I found Dr.Barnes personable, knowledgeable and patient-focussed, clearly interested in his specialism and an excellent communicator. He conveyed a genuine interest in understanding the nature of my condition and I was impressed that he had carefully researched my medical history prior to the appointment and during its course undertook his own thorough clinical examination. He was equally careful in establishing my subjective experience of my illness and how this has impacted on my overall functioning and wellbeing. The potential investigation/treatment plan he outlined was well thought through and at the same time flexible enough to allow for any changes which might be necessary. I found him empathic and reassuring as a consultant and as a human being.

I had a double knee arthroscopy 4 weeks ago, I cannot find a single issue at all that could possibly be a negative in regards to my visit/procedure. The staff were absolutely amazing, the care I received was outstanding, the clinic was clean, welcoming and comfortable. Despite my reasons for being there, I think I can honestly say that I have had worse experiences on a 5* holiday than I had during my stay. I truly thank all the staff, consultants and surgeons for which, apart from the reason I was there, was a truly calm, comfortable, relaxed and exceptionally friendly time there. I honestly cannot thank them enough.

Directions to the car park should be better, ie if you put Candover Clinic in the sat nav you can't get to the patient car park for MRI without going out and sitting in traffic to get around the other side of the hospital. It could also be clearer where MRI is on the map (eg circled). It was quite confusing whether I was in the right place as was given NHS forms (is a shared NHS facility). They also told me off for not reading a leaflet but I didn't get a leaflet. The lady who completed the procedure was excellent though. Before and afterwards I felt a bit more alone and confused than at other private procedures.

Mr Kelleher was simply fantastic! Right from the first consultation, I was immediately put at ease. His calm and reassuring manner made our first pregnancy feel like a dream. His whole team is a delight too. We had an elective c-section and couldn’t recommend Mr Kelleher more - the whole experience before, during and after theatre was seamless and stress free. My recovery has been surprisingly quick and couldn’t be happier with how my scar is looking already only a few weeks in! We will 100% be back for baby number 2!

I had an appointment with Dr Fiona Kerr I have been very unwell with a chest infection, however Dr Kerr listened to my lungs etc and heard a slight crackling and I was wheezing and coughing, so she wrote a prescription for steroids, Antibiotics and give me a blue inhaler to use if my chest was tight. I thought overall I got great service from the Doctor and the staff im in a wheelchair and found the clinic fully accessible. Thank you for great care.

My experience was very poor resulting in unnecessary angerplas procedure which could have been avoided if the diagnosis had been correct in the first place. It was found necessary to go privately to a specialist cardiologist consultant to enable a stress echcardiography to show that I did not have engina or any heart problem. This test should have been done within the Heart Clinic over a year ago when the problem was brought to your attention.

We had a son already and it felt like there was a huge gap in medical support to investigate these issues and the only option would be IVF which didn't feel right. I was so worried about it not healing it needing an operation on it. Thankful I didn’t and I just followed the protocol provided. I am 16 weeks post injury now and finally out of the boot and walking relatively normal now with physio.

I thought that the eye I was getting done would be same as my good eye and am now anxious as I await to see if this has to be done. Bearing in mind I waited 8years for the first one to be done.
