. I then remembered I had heard about this new service, went on line, booked a same day appointment, easy, The centre was a little tricky to find but very clean and Professional. Dr Ben was engaging, listened carefully, did a urine dip and basic obs and prescribed antibiotics. For £80 an excellent service, this also took some pressure off the NHS. It has been 2 weeks now, feeling much better and probably avoided a hospital stay.. money well spent. I am myself an NHS worker so was able to get back to work fairly quickly to continue the battle !

I have been visiting Dr Kathryn for several years now. She is absolutely fantastic so calming & understands exactly what you are trying to achieve. I have recently had several small moles/skin tags removed from my face & would highly recommend. The procedure was completed so quickly & virtually pain free. The final results are just amazing & I felt calm & relaxed throughout. The salon is beautiful & spotlessly clean. I have never felt rushed & Dr Kathryn takes her time to listen to you. Above all else she is a really lovely professional expert & I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my treatments.

Experience OK but to have to travel 80 mile round trip with 24 hrs notice was stressful, for the pre-accessment which I had to ask for, as not arranged. If I had been told on the information letter that if I was taking antibiotics I would need to have 4 weeks clear before I could have my procedure, this would have prevented me from excepting the procedure date I had been given. Therefore would have given the date to someone else. I had two weeks notice of my procedure which is OK if all information had been given to me. Find the administration side lacking. Lovely staff. .

I have chronic pain (left elbow, right wrist, and lower back) due to sports injuries and less-than-ideal posture from long working hours in finance. I first met Simon at the Canary Wharf clinic in 2018, and he has since become my go-to physio. Not only does he provide effective pain relief, he also helps me understand the root causes so I can manage the pain myself. I highly recommend him to anyone who works long hours and also trains hard at the gym. Went to see him first week of Jan 2026 becasue my wrist was a bit flared up last month, and he's as good as usual!

He organised an MRI promptly, which allowed him to diagnose my son accurately, and crutches were arranged immediately. Mr Sobti has been outstanding throughout – professional, thorough, and entirely focused on my son’s recovery. He never recommends unnecessary appointments, unlike some consultants. His priority is clearly his patients and their wellbeing, not his bank balance!

Different time slots and sessions or more flexibility. Clearer communication between services and funders. Digital timetable, links and resources could benefit from being clearer/more easy to find. Mixed bag of staff, although the weaker ones did go quite quickly it still felt as though I was a bit of a guinea pig and didn't get as much from those sessions. Core team very caring, compassionate and supportive. Environment is an downside, a shared office building is not the best setting.

I took my 14 yr old, slightly awkward son to see Mr Buddhev recently and he was fantastic with him. Mr Buddhev put Jonathan at ease and spoke directly to him in language that he could understand. After a frustrating year with an ankle injury sustained playing football, seeing Alex at PSM has been great. Alex provided a detailed analysis of my gait and took a 3D scan of my foot to create orthoses customised to me. He also clearly explained what was going on with my ankle and how it can get better, having done a number of tests to pinpoint the issue. Highly recommend Alex for anyone struggling with a foot-related sports injury.
