Wow, what an amazing place with a holistic approach to recovery. Far from previous experiences that simply provide a detox and a few tools tacked on the end. Delamere provides any willing individual the opportunity to explore yourself and a way of life that can truly bring balance and happiness. The food was excellent, home cooked with minimal processed food, probably only the tofu as the vegetarian option was processed, along with bacon and sausage for breakfast. Chefs were very approachable and friendly, even gained some advice on what to cook at home. The overall environment was clean, tidy and well maintained. The liaison team were excellent and always on hand to support and guide when needed.The nursing team were also superb, always there to answer any medical questions in a compassionate way. The mentors provided clear direction without judgement or bias. My therapist was second to none and created a safe environment for me to discover myself, while always being there to catch me when I stumbled. All in all a life changing experience. I have left with a solid toolset and aftercare package that will steer me through a joyful life with my friends and family. Only negative was the insane temperature in the bedrooms…..bring some cool PJs.

Having hernia surgery is not something anyone looks forward to, but Mr Renwick and the team at Ross Hall Clinic and Hospital made the experience stress free. I was provided with clear information about the procedure, the various options for surgery and what to expect in terms of recovery times etc. My pre op assessment was extremely thorough and the operation itself was successful. I was able to return home on the same day and although I experienced some discomfort I only required two of the stronger painkillers I was prescribed and a few paracetamol during the first 48 hours. I opted for robotic assisted laparoscopic surgery for my bilateral inguinal hernia which Mr Renwick advised was likely to reduce my recovery time. My operation was exactly 6 weeks ago and I can say that I am now back to full health and ready to (gradually) get back to the gym.

My daughter had a routine check up and a filling was recommended. My daughter was extremely nervous and became upset following the appointment. We returned to the dentist and Dr Seren welcomed us back to the treatment room and talked my daughter gently and thoroughly through the process. In the day of the appointment., Dr Seren and assistant moved treatment rooms to ensure my daughter had a TV screen to distract her. Dr Seren took the appointment at my daughter's pace and kindly described each stage of the process. My daughter and I are left with an excellent impression of Dr Seren, Quality Dental and our nerves associated with the Dentist have been lifted. Dr Seren has such a lovely manner, from the way she spoke to my daughter, to me and to her staff, she is a credit to her profession.

I was visiting to discuss long term cough for which I have recently been taking Omeprazole for which I tried for a month but after stopping the medication the cough came back so my doctor referred me for tests. The doctor asked about my symptoms and discussed likely causes and told my about the camera test they could do to try and understand if there was any serious underlying problem. We discussed what might happen in the unlikely event that some sort of surgery might be necessary but also that staying on the medication would be the best solution if that has worked and no the results of the test show no serious problems. It was a very informative conversation

Excellent experience from start to finish. My issue was a much-enlarged benign prostate which necessitated urination every 1.5-2 hours - or at least 3 times per night, which was tiresome(literally). He explained clearly the options and we opted for the minimally-invasive aquablation option (no laser, no cutting). Operation went very smoothly, 2 nights in hospital, recovery swift and infection -free. Good flow returned immediately, no discomfort, took c.7 weeks for significant reduction in need to urinate. Now able to go through night with just one visit (even managed 7 hours last week) which is pretty good for a 75-year-old. Highly recommended.

I had micro-TESE surgery with Mr Alnajjar and the entire experience was exceptional. He successfully retrieved sperm for us, which has now given us the chance to move forward with IVF next year. What stood out most was how personal and reassuring his approach was. We had met him a few times before the procedure and he always made both me and my wife feel calm, confident, and fully informed. The follow-up care has been outstanding — nothing felt rushed, and every question was answered clearly. His PA and the communication throughout have also been first-class. A genuinely brilliant surgeon and a top professional. Highly recommended.

Mr.Mayne was reassuring, explained that the procedure may entail some extra work, which in the end it didn’t and he informed me of that during the procedure! Mr. Mayne. Checked in on me on the evening of the procedure to see how so wasn’t doing and again the following morning before discharge! My sincerest thanks and gratitude to Mr. Mayne for changing my life, I can begin to live again properly, pain free, with my new hip! May Mr. Mayne go on the help thousands more people during his career! He definitely cares about his patients, and that is important.

Dr Mulla listened... fortunately he is up to date on my particular, rather ambiguous, condition. I get the impression that he keeps up to date with latest developments and findings in his field of ENT. If only I had been able to see him 18 months ago, I would have been sorted in just one consultation. He is very personable, professional, friendly and efficent (by that I mean he dictated his letter to my GP in front of me before I left my appointment). This was a moment when you feel the NHS is at its best.

This was a follow up appointment after mastectomy, sentinel lymph node biopsy and TUG flap reconstruction 7 weeks ago. I cannot thank Ms Elfadl enough for her care before and after surgery, as well as her professionalism, empathy and most of all her surgical skills. The results of the orperation are simply impressive and I am very happy with the way my breast looks. Only minor scarring and an esthetically pleasant result. I am very grateful that Ms Elfadl gave me this option of reconstruction.

I'm not sure what I was expecting, but welcomed the opportunity to talk to the doctor during the visit. The written report, following the verbal followup was not of much use to me as it was written in medical ' code'. Had I had the written table of results to hand before the verbal feedback phone call, it would have permitted me to ask what areas denoted as being H /L were about and how I might make changes if any were possible.

At the Breast Centre, everyone I have seen has been very nice & professional, especially Ms Lobo & Ms Patel. A very special thank you to Alina who has explained everything so clearly , who checks in regularly to see if I’m okay & at the end of the phone if I need her. Receptionists very friendly too!

First visit to a private hospital. Very clean and professional with some great facilities for various treatments. Only minor downside being the very small car park, which is often full of very large expensive vehicles taking up lots of space, or even multiple spaces. There is free on-street parking nearby (2 hour limit).
