Approximately 6 months ago, my sister was diagnosed with oral cancer which had spread to her cervical lymph nodes. Since this time, we have seen Mr Alibhai a number of times both prior and after the extensive surgery he performed on her. Having worked in health care now for nearly 20 years, I have met several consultants from specialties across the board. Mr Alibhai is by far one of the best in a number of ways. His knowledge and expertise is second to none - this came across in his explanation of the diagnosis and meticulous detail and success of the surgery. He has a warm and compassionate manner while being honest about a difficult diagnosis and the reality of this. Each and every time he has seen my sister, he has spent ample time with her and provided her with reassurance and answered all her questions. Mr Alibhai made a massive difference to my sister in all the time he spent with them with the exceptional care and respect he have them. Vanessa S is the perfect person for her role and puts people at ease immediately. She secured me a hearing test and a consultation appointment on the same day. She also helped me with some of the administrative elements of using my private healthcare as the process has changed since I last used it. Very helpful, friendly, professional and reassuring. I was greeted on arrival, immediately shown to the waiting area and taken straight through to my first appointment, even though I was a few minutes early. Cannot fault the service I received and the care and professionalism was consistent throughout.

Mr Khalid Akbari

I was in constant agony due to a fistula that had grown through my rib cage and into my chest wall. It was an extremely rare and complex condition, and because of other health issues, I was not an ideal candidate for major surgery. Mr Akbari took the time to fully understand my situation and came up with a solution that allowed him to operate with minimal risk and a much shorter recovery time. Mr Akbari and his exceptional team supported me throughout the process and provided outstanding care. The surgery was a success, and the removal of the fistula has given me a completely new lease of life. I had a part knee replacement and the staff were really caring and polite . I couldn’t fault them in fact I would trust them 100% and I don’t trust nobody but the staff were truly amazing . A big Thank you to Mr Patel truly amazing gentlemen and the aneasathetist wow I didn’t feel any needles top people. All I can say is I would highly recommend this hospital the service was amazing. as ever, the administration has let your business down. i had an MRI scan at Cleveland Victoria at 1000hrs and the outcome should have been given to Neurologist Dr Richard Perry. Having had more than 35 minutes consultation, i asked about the MRI scan and it had not been sent to him. as a result, we had to have a lunch around the corner and had to return an hour later to continue the consultation. I have complained a number of times about the poor administartion. this is yet another.
