She spoke to me with kindness, understanding, and total honesty, and from that first meeting I knew I was in the safest hands possible. Throughout every stage of my treatment, Miss Iqbal treated me with dignity and genuine care. She didn’t just explain things; she made sure I truly understood them. She listened to my worries, answered every question, and never made me feel rushed or dismissed. She treated me as a person, not just a patient, and that made all the difference during such an emotional and challenging time. As for the surgery itself — I am still in complete awe. The results have been absolutely amazing, far beyond anything I could have hoped for. The precision, skill, and detail in her work are mind-blowing. I am so pleased and relieved with the outcome. She didn’t just operate on me; she helped give me back my confidence, my comfort, and a sense of myself that I thought I might lose. I will never be able to thank her enough for that. What stands out most about Miss Iqbal is not only her exceptional surgical expertise, but the compassion and warmth she brings to her work. She made me feel strong when I felt weak, supported when I felt scared, and cared for when I felt alone. She carried me through one of the hardest chapters of my life with kindness, patience, and unwavering professionalism. I will forever be grateful to Miss Javeria Iqbal and her incredible team. I am writing to formally complain about misleading advertising by the clinic Skin55. Their website led me to believe that laser treatments were available at the clinic, and I booked a consultation directly with the clinic, not with any specific doctor. However, upon attending the appointment, I was informed that the clinic did not have the required laser equipment and that not all doctors at Skin55 perform laser treatments. This discrepancy meant that I paid an initial consultation fee of £300, only to then be told that I would need to be referred to another doctor within the same clinic who does provide laser treatments. This second consultation was then quoted at £380. This sequence of events highlights a lack of transparency and constitutes misleading advertising, resulting in unnecessary expenses and inconvenience. I believe that this matter warrants investigation to ensure that Skin55’s practices align with advertising and consumer-protection regulations. I am prepared to provide supporting documentation upon request

I am a very active 51 year old man and Mr Atkinson fixed my medial meniscus tear which had been obstructing movement in my leg. After 8 weeks I am back swimming, practicing Yoga 5 times a week (all poses including deep squats and child pose) and I also started kick boxing again. I will be training jiu jitsu again in a week's time. I also climbed the stairs at Highgate tube station this week - all 100 of them - without any pain or locking. I had a very good experience with Mr Atkinson. From initial to final consultation I was very happy with the care given to me. In fact my girlfriend who is also a doctor was very impressed by Mr Atkinson's knowledge on a variety of questions she asked. He was very accommodating of her as well allowing her to talk to him on the phone and with me in my final consultation. I want to thank Mr Atkinson for putting me forward for this care, without this I would be struggling with my physical activities and now I have a new lease of life. Thank you so much.

Everything like clockwork, all the details and plan broken down and thorough explanation each detail of the of the plan going forward. Ir seems like a cente of excellence This creates a positive feeling of good vibes snd safe hands for a young fella going in for an operation Parking 20 feet from the front door is also a massive bonus for anyone using crutch’s for first time or those with restricted mobility m. My experience of this appointment was genuinely five-star. The procedure I had was performed by Vicky with meticulous care. The clinic gives a luxurious atmosphere making you feel at ease the minute you walk through the door. The staff at VB health from the reception area to the practitioners are very friendly, warm professional and very knowledgeable. You are made to feel completely at ease and well informed about the treatment I was having. I cannot recommend VB Health highly enough this is definitely the only place to go for treatments. Couldn't fault any of the staff here, all very welcoming, comforting and professional, made me feel at ease at all times and nothing was too much trouble. I ended up with a few complications from my surgery due to my body not at all accepting the procedure and amount that had been done but the staff and my consultant Mr Harley were on top of it literally immediately. Due to not being a straight forward healer they insisted an open door policy at any time day or night if any concerns. The hospital is very very clean and all policies and procedures are followed to the tee. Honestly a brilliant experience all due to them!

As always, he took the time to explain everything properly and map out a sensible plan and next steps. He’s also incredibly considerate in the way he coordinates directly with my physio, which removes any risk of miscommunication on my side.
