As a Nervous patient about to have an Extraction..I was sitting In the waiting room Dreading every second The Receptionist was very nice and made me feel at ease Then after a very short wait ..the time had come for me to face my Fears.. As I sat in the chair the procedure was explained to me in full and the Dentist really made me feel Comfortable and at ease .. The first Extraction had taken place without me even being aware ..so no pain whatsoever Time for the second Extraction.. The Dentist asked me to rinse my mouth And I promise the second Extraction had already been carried out without me being aware ..completely pain free ..the dentist advised me that she should carry out a filling to another one of my teeth ..I was a bit reluctant..she cleaned the area and what I can only describe as her massaging the affected tooth the filling was carried out successfully.. I have a follow on Appointment in January And can Honestly say ..im looking forward to it Oh and to add ...when the Anesthetic wore off I experienced no pain or Discomfort whatsoever..and less than 24 hours later I sat down and enjoyed hot coffee With no Discomfort.... I can't thank you enough for your Treatment..and after 64 years ..im no longer a Nervous Patient Thank you

She cautght it very very early and picking it up so early on, I must say - she is exceptionally talented. I am 30 now, and this disease is out of my life forever (Fingers crossed ). The staff were lovely, so kind and understanding which has been thoroughly appreciated. However, some frustration noted around wait times. While it is appreciated that diagnostics are a lengthy process and take time, I found issues where my assessments were delayed due to Skylight not having all the information from the forms I had already completed, and after submitting my forms I was not told that all of the information had not been received until I reached out and chased my application due to the time frames I was given being overdue. To improve this experience, more communication on what has and hasn’t been received would improve the experience and shorten some people’s wait times, as my wait time was partially increased due to lack of communication over forms I had or hadn’t filled in.

Had the pleasure of attending Dr Nayaks treament centre in Romford and could not be more complementary about the experience. Dont get me wrong the procedure itself, as you can imagine, can be painful at times and is a long day, but the staff from start to finish were exceptional. Dr Nayak made me feel at ease and is ectremely engaging and professional, along with the two ladies i spent the majority of the day with who were fantastic and really listened to my needs and were extremely professional but also made it a calm atmosphere. My knee replacement operation was explained and discussed as Mr Shankar wasnt sure if partial or full replacement was required but he'd get a better understanding once knee was open. We agreed if there was any doubt that full knee was my preference but Id use his experience and skill to decide on best outcome. The surgery was completed with minimum pain only needed pain relief for 3 days post operation, and outside of swelling there was no brusing which the physio said would be down to the skill of surgeon. The care at Spire Hartswood was fantastic pre & post operation. Im two weeks post op and apart from minor swelling, the bend and overall knee look and feel great.

Following my initial consultation I was offered a date for my surgery which was only two weeks ahead which completely surprised me as I expected a much longer wait I attended my surgery and was treated with courtesy and respect by all of the staff I encountered I was put at ease both before and during the procedure my surgeon My discharge nurse explained clearly what I needed to do with my medication and also how to keep my eye clean I received a phone call from a nurse the day after my surgery checking that everything was okay. Mr Armstrong is very professional, personable and liked by everyone I've encountered who works with him along my journey be that receptionists, nurses and the anesthesiologist team. His bedside manner is excellent and always asking if I need anything explaining further or if I'm happy with what's been discussed and decided on. He will give you the option to tell him your expectations and then tell you if it's surgically possible or not but ultimately the last say from what I understand is down to the patient. I wouldn't hesitate to book another surgery with Mr Armstrong if I wanted or needed it I feel 100% safe in his more than capable hands.

Very useful. As I was anxious ,having driven from Worthing I did forget to ask Mr Anderberg about alternative medicines to relieve pain. I am taking curcumen, CBD, and have ordered chilli pepper cream . In the hope these products will help relieve pain. Also I missed completing the registration form sent with your initial letter . I am not IT ‘savie” and struggle with my I Phone and I Pad on occasions when I do not understand instructions . I have ,however on 3rd attempt, managed to print the encrypted letter you sent me today . Thank you, E.A.

Today I came to the practice to visit Dr Andy Brown. I was initially quite nervous however every member of staff was so welcoming and comforting. Upon entering I was greeted by the front of house and offered a hot drink. The waiting room was soothing and I didn’t have to wait very long before the nurse called me in. I expressed my concerns and worries and Dr Andy talked me through all off them and really reassured me. He gave me options and explained them all thoroughly as well as giving me advice on what I need. I highly recommend going to him.
