I thought it would be a 10 minute check in but the call with Karen lasted the hour. I did not feel rushed and my concerns were listened to. Karen gave really great advise around adding things to diet that may help my little one and reminding me of all the things I can incorporate to ensure I am covering all food groups and possible allergens. I was uncomfortable with my dentures (recently made by another dentist) . Sorry I can't remember the dentist's name but he was absolutely brilliant. He spent half an hour working on them until they fitted perfectly. I can't thank him enough I'm able to enjoy eating again, it's made a huge difference. I was also concerned about a tooth and he was very reassuring even took xrays. Brilliant dentist, professional, patient and a friendly attitude. Thanks so much.

I think the Doctors Lounge is such a great personal investment. You are able to see a doctor quickly, they have all your notes in front of them and have excellent referal doctors should you need further support. I cannot recomend Dr. Nik Chopra and his team more highly. It also means you take pressure off your local GP who can then spend their time with patients who need to use the NHS service. Think outstanding service and value for money.

We highly recommend Dr Alibhai, he is a total pro at what he does. Both my sons had oral surgery with him about 1 a year apart. They both had all four wisdom teeth removed at once and had a positive experience. Dr Alibhai is very responsive and prompt, he is also available for after care if needed. For both my sons the pain and swelling was manageable. Dr Alibhai is a high quality surgeon, you can't do anything wrong with him.

I am always confident that I am in the best possible hands and has no hesitation recommending him.

I’ve had gynaecological issues from when I was in adolescence and it was so refreshing to not be shoved on a birth control pill and told that was my only option. The treatment plan he has given has resolved 90% of my pain and symptoms. Outstanding patient care.

Dr Xie was very polite and professional, explaining things clearly and with an appropriate level of detail. She seemed very confident when meeting us before surgery which helped to put us at ease. Dr Kamdar went out of his way to fit me in, was efficient and reassuring and made himself available out of hours to give me results and his opinion which in turn enabled me to go ahead promptly with hernia surgery.
