I have been under the care of Professor Faiz for approximately 18 months, during which I underwent major and complex surgery performed by Professor Faiz himself. This followed almost two decades of severe inflammation in the bowels, which had resulted in a very aggressive disease with numerous complications. When I first met Professor Faiz, it quickly became clear that he had an exceptional understanding of the progressive nature of my condition, as well as its many intricacies and complications—far beyond any other consultant or surgeon I had previously spoken to. Professor Faiz was extremely thorough in conducting tests and assessments to gain a complete picture of my situation. He then developed a clear surgical plan, carefully considering the best approach while prioritising the elimination of all possible risks. Professor Faiz also collaborates with highly skilled and experienced colleagues, whom he involved at the appropriate stages of my care without hesitation. His secretary has likewise been outstanding and extremely helpful. On several occasions after surgery, I was able to contact her and receive a prompt response from Professor Faiz, which greatly helped to alleviate my concerns. In addition to being exceptionally talented in his field, Professor Faiz is also deeply caring. He understands the human aspect of living with complex conditions and the profound impact they can have on people’s lives. In summary, Professor Faiz is a highly experienced and skilled surgeon who prioritises minimising risk and achieving the best possible outcomes for his patients. He is supported by an excellent team. I feel extremely fortunate and grateful to have met Professor Faiz during what was a very challenging and worrying time, and I could not have asked for better care.

Mr Julian Flynn

I first came across Mr Julian Flynn in about 2018 in relation to a problem with my knee and although I did not require any surgical intervention at that time, I knew that he would be the person I would go to if necessity arose. That necessity happened this year. I was not disappointed. I found Mr Flynn very personable in manner. He was thorough and very concise at explaining what steps he would like to take in order to ascertain the best course of action. He explained with clarity the outcomes of x-rays and MRIs, so I knew exactly what I was dealing with. Most importantly, he treated me with respect and I knew that I could trust his judgement and ability to do his best for me. I can also say, that I have spoken to a number of people who have had knee surgery and when I ask who carried out the surgery - "Julian Flynn" is the cry ! Praise indeed..... I would highly recommend him!

Cannot speak more highly of Delamere. The liaison team are absolutely amazing, always friendly, helpful and accommodating. The nurses are lovely and genuinely care they have helped me a lot when I needed it. The chefs are brilliant big shout out to both Neils because they are so lovely and i enjoy every conversation with both of them and they always go above and beyond for us guests. The cleaning staff are brilliant and always know your name which is lovely. Everyone genuinely cares about you which is such a lovely concept because it really makes Delamere feel like home. I have enjoyed every class and every group I have been involved in. Finally the brilliant Mark and Gary my Therapist and mentor they are just brilliant and have helped me so so much I cannot thank them enough.

My experience at the McIndoe centre was incredible. Throughout my surgery and stay the entire team were incredibly kind and caring. I was given plenty of reassurance prior to my surgery, everyone involved during my surgery was incredibly professional and the aftercare following my surgery was incredible. All of my nurses were incredibly kind and helpful and made the process so much easier. I had a great private room and bathroom, and the food was also great! Cannot recommend the McIndoe centre enough, they will be my first choice should I have any more procedures in future

I’ve been with Medical Prime for 4 years and I can’t recommend Dr Theodora Kalentzi highly enough. Menopause symptoms can creep up on you,. It’s easy to ignore if not extreme but over time you can lose your former self. It doesn’t have to be that way. Dr Kalentzi offers a highly personalised approach to finding the right type af HRT for each patient. Visits for me are a time to focus on me and my overall health and wellbeing. Dr Kalentzi makes her patients feel at ease and truly delivers life transformation results for women going through the menopause.

My experience from the moment I walked in through the front door till I left was 1st class,I had a consultation with Dr Bryan Murphy who was very friendly,welcoming & professional just a true gentleman, he knew instantly what was wrong and treated me there and then saving me a return trip and another consultation fee,I’m very happy with the treatment I received.I also have to say the receptionist (sorry I didn’t get her name) was lovely the perfect person to welcome patients.

Facility was excellent, nice and clean as well as lovely and quiet. Instructions weee clear, and the receptionist was extremely friendly, as were the nursing staff I saw. Prof Quraishi is a fantastic doctor and technically gifted surgeon . I had a sacro-iliac joint injury many years ago which was fixed in Bristol . Suffered with pain for over 10 years and saw a vast number of specialists . It was only when I saw Prof Quraishi that I knew he could fix me . He did - placed bolts across my SIJ bypassing the previous metalwork. I have had an excellent outcome and he has changed my life !
