He took the time to explain everything in great detail therefore I had no hesitation in proceeding with the suggested hysterectomy as I knew I was in safe hands. He kept me informed at every stage and the hospital staff and anaesthetists were super lovely and so professional. I started this journey with the NHS whose consultant couldn't have been more rude and dismissive if he had tried! Although I resent having to seek private treatment I had no option but to part with our hard earned savings otherwise I would still be living with excruciating pain and discomfort for years to come! Pleasant waiting area with self-service drinks available. Within an hour you are called and escorted into the preparation/recovery room where you are prepared for the operation and the procedure is explained including a visit from the surgeon to check if you have any questions. The operation takes place in the adjacent theatre where again efforts are made to keep you informed as to what’s happening and before you know it you are escorted back to your recovery area for water and a biscuit. Staff were pleasant and attentive at all times. Once thoroughly checked out you return to the waiting area to be collected by your escort who has already been called to say your are ready for collection. I was back home within 2 hours

Dr. Theodora Kalentzi put me at ease and made me feel able to talk about my menopause symptoms without any judgement or embarrassment. I was able to discuss my symptoms on how they were affecting me and my life. For the first time in ages I had hope for getting my life back with the help of HRT. Dr. Kalentzi provided me with all the information and options with clear advice and care. My first visit was a number of years ago now and I regularly visit for follow up appointments to discuss any issues. Mr Singh had operated on my foot, toes and ankle mid Nov. Just come out of a check up today the 20 Dec and i am so very happy to hear i am healing really well and ahead of where he would expect at this time. I have had the best experience with Mr Singh who has explained everything in an easy to understand way every step of the process. I am back to walking and driving and hope to be back doing my passion of ballroom and latin american dancing in another couple of weeks! Can't recommend Sam Singh enough.

Mr Datta explained everything clearly without frills and I felt it was more of a converstaion than a simple consultancy. Any questons I had were answered fully and in detail. Mr Datta has what seems to me to be an open and honest/friendly approach which I appreciated. He is good at putting us at ease as well as managing expectations realistically. He was happy to answer any questionsn I or my wife had. We were not kept waiting more than a few minutes from our appointment time.

During my appointment, I was recommended a series of creams, and I did purchase them. I was a bit taken aback by the total expense at checkout, as the cost wasn't explicitly mentioned or discussed during our consultation. I was simply asked if I wanted to purchase them here today. It would also have been helpful for me as a patient to understand if there were any alternative products available through NHS, even if they weren't the primary recommendation.

I wasn’t really sure how much information I was going to get at my appointment. It’s a stressful experience having surgery so all the fact that everyone is so pleasant, professional, kind and thoughtful, makes all the difference. The facility is extremely welcoming, spotlessly clean and the fish tanks are a nice touch. Unfortunately the only criticism is the lack of parking.

The consultation with the doctor was okay and she provided enough explanation. Although I expected to continue seeing the doctor, she explained that she couldn't see my mum because of her condition. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the hospital environment was very clean.
