The One Welbeck centre was immaculately clean and tastefully furnished. The waiting room areas felt more like a Hotel than a clinic which I found relaxing. All of the staff that I encountered in the Breast clinic were professional and polite. I was seen quickly. The entire process from beginning to end was very smooth and efficient. Mr Leeper is an extraordinary Consultant, he is incredibly charming, polite, personable, kind, approachable, and eloquent. I felt very comfortable speaking with Mr Leeper, and being assessed by him. When the results of my mammogram and scan were received Mr Leeper very kindly took the time to explain the results to me in detail using easy to understand language. I particularly appreciated Mr Leeper's attention to detail, and kindness in interpreting complex medical terminology in such a way that it made complete sense to me. I would highly recommend Mr Leeper. Mr Leeper's Breast Cancer Nurse was also very welcoming and professional. Thank you for delivering such excellent care.

I met with my surgeon online. The online facility works extremely well. I noticed that I was sent two new reminders of the meeting on the day with direct links. I like this new approach very much. As always, the surgeon, Prof J Murphy, was prompt and conducted the consultancy with detailed feedback, including the sharing onscreen of a third party report which was extremely helpful and informative. Prof J Murphy has an extremely open, honest and clear approach to discussing aspects of the individual patient’s health that are not easy to discuss. This allows the patient to feel their case is being carefully monitored, considered and options, going forward are shared and discussed with them. This surgeon engenders great trust in his review of information, liaison with others specialists, communication, surgical treatment and overall management of the individual patient’s case.

I’ve been going to APPI Clinic to see Isabella for over 12 months now, and I’m genuinely glad I finally found a physiotherapist who truly understands my condition. I came in today for surgery feeling incredibly nervous after a bad experience on the NHS previously, all I can say is I am so impressed with how different the process has been with the team today. Everyone from reception to the nurses to the anesthesiologist and of course Mr Banwell were genuinely fantastic and I can’t thank them enough. No question or ask was too much, I truly felt genuine care and warmth from all the staff. They checked on me regularly, reassured me constantly. My pain has been managed incredibly well and Mr Banwell’s precision has most definitely aided this too. I can’t be more grateful for everyone that cared for me today, Thank you all so much.

I have been under Mr Rudol’s care for the last 9 weeks , following an MRI that revealed I required spinal surgery . This came as a great shock as it was such an acute event . Mr Rudol took time to talk me through my imaging , showed me exactly where the issue was , what the surgery entailed and recovery time . Mr Rudol kindly and eloquently discussed risks , expectations and really eased the process and fear of the surgery, he encouraged questions from myself and my partner and answered with detail and honesty. My surgery was a success and the after care has been as compassionate and professional as my pre operative journey .

On arrival, and in good time, there was a huge que at the reception desk with only one member of staff trying to deal with patients. We waiting a very long time even to be acknowledged so, not wanting to be late for our appointment, we made our own way to the area A. We were then approached another member of staff in Area A who was able to give us the forms we should have received at reception. Knowing that a significant number of patients were due in the recetion should have been fully staffed with an expeditious way in processing through.

It was difficult to learn in such a blunt manner by Mr Konan that my consultant in Devon had referred me to the wrong hospital for advice on my metal on metal blood irons/revision surgery. Your department had plenty opportunities to reply to the letter from Mr Hubble my referral consultant and explain l should be referred to the Stanmore hospital. When l explained l had come a long way for the appointment Mr Konan seemed to soften and give me the benefit of his option as a very blunt stating l had been referred to the wrong hospital.

He recently completely my colposcopy followed by a LEETZ procedure and although I am a very anxious patient and was really nervous before the appointment, Mr Razvi was very kind and I honestly didn’t feel any pain. The procedure was successful and I put that down to Mr Razvi’s skill and experience. From walking through the doors on my first visit (presurgery) in June 2025 I was put at ease at all stages throughout my visits from the reception staff, the assessment staff pre surgery and the operating staff, pre and post surgery staff and the surgeon himself. Any questions IAd were answered very thoroughly.

He also discussed the timeline and options for management. He was polite and listened to all my concerns patiently. As a fellow doctor, I found him very professional and pleasant to talk to.

It would help to have the same team more regularly as per the information but I realise that because of ‘flu it was not possible Some locus on Daturdau were good. One useless The hospital experience other than the rehab was nothing like as good as the Princess Grace and left alot to be desired
