I recently visited London Gynaecology to have a coil fitted with Consultant Pradnya, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. From the moment I arrived, the whole team was incredibly attentive and welcoming. The new facilities are brilliant — modern, calm, and thoughtfully designed to make patients feel at ease. Pradnya herself was exceptional. I was so impressed with her expertise and depth of knowledge. She took the time to understand my medical history, my concerns, and the worries I had going into the appointment. That level of care made such a difference. The procedure itself was virtually painless, far better than I expected, and she even carried out a smear test at the same time so seamlessly that I barely noticed. Her calm, reassuring manner and clear explanations throughout made me feel completely safe and supported. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend Pradnya — she was absolutely brilliant. And as for London Gynaecology, I genuinely couldn’t speak highly enough about the service they provide. I left feeling well cared for, informed, and extremely grateful for the outstanding level of care I received.

We chose Fitzrovia Suite as its part of big NHS hospital in case of any unexpected emergency, it made us feel comfortable being just 1 floor away in case anything happens. The team is wonderful and professional able to create a sense of safety and calm in those moments before and after birth. They were supportive during one of the most vulnerable and delicate experiences a woman can go through, offering practical tips, guidance, emotional support and truly personal care at any hour, for any question or request we had. Midwifes supported us looking after our baby so we can get some sleep waking us is time for feeds, meds and breastfeed support. The midwifes were also available on WhatsApp after the birth, which was incredibly helpful. There is so much information to process when you’re discharged home, and having the ability to ask follow-up questions and get quick clarifications made a huge difference for us. Facility itself is clean, catering is nice, rooms were comfortable, branded toiletries are provided -great experience.

Both myself and my daughter have been patients of Dr Bakshi for over a year and he has helped us hugely. Recently my 18 month old was suffering from back to back viruses and worsening rashes. I contacted Dr Bakshi in desperation just before Christmas as the treatment advice from the GP was not working, and it was looking like we would be unable to travel and see family while she was so unwell. Dr Bakshi identified 2 types of skin infection and was able to advise the correct regimen of creams to use, and we were able to see our family at Christmas. Thank you so much for your kindness and empathy, and for always going above and beyond. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Bakshi for both adults and children; he is one of the kindest and most helpful and knowledgeable consultants I have come across, and his secretary Rahul is also lovely and very responsive and helpful.

Dr Diab Haddad

We visited Dr Haddad just before Xmas and again recently. Dr Haddad has been excellent! My daughter has been struggling with a severe reaction to something which is causing her stress and unfortunately the other channels we have taken to date have not been of any help. Dr Haddad has really turned things around for us by helping us to understand what might be going on and helping as best he can in getting to the bottom cause. He Explains everything so clearly, allowing us to ask as many questions as we need, putting my daughter at ease which has made her feel that she is being understood and heard. Above all giving us a clear path on our next steps and not giving up on us. I would highly recommend Dr Hiddad and so grateful that we found him.

The staff were incredibly helpful, understanding and supportive. I explained my concern and was given an urgent appointment. Vanessa S is the perfect person for her role and puts people at ease immediately. She secured me a hearing test and a consultation appointment on the same day. She also helped me with some of the administrative elements of using my private healthcare as the process has changed since I last used it. Very helpful, friendly, professional and reassuring. I was greeted on arrival, immediately shown to the waiting area and taken straight through to my first appointment, even though I was a few minutes early. Cannot fault the service I received and the care and professionalism was consistent throughout.

From first contacting my GP who could have referred me to a podiatrist but asked me to decide on whether it was appropriate (a decision for which I have no expertise to make) in late May it took over 3 months to see Mr Qasim (via TIMS during which I obtained no advice to go back to GP to get podiatrist referral, but instead a referral to Mr Qasim for steroid injection). However, the podiatrist at Freeman said steroid was no longer suitable due to second toe having developed a hammer deformity by then (mid-November). I think I should have been referred straight to Freeman, not via TIMS and Mr Qasim because I had months of delay and pain while I waited, thus affecting my ability to do my job as a nurse.

We were lucky enough to get into the appointment before our allotted time. Mr Mohammad seemed like a very nice person, but I felt very rushed, I wasn’t shown the MRI scan, The situation was not explained to us in depth,just offered options of an injection or surgery involving “metal work” which scared me somewhat. So I chose the injection as seemed a less scary choice to start with. We were told this would be put forward, then we left , all taking about five minutes, not really very reassuring. Hopefully I may get another chance for someone to explain what the operation with the “ metal work” would involve. So I would feel more confident with what needs to be done

Mr Javangula is one of the best Cardiologists. He is very friendly/passionate and took all the time to go over my questions prior to surgery. He is the best heart surgeon I have come across and all staff speak very highly of him. Always has smile on his face. I am very grateful to Mr javangula for operating on me. I have fully recovered and am now discharged after bypass surgery. I would like to thank Mr Javangula and his staff at Nuffield for the best after care provided after my procedure. Dr Stephan was patient to listen to my concerns, made sure he understands the full picture, walked me through the reasons for the proposed tests, and helped get the relevant tests to rule out CVD. Afterwards we discussed what would be an appropriate recurring monitoring plan, and what to expect if I change my diet. Also answered a bunch of questions/concerns regarding protein and creatine intake, and kidneys health. You'll both get great treatment and more understanding of your condition.

My experience during my visit for day surgery was very good overall. The nurses and physiotherapist were young but capable. The anaesthetists were very helpful both before and after my operation. The surgeon was brisk and efficient. I was perhaps a little surprised that he didn't come to see me after the operation. The quality of the snack I was offered after the operation was poor: crisps and a sandwich with stodgy bread. Hardly nutritious recovery food!

Initially believed a guided steroid injection had been arranged through our GP. However despite trying to confirm this prior to visit this transpired not to be the case and was told another appointment would need to be booked for a later date. Fortunately Natalie, senior radiologist, was kindly able to arrange a guided steroid injection for that afternoon for which I am very grateful for as it is one hour twenty minutes round trip for us
