Mr Hawary is be far the best medical consultant I have ever experienced, his empathy and compassion for his patients is simply exemplary. I was in a terrible state when I went to see Mr Hawary who then reassured me, did not make me feel like I was over reacting he instead empathised with me and I felt so much better. I have never seen a more compassionate and passionate consultant in my life. If consultants could follow his lead I am very sure this could revolutionise the medical world. This may seem over the top, it’s not. He is a wonderful consultant who really genuinely cares about his patients he cares about the pain I experience and asked very detailed questions to ensure I walked away feeling better, and able to cope he did not at any point marginalise how I felt, he is an impactful knowledgeable caring consultant and I hope I never see him again in the nicest possible way, but I will not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who faces the same issue I did. He has had a a very big impact on me and I am sincerely grateful for the caring and compassionate treatment I have received from Mr Hawary. I would not even hesitate to go to him again should I need anything. He is amazing at his job and I hope he gets the sincere recognition he deserves. If I could give him a knighthood I would. Outstanding patient care, outstanding sense of humour, which always helps in these hard times, and a real genuine compassion for his patients I could not has asked for anything more. had a right knee replacement with Mr. Sam Rajaratnam just over two weeks ago on 3rd November 2025, and what I had feared would be a difficult and painful operation turned out to be completely painless. Sam is extremely kind, patient and reassuring — perfect for someone as nervous as I was. I had delayed doing this surgery for a year and a half and even cancelled the operation twice before finally going through with it! Mr. Rajaratnam has built an outstanding team, including an exceptionally experienced anaesthetist, Dr. Barry Philips; a kind and highly competent nurse consultant, Ms. Christine Howis; and an excellent senior physiotherapist, Felicitas Gatti, who visits me at home to guide my post-operative exercises. I was also extremely impressed by all the medical staff at the Cleveland Clinic hospital, who provided exceptional care throughout my stay. Whilst at the Cleveland, Sam visited me daily, and even came in today after my staples were removed to check on my progress. Mr. Rajaratnam’s expertise is evident—he has performed over 7,000 knee replacements—and the level of care and support I received was extraordinary. I was expecting a significant increase in pain once the stronger medication stopped a week after surgery, but to my surprise, I remained completely pain-free. I am extremely grateful to Sam and his wonderful team. I’ll be back for my other knee as soon as I’m up and running again!

It was a pleasure to meet with Matt Wright again following our consultations and procedures in 2019 and before, when he cured my atrial fibrillation. Thanks to his specialist care, I have been able to successfully carry on running my antique business from my gallery in Pimlico.. Accordingly, it was very reassuring to discover that he had recognised my name after my recent visit to A and E at St Thomases and had been advising on further tests and treatment following the analysis of my seven day monitor. Having explained to him that I had stopped taking the prescribed Bisoprolol 2.5 mg after three days, as it very quickly took my blood pressure down to 50, he recommended that I re-start on 1.25 mg. This reduction appears to have so far done the trick, as my pulse has dropped to mid 60s which is bearable. In conclusion I am so relieved to once again know that Matt is keeping an eye on me and that his ear is available should I need reassurance.

Dr. Muheden was kind and attentive to my concerns and provided exceptional care during my visits. His attention to detail and genuine concern made all the difference and he ensured I understood every step of my treatment. The entire Pixie and Sera team was extremely professional from scheduling either online or by phone to reception at the clinic. They all ensured I was seen within minutes on my appointment days. Keep up great job! Suggestion - If we could get appointments and at least tests and labs done over the weekends. Maybe half days on Saturdays? It is hard for some of us to come on weekdays hence all my appointments had to be done late in the evenings. If I had an option for Saturday I would've preferred that than late in the evenings. Thank you!

I went to have my operation dressing removed and the consultant mr paver to check the wounds to make sure he’s happy with the results he was totally happy he said it’s the best results he’s seen for a long time with my second toe correction he’s extremely happy and so am I I haven’t seen my foot look so good in a long long time and the fact I’ve not really had any pain after this surgery is a miracle but I’ve done as I’m told and kept it elevated as I was told too for the first 2 weeks and just shows how much difference that makes

After I got a PCO in my left eye I needed laser surgery. I had not been told this was common after Lens replacement by the opticians who did did that surgery so I was very worried about my sight. I contacted Cathedral Eye Clinic who assured me it was common and was easily corrected. They made an appointment and in less than an hour my sight was restored. I was dealth with by very friendly and professional staff and would happily recommend Cathedral Eye Clinic to anyone .

Excellent consultant. Explains exactly what will happen, with possibly issues & their likelihood. Loved that he had my history online so that he could zoom in for details.. He also checked his diary online so that we could book the procedure immediately. One issue with the hospital was the difficulty parking. Perhaps if the hospital marked the parking spaces, they could get more cars in.

We went for an early pregnancy scan for a bit of reassurance and to get a better idea of dates and it was the best thing we could have done. Deirdre was our sonographer and was fantastic. She was so reassuring and kind and made us so comfortable throughout the entire process. The facility was spotlessly clean, modern and bright. Everyone we came across was helpful and so friendly!

Only lady on main reception seemed to have a bad attitude and mas more interested in another person asking her assistant a question than addressing my query. But once on Ward 13, everything was excellent.
