I recently had a laparoscopy with Mr Okaro and I couldn't be more grateful for the care I received. From the very beginning Mr Okaro was very professional,kind and took the time to explain everything clearly which immediately put me at ease with his knowledge and experience . The procedure itself went very well. Mr Okaro not only removed my fallopian tube as I was referred for but also treated my endometriosis at the same time. After the surgery he was patient and happy to answer any questions which I truly appreciate. I feel very fortunate to have been under his care and I would happily return to him for any future gynae concerns. I would highly recommend Mr Okaro to friends and family without a doubt. I also want to mention Justina who was my first point of contact before I made the decision to see Mr Okaro. Justina gave me the reassurance and explained everything I needed to know. Both Mr Okaro and Justina made the whole experience so much easier and im very thankful for their support.

We recently returned to Dr Jog after 2 1/2 years due to our daughter experiencing constipation again. The first time we saw Dr Jog was during March/April 2020 and we were desperate to seek help for our then 7 year old who was in chronic pain and experiencing constipation. After previous appointments with other drs who had dismissed our daughter’s pain as nothing to worry about, Dr Jog’s approach was a breath of fresh air - she was supportive, took out daughter’s pain seriously, really listened to us and our daughter and swiftly organised tests and was able to successfully help and cure our daughter’s condition. We’ve returned to Dr jog because we trust her and know that everything she does is for the good of her patients and she listens to the children and takes what they are saying seriously so that she can effectively support their medical needs. We are very grateful to Dr Jog and trust her explicitly.

Appointment was at 4:30pm and was told surgery should be at 5:15, after about an hours wait we're told the anesthesiologist has not been told hes working today so isn't there. We were told we'd have to reschedule. Then 5 minutes later we were told to wait and their on their way in so the surgery could be the same day. The anesthesiologist then came in without having read the notes of the surgery and was going to put me under when I only needed an arm block. He had a bad attitude clearly from being called in at about 8pm. The rest of the evening went smoothly but I had to wait till around 9pm to eat again & was did not feel at ease when being prepared for theatre and had to be given anxiety medication as I was very stressed by the anesthesiologists attitude. However the doctor that preformed the surgery and the nurses on the ward were incredibly kind and informative to help keep calm

Arriving at the Lyndhurst Rooms for a Blood test and a CT scan in the hospital. Reception were polite quick and efficient. The Phlebotomist was professional and conducted the tests well. Absolutely fine. However, the CT scan is conducted by the hospital radiology department. Waiting times were extended at the radiology reception(NHS) and in the department(NHS) before the scan. The staff were as expected very good and professional, no issue there, but the waiting time over and above the booked time was between 45minutes to one hour overdue. I have had similar scans in different facities previousy and this does not compare with the London Clinic which is fully private and the same private insurance payer is paying for a private service. the RFH Private Patients could do a lot better.

RTN Mental Health - Right To Choose

I was referred by my GP to RTN via Right To Choose and I have been diagnosed with combined type ADHD. I wanted an assessment which was thorough as I have other conditions such as anxiety, and it was very comprehensive. I felt like my full history was properly reviewed and explained to me. The assessment process was also vulnerable to go through, especially as an adult in my 40s, but all the staff I spoke to via email or face-to-face were very kind, supportive and validating. Thank you. My overall experience was excellent and I would highly recommend RTN to others. My one small piece of feedback is whether you can incorporate a save button in the online forms. I find form-filling quite overwhelming and I think it would have helped to be able to do it in stages.

I had an upper blephoraplasty and lower pinch operation on my eyes. From the initial consultation through to the operation and follow up appointments all of the staff have been amazing. They are friendly, professional and very reassuring, which is essential when you are a nervous patient. Nothing is too much trouble. The clinic is spotless and has a very calm and welcoming atmosphere. My surgeon, Professor Miranda, fully explained the procedure and is friendly and approachable. Lewis who is the surgical coordinator is an absolute gem and a pleasure to talk with. Overall, I highly recommend the clinic

Admin team are really friendly and very helpful with any questions. They are also very quick to respond to emails which is amazing. Dr Chris Airey is brilliant, he goes through every blood marker and explains everything clearly. I transferred to this clinic from Optimale as the service and protocol I was on didn’t feel very optimal for me. In my opinion, UrbanTRT is way better and I now understand what truly personalised TRT looks like. The difference in how I feel, the communication, and the level of detail they go into has been top quality.

The appointment was for an electocardiogram and ECG. The technician was very helpful, pleasant and thorough, but I did find difficulty in lying on either side as I have lost weight and felt the pressure from the table. Very pleased that my wife was able to come in and view the procedure, so any questions asked she could help with if necessary as I have poor hearing. I was able to see Dr O'Sullivan with the results quickly and it was beneficial to us that our son-in-law Kevin was able to be present as well as my wife.
