Honestly, it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly friendly and efficient, and the attention to detail really stood out. The clinic is thoughtfully designed to appeal to all ages — my 8 year old was quite apprehensive beforehand but ran straight in as soon as she spotted the Rubik’s cubes. The doctor was warm and approachable, and I was genuinely surprised to receive his report within just a few hours of the appointment. It took about 2-3 mins to take my bloods. My appointment was at 9am. I booked it on purpose so I could make it to work on time. I mean, even NHS takes blood in under 10 mins when you have an appointment. I organised childcare so I could leave the house earlier and be on time. I arrived on time and waited for 20 mins!!!! I was late to work. I don’t understand how that can be. If I had an appointment in the evening I can see how one or two people being late would have a knock off effect on time. But not at 9am!

I had an excellent experience with Dr Bhandari. He was very attentive and took the time to genuinely listen to all of my concerns. Dr Bhandari is extremely knowledgeable and explained the diagnosis and treatment plan clearly and in great detail, which was very reassuring. The echocardiogram and ECG was performed with great patience and care, with everything explained step by step. I felt well looked after throughout the appointment and treatment journey and would highly recommend Dr Bhandari.

My visit to Mr Dowen this morning was very informative and comfortable. Mr Dowen explained everything about the knee surgery and even took time to talk me through the X Ray. Mr Dowen replaced my right knee and the recovery and aftercare were excellent ! I chose to return to Mr Dowen as I know that I’m in very safe and capable hands with him. My left knee is now due for replacement surgery and I would not want any other consultant, as I feel very safe and secure with Mr Dowens expertise.

Not a good experience as I imagined paying privately would give. Unable to get prescription due to Dr putting my name as prescriber ? Telephone answering machine usually and although tried to sort I was left without medication . Reacted to dressings again so not feeling good at moment 😩 Please remember conversation during the procedure makes it a lot more invasive. Hoping this time I will free from pain !

The admin side of things was a bit bad. Had the wrong shoulder down for surgery and even though said it would be changed still had the wrong shoulder listed on day of surgery. Unfortunately I am in the process of compiling an official complaint regarding the nurse I had on the day of my surgery, worst nurse I have ever had in my 52 years on Thai earth. Truly awful and needs to be removed from the ward.
