I completed 30 sessions of rTMS treatment for depression at Living Mind Clinic, and it has made a real difference in my life. Before starting, I was struggling with low mood and lack of motivation despite trying various treatments. The team at Living Mind was incredibly kind, professional, and supportive throughout the process — they made me feel comfortable and explained everything clearly. After finishing the course, I noticed a gradual but steady improvement in my mood, energy levels, and overall outlook. I feel more like myself again, and everyday tasks don’t feel as overwhelming as before. The treatment was gentle and completely manageable, and the staff’s genuine care made the experience so much easier. I am a medical doctor myself and so have an idea of what good quality care looks like and Dr Jose is excellent. He is caring, detail-oriented and highly evidence-based in his assessment and individualized treatment planning. My case was a bit of an outlier in that I had a lung infection that is very rarely seen for my age and baseline level of fitness and so I was essentially passed over by the NHS and another physician because I seemed not sick enough for more definitive treatment and investigations despite my complaints that I was not getting better and expressing that something was not right within myself. Dr Jose listened and gave me the inpatient treatment, thorough investigations and outpatient follow-ups that I needed for curative treatment and I am now back to my healthy normal self. I’m very grateful for his care and would highly recommend him.

I am Betty's daughter. My mum has mobility issues. Getting her from the car park into the diagnostics centre was incredibly difficult. We borrowed a wheel chair from the helpful car park attendant. But it was raining so heavily that by the time we got inside my 87yr old mum was soaked to the skin. She had to sit in wet clothing for 4.5hrs until I got her home and changed. Luckily the car park attendant helped us back to the car at the end of her procedure. You REALLY need a drop-off right zone at the door to the centre, with seats inside to help relatives get their lives ingress in safely.. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful, but even with their help, this was a very stressful visit fdue to lack of access and horrendous weather conditions.

An Excellent experience all round from initial consultation with Mr Farndon right through to Day Surgery & re couperation the best thing I ever did despite some of the negative advice from my GP & others - it's Very Painful ....I wouldn't have it done again....I was fully informed by Mr Farndon - made me feel at ease both at consultation & final visit 6 weeks after surgery. Thank You so much Mr Farndon as I mentioned I can wear my fave shoes again 👏 but more importantly I'm back to doing what I do including exercise & general wellbeing ....that's a big thing when you have a Bunion as it starts to dictate ... Not any more Fantastic Job Mr Farndon I will recommend if in asked 👌

Throughout this journey, Mr. Chatoo has been exemplary in providing clear, comprehensive information that enabled me to make informed decisions about the best treatment options for my condition and overall quality of life. Following the initial surgery and subsequent plate removal, my knee is now in excellent shape. I cannot recommend Mr. Chatoo highly enough.

It is always a pleasure to see Mr Mokawem. It has been my experience that his appointments usually run late, which is a little annoying. However, I feel terrible in criticising him in this regard as I know it occurs largely because he is so committed to give his patients all the time necessary to provide the explanations reassurances and advice that they are seeking. He has a wonderful "bedside" manner and is in my opinion the consummate professional.

Better signage would help. We wandered around looking for the appropriate location. There are two car parking 4 areas which doesn't help. Luckily we found a helpful Doc who took us to where we needed to be. Once there we were welcomed. I couldn't eat anything after the op, the restaurant didn't have anything for gluten, dairy and egg free patient. I feel sure they could have products on standby for the future, most vegan products would suffice.

Dr Lord is the absolute best. She is a world renowned Obgyn, she really looks after her patients and cares deeply for the mothers. She's highly competent and trustworthy, for example she will only recommend tests she thinks are necessary, and not adding unnecessary costs. She has a fantastic team of paediatricians, general practice and mental health professionals. A wonderful new facility in London and connected to the London Clinic.

Great service. The consultant spent plenty of time with me asking lots of questions about all aspects of my life as well as symptoms so I felt my care was very holistic. I had the opportunity to ask questions and explore different treatment options. I have been working with Dr England for around a year now on various issues that have gone hand in hand with my menopause.
