I had a private care with Dr Kenga Sivarajah (my Obstetrician) at King’s College Hospital, Denmark Hill and Central Health clinic for the delivery of my baby, and I cannot recommend the experience highly enough. Dr Kenga is truly a brilliant obstetrician. Her expertise, calm reassurance, and decisive leadership throughout my pregnancy and delivery made me feel completely safe and confident at every stage. She combines exceptional clinical skill with genuine compassion, which made an enormous difference during such an important and emotional time. I am also incredibly grateful to Adrian Dubrowicz, the anaesthetist, whose professionalism, clear explanations, and calm manner put me instantly at ease. His care was outstanding and contributed hugely to a smooth and positive delivery experience. A very special thank you to Keira Willis and Amina Muhommad who were absolutely amazing midwives during our two-day stay. Their kindness, attentiveness, encouragement, and tireless support — both clinically and emotionally — made the entire experience feel personal, caring, and reassuring. They went above and beyond to ensure both my baby and I were comfortable and well cared for. The standard of care under Dr Kenga’s leadership at King’s College Hospital was exceptional, and I will always be grateful to this outstanding team for the role they played in bringing our baby safely into the world. I would highly recommend Dr Kenga and her team and the private maternity service to anyone seeking expert care with a truly human touch.

I have been seeing Josh at Reflex 18 for the past two months as part of my recovery plan following a Total Knee Replacement in October 2025. During my initial consultation, Josh carefully established my prior level of fitness and worked with me to identify ambitious yet realistic rehabilitation goals. He designed a bespoke programme of graduating exercises which are further adapted during each subsequent appointment. I find it helpful that Josh demonstrates each exercise, fine tunes my ‘effort’ and also emails a visual guide, as a reminder, after each appointment. I believe that I have made far greater progress in terms of knee flexion, stamina and strength by visiting Reflex 18 than I ever would have done if I had attempted to pursue my own rehab using a book or online package. Josh has the ability to identify which muscles need to be worked upon in order to achieve a certain goal and this is something which I could have not done myself. The Reflex 18 rooms are immaculately clean and are well-equipped. I have found every staff member to be friendly and highly professional. There is never any pressure to book further appointments. Parking is plentiful and convenient.. I am very happy with the support which I have received from Reflex 18.

He treats his patients with kindness, respect, and empathy, which makes a challenging experience much easier to go through. I am incredibly grateful for his expertise and care, and I would trust him without hesitation. He is truly an outstanding surgeon .

I had LASIK surgery with Allon Barsam yesterday, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My vision feels unbelievably clear, almost like seeing through the eyes of a superhero. Allon guided me through every step of the procedure as it was happening, which made the entire experience feel calm, safe, and reassuring. The surgery was genuinely painless; there was one brief moment of discomfort that lasted no more than 10 seconds, and he calmly counted down the seconds so I knew exactly what to expect. My eyes stung a little afterwards, but after a short nap I woke up feeling completely fine. If you’re considering laser eye surgery, I can’t recommend it highly enough. My recent visits with Isabella have been nothing short of outstanding. When I first started, I was dealing with a bad back and had very little hope of returning to the gym. Over the past six months, the progress has been incredible—I’m now feeling better than I have in a long time. Isabella’s approach is always goal-focused and tailored to what I want to achieve, with every session building progressively on the last. She consistently checks in to make sure improvements are happening and adjusts treatment as needed. On top of that, she’s an incredibly supportive and accommodating person to work with, especially when it comes to scheduling. I genuinely couldn’t recommend her more to anyone needing physiotherapy and long-term results.

From the moment I met Mr Karamanakos he was he was very attentive to my needs, explained every aspect of the procedure to correct my hernia. He went into great detail of my options as to which procedure would be best for me and that would produce the best results. After the operation he came and saw myself and my wife and spent time explaining what had happened during the procedure and what I should and should not do to ensure a good recovery. In the follow up appointment he again spent time with us on how I should proceed over the next 1 month. His explanations were very clear and easy to understand. Mr Karamanakos was very professional and was very easy and approachable throughout the whole time I was under his care.

Excellent consult. Unfriendly reception. Not particularly clean. The worst part the hospital didn’t order my medication. Said to my consultant we can get it tomorrow. He was down from Scotland. Only for the day. I was travelling to London. So he went and got it from another hospital. Next time I see him we won’t be coming there!
