I had a really great experience at this private GP appointment and couldn’t fault it. From the moment I arrived, the staff were absolutely lovely, welcoming, and professional, which instantly put me at ease. The whole appointment felt calm and well organised, with no rushing at all. Dr Owen Weeks was fantastic — very kind, reassuring, and took the time to listen properly. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel genuinely comfortable and cared for. It was such a refreshing experience compared to feeling rushed elsewhere. Overall, it was a great doctor’s appointment and well worth going private. I left feeling reassured and confident, and I would highly recommend this service to anyone considering it. I wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future if I ever need to — a truly positive experience from start to finish.

First Class service from Mr Evans ; gave great feeling of confidence and thoroughness. Sadly on my informing Mr Evans of bi-ventricular pacemaker ;? Brought everything to a close; as the hospital will not now countenance surgery when pacemaker installed:- Greatly saddened by this - as not only will be a different surgeon; but great inconvenience as will Now have to travel over 60 miles to southern Manchester. Although once informed of medical reason; due to bi-ventricular pacemaker and such capability if some difficulty occurred - much greater requirement for increased equipment to monitor pacemaker and in the unlikely event of any difficulty ; far far higher capability of medical Intervention. Sadly now to go to Alexandra hospital at Cheadle.,and of course a different surgeon; sadly. david t ;

Dr Sofia Cavill

I cannot recommend Dr Cavill highly enough. She treated me extremely effectively for post-viral fatigue, acute asthma, long COVID, and mast cell activation syndrome, and her expertise across multiple fields of medicine is truly outstanding. From the very first appointment, she combined exceptional clinical knowledge with a delightful, warm and friendly bedside manner. She listens very carefully, takes concerns seriously and explains everything with clarity and patience, which is incredibly reassuring when dealing with complex conditions. I always felt heard, understood and confident in her care. Dr Cavill is an exceptional consultant, and I would strongly recommend her to anyone seeking thorough, compassionate and expert medical treatment.

This is my second surgery in the Cleveland Clinic and once again It was without fault and without equal. All the staff from the nurses, surgeon, anaesthetist, porters & dinner team are so friendly, kind and display genuine care to patients/my family. My surgery with Dr Nikolaos was easy, quick and surprisingly a nice day despite circumstances of my health! He is an amazing professor with a keen interest in rib problems which is rare in itself but he was also very bubbly, reassuring and friendly i look forward to seeing what he publishes next on all things slipped rib syndrome as this painful condition has been very challenging to me and he was the one to fix it! A robotically assisted total knee replacement, including patella, various challenges. Mr. Port replaced a hip for me 9 years ago, with superb results, and has done procedures for a couple of friends, so there really was no other choice. Three previous large surgeries on the same knee and a failed carbon fiber gave Mr Port a proper mess to deal with. My recovery has been almost miraculous, and 8 weeks post op I am pain-free, with a straight knee and super flexion, and the neatest scar. I honestly don't have the words to describe my appreciation for the skills of this surgeon. Honestly, couldn't recommend him highly enough

ICU I was treated like an animal left under the cold AC in a cramped room, the ICU nurse was on her phone taking ages to come to help when you press the call bell. The nurse team is the worst I’ve experienced in my life I genuinely thought I was going to die in this hospital they don’t respect you ethically unsafe and keep you in prolonged pain for days
