Finally, a doctor/surgeon with a human face! Mr Jack is empathic, excellent at finding ways to put patients at ease, and takes the time to explain things clearly, and allay fears about any necessary surgical procedures. He has the rare ability to make you feel that he really cares about you as a human being, and achieving the best outcome for every individual. A rare skill. In addition, he is a very skilled and experienced surgeon, having worked with one of the top Orthopaedic Surgeons in Australia, focusing on younger patients engaged in active, professional competitive sports. When I first had a consultation with him, I was extremely worried, due some rather "tricky" health issues. He was was completely unfazed by these problems, which have me confidence, and was a huge relief to me on a personal level. I can only say, if you need a total hip or knee replacement, consider yourself extremely fortunate if Mr Jack is your surgeon. Finally my "qualifications" for submitting such a glowing recommendation - over 30 years as a qualified State Registered Nurse/State Certified Midwife for the NHS (RAF trained). I have been under Dr Raza's care for almost 3 years. I first saw him when a spinal MRI showed large fibroid. A few months ago, I had been in more discomfort than before so I decided to see Dr Raza in September. It turned out then after USG that the fibroid grew almost 60% and the additional MRI showed abnormal tissue. Dr Raza decided to perform emergency single-port robotic hysterectomy, an advanced and innovative method in the gynecology field. Although he was fully booked, he prioritised my case. Everything went well, and I recovered within a few weeks. I am so happy and so lucky that I have been under Dr Raza's care. He is an expert in his field, and always devotes more time during consultations to explain everything so that you can make informed decisions about your health. Going forward I will be seeing Dr Raza to monitor my female health.

I can't recommend Mr. Inzerillo highly enough. I chose Mr. Inzerillo because I found I still had another 6-12 months on the NHS waiting list. As I had the problem explained by my optician and certified by the NHS, Mr. Inzerillo agreed to do my examination and treatment at the first visit which saved me doing a difficult trip twice! He has an excellent manner when making you feel at ease and can explain the problem and treatment in easy layman's words. The treatment was efficiently done and a follow up visit was also a pleasure! I had a query about the drops I was given and typed the query to his secretary on a Sunday, expecting a reply on the Monday. I was astonished to get a reply from Mr. Inzerillo via his secretary on the Sunday! Now that is care! Any future eye problems and I am back to this consultant. I rate him excellent plus.

Dec 15 2025 , 6 months after ankle fusion . I was dreading the operation it’s about 2 hours long I didn’t feel a thing I opted for a epidural the operation went well , the recovery isn’t easy boot for 3 months and then gradual weight bare , yes at the beginning it’s sore my fault I don’t do pain killers , I opted for a knee scooter to get around (brilliant) after about 14 weeks I could walk around carefully I did everything by the book and now 6 months on my pain is gone ,I mcan walk about 2miles easily per day . Before the operation I didn’t want to do anything I just wanted to get where ever and sit down as I was in such discomfort for me it was the best decision I have ever made . As for Mr Peter Robinson he a lovely gentleman I would trust him completely . Jeremy R

Always an absolute pleasure coming to Vermilion, the staff are just on another level. I honestly think you wouldn’t get that kind of treatment anywhere else in the country. It was an emergency appointment to deal with an infected tooth. All the staff were friendly and sympathetic and the dentist dealt with my problem, promptly and efficiently. The state of my tooth was examined and X-rayed and I was given the best options for treating it. I agreed my tooth should be extracted and I was given clear instructions on the post procedure care. The next day the receptionist rang me to ask if I was OK and to remind me I could contact the practice if I had any queries or after effects.
