It was such a breath of fresh air to have a doctor turn up to appointments actually having read your notes and so could offer something useful. At our previous clinic we had been told there weren’t really any other options but Ali seemed to have plenty of options for us to try which have been positive so far. To be honest even if we didn’t have a better outcome all we wanted was another option to try so we could at least say we’d tried everything. Ali is really professional but on a personal level as well and we felt as if he genuinely cared rather than just pushing us towards more ivf without addressing the root cause.

She took the time to clearly explain my MRI results and even drew a diagram to help me understand exactly what was going on. Miss Preshaw went through all three of my treatment options in detail, making sure I understood the pros and cons of each so I could make an informed decision about my next steps. She was thorough, kind, and incredibly professional throughout — I left feeling genuinely reassured and confident in my care. Highly recommended.

Everything was swift but friendly. I felt I was treated as a person. Given good instructions on the whole process. Everyone seemed to know what they were doing. Nurses were experienced. Doctors were friendly and reassuring. I did feel things were a little rushed on the morning after my operation but still remained the commitment to ensure everything was done for my discharge later in the afternoon which felt much calmer. I will state though I did need an unexpected return to xray which probably added extra pressure on the staff but this again was handled swiftly and efficiently.

The night staff were very kind and supportive when I needed help in the early hours and made me feel happier when in pain and anxiety. The day staff were wonderful too nothing was too much for them! I've first went to see Stephen 10 years ago, over the years I've seen him for various osteo misalignment issues, plantar fasciitis and more recently kinesiology which I found fascinating and spot on! Stephen really quickly pinpoints the underlying cause and provides you with a solution to it that I know would've taken months had I gone to a doctor. I'm soo impressed I've recently taken my mum to see him and she's now walking straight after only a couple of sessions. Couldn't recommend him highly enough.

Add-ons to do Bloods were easy to arrange and results were next day. I felt listened-to, my issue thoroughly discussed and not rushed, which is exactly the experience one looks to GP's to provide, but is hard to get currently. I did some research online about using an emsella chair as a preventative method to strengthen my pelvic floor muscles. I have no current incontinence, type issue but it seems sensible to me to be proactive and maintain and improve my pelvic floor strength for long term benefits. I’m very pleased with the results and rate highly the service from the clinic, both prior and during the sessions.

He also explained that along with medication, a holistic approach was needed as medication alone would not solve my migraine flare-up.
