I recently visited the Clinic for some treatment as I was experiencing vulvodynia and a lot of pain and muscle tightness that impacted my relationships and is very upsetting as I was not sure what the solutions/ treatments could be to help. I did some research and contacted Elite Aesthetics as well as a couple of other clinics to get some advice and treatment options. I was extremely impressed with the information, advice, discretion and kindness shown to be by Shiva when I initially called. Shiva spoke to the Dr and got all the relevant information for me from Dr Elgerta (Elle) Ismaili. I was made to feel at ease and had confidence in the solution that would be offered. I attended my first appointment and consultation and met with Dr Elle, who is extremely compassionate and understanding and made me feel comfortable to share my concerns and what I was experiencing. I had always felt there was something wrong with me and that I was not normal, even though am in my mid 40's it is something I had accepted would not get better and I would always experience extensive pain and tightness that was actually quite unbearing and very sore. Dr Elle explained everything clearly through the consultation and has such a warm and kind nature. I decided to go ahead with the treatment which is botox injections that help relax the muscle tightness, even though I was aware that it may not work or be effective as every individual is different. I returned for a top up after 2 weeks as during that time I was so surprised and positively shocked and happy how the muscles had relaxed and the issues I had experienced for many years had improved rapidly, I really couldn't believe it. It has now been a week since my top up and I have noticed even more improvements and relaxation of the muscles. I wanted to share a detailed overview incase it can help someone else experiencing similar concerns and pain. I am based in London but was happy to travel to the clinic for this treatment as Dr Elle is an experienced gynaecologists and the best person to offer this treatment as it is very specialised and you need to ensure you are in the best hands. I really cant recommend Dr Elle enough and if I ever needed further treatment or other treatments I would definitely go and see her. Also, the team at Elite are exceptional from everyone I met with Shiva, Sarah and Casey. They are all so friendly and welcoming and make you feel at ease even if you are discussing a sensitive topic or concern. Thank you so much to you all, it really has been life changing - and I never thought that would be possible for me. I have so much gratitude for you all x

I was thoroughly delighted by the experience. I was booked in very swiftly and efficiently by Ms Lisa Beckles, Prof Redwood's secretary, who went out of her way to get me a quick response to my initial email requesting a consultation, arranged my stress echo and squeezed in an appointment for me on the same. The stress echo team conducted a thorough test of my cardiovascular fitness and went out of their way to provide an urgent report so that I could discuss the results with Prof Redwood only an hour after the event. My thanks to Marlene and Chiara (apologies for spelling) and to another cardiologist whose name I have unfortunately forgotten. Professor Redwood was as ever charming and efficient and told me some very good news!

I am so lucky to have been helped by Dr Sanda. From the very first appointment with her, I felt better about my condition. Dr Sanda has helped me to live with tinnitus and not let it ruin my life. Through CBT she has given me the tools to not fear tinnitus. I cannot believe how much better I feel. Of course the tinnitus is there, but by accepting and not fearing it, the brain adapts and I can have long periods of not noticing it. I can sleep with no props. Dr Sanda is also a very kind and approachable doctor. Her advice and explanations make sense. I was so fortunate to have found her at a time when my anxiety was rising. She has taught me that you can feel better with the right help.

Efficient and professional experience, I am pain free in a much shorter than expected time! I’m an avid runner and dancer and was worried about my recovery following a foot neuroma removal which Mr Singh was going to conduct. He provided candid advice about attitude to recovery and set realistic expectations (that were very reasonable). I was back to dancing within 3-4 weeks of surgery which was priority #1, running is taking a bit longer (which was expected) but Sam gave me full confidence in follow ups that my recovery was going great and I should be back to running soon. A really positive experience overall and I am so glad I went through with his services.

Very happy with the set up all round. Consultant amazingly helpful in comparison. He was extremely knowledgeable and very concerned . I liked the fact that he actually listened when I explained my problem. ( Its tedious even for me to hear so I can understand the need to switch off at times)...!...but obviously extremely painful ! The actual appointment with the consultant was about 30 minutes. He examined me and advised medication for immediately and perhaps in the future. Excellent man ,so nice . Mr. Harsum had previously removed a cataract from my eye to my complete satisfaction. This time I suffered a retinal detachment at a weekend. Mr Harsum and his team managed to organise for me to have an operation on the following Monday evening, 'pioneering' (for the clinic) an out of hours procedure at the SEON eye clinic, Kingston. Everybody went out of their way to make the operation go as smoothly as possible and the team at the clinic were first class. I have nothing but praise for Mr Harsum's professional, friendly, approach and for his operating skills. A month on, I am optimistic about completing a good recovery and enjoying satisfactory sight again.

First time at Reflex 18 and had had good reports from Colchester Harriers. Was seen by Josh Harvey who went through my running history and then took a look at two niggles (ankle and knee). It was great to go through some of the rehab exercises with Josh to make sure I was confident to do these at home. All in all an great experience and Id have no hesitation in recommending Reflex 18 to others.

The recent visit was as a follow up on a glaucoma condition and after cataract had been remobed. Despite being very early for my appointment I was seen almost staight away. After further analysis of my eye functionx it was suggested that I might benefit from laser work to allow additional light through to the inside of the eyes and to open further the drainage channel in the left eye.
