Not sure where to start, but I honestly can’t recommend Dr Tan highly enough. As a boxer, he immediately understood the type of issue I was dealing with and knew exactly what to look for. I’d previously had nine months of physio and was constantly reassured that things were improving, but deep down I knew they weren’t. After an MRI, it became clear there were loose bodies in the joint. I was then referred to Dr Tan, who was confident they could be removed and that recovery would be quick and he was absolutely right. He was incredibly accommodating and even rearranged things to fit me in for surgery as I was due to go away, which I really appreciated. The surgery itself was a breeze, and I had no major pain afterwards, which was a huge relief. Everything moved quickly and smoothly, start to finish was all done within a month, which was amazing. Dr Tan was thorough, helpful, and flexible throughout, with a genuine focus on getting me back to sport as safely and quickly as possible. You can even Google or AI-search him and he comes up as one of the recommended elbow surgeons in the UK, so I’m very glad I was in his care. Brilliant doctor and a genuinely nice guy. I also want to mention his secretary, Julie, who was fantastic, always helpful, easy to reach, and happy to answer questions, even if it meant going back and forth. That level of support makes such a difference. This is exactly the kind of team you want looking after you. Thank you, Dr Tan and Julie. I’m very grateful, and I hope this review reassures others and gives them confidence that they’d be in great hands.

I had a combined ASD & ADHD appointment at Diverse Minds Clinic and am very happy with the outcome. I had to fill in several questionnaires before the appointment, and that was pretty hard. However, the sacrifice was repaid as Dr Cappai put me at ease and understood my difficulties. For the first time, I felt heard, and it was a great experience. The service provided at Diverse Minds Clinic is impressive. They tend to reply very quickly, and staff do all they can to support you. The team has been very helpful, and they went above and beyond to help me with the forms where I was having problems. Dr Cappai also arranged to speak with me on the phone, free of charge, before my appointment, which I thought was remarkable. I will continue working with Dr Cappai during the titration period and possibly in the future. Highly recommended.

I recently had a PFO closure operation after discovery of a congenital heart issue with Dr Aggarwal. From consultation he explained everything and made me feel valued, allowing me to ask questions freely. I felt confident in his care and this continued to the day of the operation, where any fears were alleviated. I’m pleased to say he did an amazing job! Recovery was explained and I felt comfortable to ask anything. Dr Aggarwal’s medical secretaries are also worthy of a mention - their communication, friendliness and efficiency are second to none and I have been able to contact quickly at every need. Thank you for giving me a fixed heart. If I ever needed a heart operation again (fingers crossed we will never meet again!) I would be straight to Dr Aggarwal with no hesitation. I can’t recommend Dr Emily Cary highly enough. She has been absolutely amazing in supporting me through the early stages of perimenopause. From our very first appointment, she made me feel listened to, understood, and reassured during what can be a confusing and overwhelming time. Her knowledge, calm approach, and clear explanations helped me make sense of my symptoms and feel confident about the next steps. She took the time to tailor my care to me as an individual, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Thanks to her support and guidance, I feel far more informed, supported, and positive about managing this transition. I’m incredibly grateful for her care and would wholeheartedly recommend her to any woman at the start of their menopause journey.

Once Again Dr Chiraush Patel was outstandingly professional and kind. I was fortunate enough to get an appointment within an hour of calling. It cannot be overestimated how important it is to patients to have a well trained Doctor with exemplary bedside manner to help the patient to recovery. This is true of all the other GPs at One Stop, but I am lucky enough to see Dr Patel mostly. My standards are very high but Dr Patel exceeds them by miles every time I visit (I only visit sparingly). This is medicine at its very best and reminds me of when GPs were true family Dotors back before fundholding. I am fortunate indeed to have such excellent GPs. Thank you Dr Patel and OSD!

Arrived 10 minutes before my xray appointment, was checked in straight away and told to sit and wait. The waiting area was empty, staff were all in one room talking about what generation they are (Gen X, Boomer etc). 40 minutes later I went and asked when I’ll be seen as I’ve paid £210 in order to be seen quickly vs going via NHS and the lady on the desk said she will find out. She came back and told me that they are just in a meeting and I will be seen soon. I arrived at 11:50 for a 12:00 appointment and wasn’t seen until 12:50. Absolutely ridiculous and will never go to again, wish I didn’t pay upon arrival as I would’ve walked out otherwise.
