Dr de Rosnay takes the time to listen, explain things clearly, and ensure you feel truly looked after — not just as a patient, but as a person. What sets him apart is his exceptional professionalism combined with a warmth that immediately puts you at ease. What truly stood out was his dedication beyond the consulting room. Knowing I was anxious about test results, he personally arranged a call on a Saturday morning — entirely outside of any scheduled appointment — to talk me through the findings, put my mind at rest and reassure me. He also took the time to arrange prescriptions promptly and even replied to emails and answered questions on a Sunday. That level of availability and genuine concern for a patient's wellbeing is incredibly rare and deeply appreciated. Dr de Rosnay is the kind of doctor who restores your faith in healthcare — compassionate, thorough, and always willing to go the extra mile. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone.

I was impressed by the building and my two radiology appointments were combined and seen to earlier than I expected. I waited in the café area, which was roomy and comfortable, until it was time to go to see the consultant. I waited until the appointed time and was seen to on time and very ably. There would have been a long wait for a blood test and CT scan, and I was assured the receptionist would contact me at home about having both the following day at Portland Place. I called the main number in the late afternoon, as I had heard nothing, and the man I spoke to, booked me into Portland Place for the following day. It was a very pleasant experience, and unlike any hospital visit I can remember, as the surroundings were spacious and unintimidating.

Mt Birchley was very professional in his approach to clearly explaining in lay mans terms what the procedure would entail and its possible down sides. Very reassuring manner. The overall experience was excellent, from check in through to departure. The attention given to explaining facilities was thorough for not only safety procedures, also what the accommodation had to offer. All needs were met. The nursing care at all stages was outstanding. The staff were friendly and professional, putting one at ease throughout the stay. The food provided after surgery was excellent. Very well presented on real crockery. I would highly recommend anyone requiring services by Mr Birchley and the facilities provided by Nuffield.

Everyone I dealt with was great overall. The experience was good aside from a couple of mistakes which then lead to long delays. One of the assessment calls didn't work and I had made time to sit through it. They did try to rectify this quickly but it still took another few weeks which after such a long time was frustrating. Sometimes when I would ring up the person who would answer would be short and I didn't feel so comfortable speaking to them. Otherwise, I would recommend this service up to diagnosis - I am yet to try the medication and services beyond here. I wish there was more the NHS or RTN could provide to offer support post diagnosis. The recommendations are useful but I would like a little more.

Dr Coker always presents in a professional yet approachable manner. She is very clear in explaining any tests results; her treatment plan; and any further investigations she thinks should be undertaken. The language she uses is accessible. She is receptive to answering any questions I might have. She promptly keeps my general practitioner informed of my current treatment, to ensure my medical care is managed holistically. She is an active listener and always allows me time to explain my current symptoms etc. In her professional manner, her approachability and her persistency in investigating my symptoms, I have confidence that I am in good hands.

He was extremely knowledgeable about the condition and set out the treatment options including the pros and cons of each approach. I chose Aquablation therapy and the procedure was very successful and fully resolved my symptoms. I was an anxious patient and really appreciated Mr El-Husseiny’s kind, warm and reassuring manner which helped to put me at ease. He is an excellent surgeon. I would highly recommend him.

Very pleased with the procedure and the outcome. Checking in and all the pre-procedure checks was a smooth and efficient process. I have no complaints at all about the procedure carried out by Dr James Hickey. The procedure was a BCC removal and required several stitches in my thigh, but I can honestly say that it was completely painless and I felt totally relaxed at all times. Dr Hickey was very good at communicating everything that he was doing before, during and after the procedure.

I was happy about the appointment and MRI.But approaching for the report,it is too difficult.I tried to contact via the phone around 8 times but no answer.In the evening I managed to speak to someone.I sent all the requirements by email to get reports but I haven’t received the reports until Wednesday morning. Wednesday midday tried again but still same ,no one answering the phone..still waiting for the response.
