Giacinto is by far one of London's most skilled aesthetic nurse practitioners. Having worked for a group of plastic surgeons in the past, I received my 1st ever botox & fillers treatment on my 50th b'day from a leading Consultant, Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon, Ms Effie Katsarma. After I left the hospital/ industry, I was eager to find an aesthetic nurse practitioner who could maintain her high standard of work. My research eventually led me to Giacinto. I'm particularly fussy & wanted a medically qualified & skillful aesthetic nurse with a keen, creative eye. I knew instantly Giacinto was exceptional. He has been maintaining my ongoing botox requirements for approx the past 7/8 yrs. I've also recently had profilio & fillers for the 1st time at his Harley St practice. He never tries to upsell, is highly knowledgeable & always achieves a fantastic aesthetic result (no bruising!). He is an absolute pleasure to deal with, I trust him implicitly & wouldn't dream of going to anyone else... I highly recommend him.

I recently had a full right hip replacement. It is the first time I have undergone surgery so was obviously slightly apprehensive. From the initial meeting with Mr Jafri everything was explained comprehensively and my concerns were listened to and answered in a manner that left me feeling more confident. The pre surgery admissions team were all friendly and efficient and went out of their way to make me comfortable and took my fear of needles into account. The surgery team were very friendly ,supportive and professional. The operation went smoothly and the aftercare was excellent, from pain management to food and chat. The pain after surgery was a lot less than I had been experiencing with my arthritic hip so I was delighted. The same level of care was extended through recovery and physio and 8 weeks later I'm mobile and moving comfortably. Cannot fault the whole experience from start to finish.

I received warm, well informed professional attention throughout my care at St Anthony's Hospital; from outpatients through to discharge. The room was clean, well heated and ventilated, equipment checked and the armchairs comfortable. The unit was quiet. Nursing staff answered call bells promptly and with kindness and a smile. No request was considered a problem. Their level of knowledge and professionalism was excellent along with the standard of care. Physiotherapy care was also excellent and given with respect to my individual needs. Recovery staff were informative and reassuring. Excellent care there too. I include catering staff who also took care in their work. A few glitches with the electronics on the bed and the new bathroom which received prompt attention - the unit has been recently renovated.

I felt safe in the cleanest, calmest environment. The information I received was top notch and I have never experienced such kindness to me. Dr Behar saw my mother in 2024. This second consultation in November 2025 followed a hospital admission in the cardiology ward. The symptoms were dizziness, palpitations, chest tightness and headaches. Dr Behar identified possible causes and a management strategy in the community with the aim of maintaining independence. He is highly skilled in conveying medical terminology in clear and easy to follow manner. We found him to be reassuring; he provided evidence based recommendations. Dr Behar was patient focused throughout the consultation. He maintained eye contact, heard our concerns and provided a way forward for the future. I highly recommend Dr Behar.

I was truly impressed by her attitude and the way she treated me.
