I had a combined ASD & ADHD appointment at Diverse Minds Clinic and am very happy with the outcome. I had to fill in several questionnaires before the appointment, and that was pretty hard. However, the sacrifice was repaid, as Dr Cappai put me at ease and understood my difficulties. For the first time, I felt heard, and it was a great experience. The service provided at Diverse Minds Clinic is impressive. They tend to reply very quickly, and staff do all they can to support you. The team has been very helpful, and they went above and beyond to help me with the forms where I was having problems. Dr Cappai also arranged to speak with me on the phone, free of charge, before my appointment, which I thought was remarkable. I will continue working with Dr Cappai during the titration period and possibly in the future. Highly recommended.

Once home after my cardioversion, he phoned me daily later telling me to phone him if I had any worries or concerns. I cannot fault him regarding his post procedure care and thoughtfulness. I consider myself extremely fortunate that, by chance, I chose Dr. Khwanda to be my cardiologist and in whom I have gained complete trust. He is very competent, professional, has the respect of his team, explains treatments and necessary medications in laymen’s terms and very importantly, treats his patients with the greatest care and concern. The advice I received aligned with my own independent analysis using AI tools, particularly ChatGPT, which further reinforced my confidence in both the diagnosis and the prescribed treatment plan. Dr Chopra also addressed additional concerns beyond the initial reason for my visit, offering a broader treatment approach, which I appreciated. While I understand that diagnosing multiple issues within a half-hour appointment is challenging, the consultation was helpful and provided the reassurance and confidence boost I was looking for.

I arrived early, as I was expecting to be seen in time, but my appointment was late ~45mins. I had discussed on the phone that I wanted to see someone who is going to be helpful with discussing menopause and other related issues. I was paying for the appointment myself, so I had high expectations. Unfortunately the time with the doctor felt rushed and I felt not heard. I had done a lot of research on holistic menopause care, and I felt that the doctor wasn’t in the same wave length with me. I was just advised to go and read more on menopause in two different websites. Examination was fine and straight forward, but to be sure of the diagnosis I will need futher procedures.

I feel very lucky to have had Mr. Vemulapalli as my orthopaedic surgeon. I broke my tib/fib and ankle in August 2023 and didn't feel listen to with my previous consultant. I had a completely different experience with Mr. Vemulapalli as he listed and understood everything I said and acted immediately. Fast forward to feb 2026 after having surgery in December, I am now on the road to full recovery after thinking for a long time that I would be disabled. I have the utmost respect for Mr. Vemulapalli and would recommend him to all my friends and family as he leaves no stone unturned. He is simply the BEST and I am truly grateful to him for everything he has done.

Lucy Clarke was recommended to me after a failed diagnosis and plastic surgery to my accident related damaged left eye lid. Lucy diagnosed the damage was to a muscle in the eyelid and her and her team carried out the surgery to correct this. Lucy and her team were so understanding and caring throughout the whole procedure and I was returning home within 2 hours of my appointment. I chose to go privately with Mr Mishreki, as he had treated me before at my local NHS hospital, and the NHS waiting list was too long. In all my dealings with him, he was excellent, he explained what he would be doing before and how things would progress after my operation. There was a small problem after the operation which he dealt with very quickly and professionally. He is pleasant and easy to talk to and seems supportive to his team. I would recommend him to anyone with similar problems to me.

Time with Mr Nicholls...excellent. However looking back I suspect that wound attention ( especially first special bleeding ) could have been much better had wound been cleaned and re bandaged then as opposed to over bandaging. I feel this would have led to avoiding the lengthly time needed to get recovery back on track during many extra visits.
