My experience with CP&R…. has been fantastic…. everyone involved has been so very helpful…Becky….. Angela… Tom…. and my trainer Paddy….. (Patrick)…. he has been beyond amazing… from the start…. nothing but encouraging… always supportive…. I have had quite a few bumps along the way and he has always been so kind…. I feel so much stronger… and more confident…Paddy has a wonderful attitude…. full of kindness and nothing but encouragement…. he works you hard but understands one’s limitations… I cannot praise him highly enough…. and I shall never forget this experience…. he has become a lifelong friend…. and I wish him all the luck in the world going forwards…. I reckon CP&R are very lucky to have him!…. I would also like to say a thank you to you all but to Tom who stepped in a few times and was also so encouraging… and I always loved his texts of support…. Thank you!… Becky and Angela .. thank you too for all your support… although it’s been a much longer journey than I had realised…. out of hard times…… has come a lot of good …meeting you all!…. so a huge never ending thank you….

My visit with Mr Treharne was truly impactful. After many years I have finally got a diagnosis and future treatment is pending. He was able to signpost me to the next steps I need to take. He listened and importantly heard my story/concerns. He allowed me to lead the conversation. I never felt rushed. He took the time to offer me an ultrasound which gave us a lot of information. For the first time in years, I can see a little light at the end of a tunnel. Which will not only help me physically but will also help my emotional health. You can tell that Alan is someone who is still very passionate about his field and is open to further learning and new techniques. Thank you so much.

Mr Ben Yates is in my opinion an excellent podiatric surgeon who gives a very good clinical opinion. I was unhappy that Mr Yates charged me for a “new patient” appointment when this was in fact a follow up appointment lasting about 12 minutes following previous surgery by Mr Yates. Furthermore, I did not receive a clinic letter from Mr Yates until I chased it up more than 2 weeks after my appointment. I received no apology for the delay in sending the letter. Mr Yate’s clinical letter did not contain all the information promised at the consultation and I was obliged to chase this information again. I emailed Mr Ben Yates to raise my concerns but I did not receive a reply from him.

I was very pleased with my visit to The Forbury Clinic, and was really impressed with how clean and tidy it was, the receptionist was very pleasant and showed my wife and myself upstairs to the waiting area, it was very nice to meet Alexia, we both thought she was extremely pleasant and was very pleased with her examination of my issue, and look forward to my next meeting with her. It was also very nice to meet with Doctor Savage, a very nice gentleman, very courteous to the both of us ,was very patient and was again ,pleased with his time and advice, Thank you all very much. My experience at Harley Street Hearing was in every respect exceptional. As a violinist I was very nervous about using hearing aids. However all the help and encouragement I received from Matt Frost (also a musician as well as an audiologist!) made it possible for me to find the perfect solution. Matt encouraged me to bring my violin to one of our consultations so that we could perfectly adjust everything to my needs. I received very clear instructions in how to use the hearing aid, and can have any help I need on line or in person going forward. Thank you and can’t recommend highly enough!

I had my wisdom teeth extracted yesterday at Quality Dental Practice in Worthing, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, everything was handled so professionally and calmly. My dentist was incredibly skilled and made the whole procedure feel smooth and stress-free. The extraction was done perfectly, and I felt well cared for throughout. The team was friendly, reassuring, and explained everything clearly, which really helped put me at ease. I’m so grateful for the excellent care and would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

On arrival I was taken into a room by the Sister and given an examination, drops and told not to rub my eyes after the Laser. Just a few minutes later I went into see Mr Cazaban, after examination I was told that both eyes now need treatment and agreed to this. the actual Laser treatment was slightly uncomfortable but to be expected. After this Mr Cazaban told me that my surgery was completed and that I should never need further laser treatment. The only complaint I would have was after the initially being told not to rub my eyes I was given no after care information.

Had an immigration medical appointment for Australia. I was running late and had to reschedule my AM appointment. Sent an email as the call option was automated message but the email was promptly replied and I was rebooked for the next available PM appointment. It meant I had to wait longer but they were swift to accommodate me and the services from reception to chest X-ray and GP examination was brilliant. I was offered the Polio vaccine and a painless blood tests. Overall I recommend 100%.

Dr Scott Murray was clear, compassionate, and very attentive throughout the appointment. He took time to listen, asked detailed questions about family history, and did not rush the consultation. All results were explained fully and in a way that was easy to understand. He described the condition clearly, answered questions carefully, and remained professional and engaged throughout. I felt listened to and reassured. I would highly recommend Dr Scott Murray as a cardiologist.

My operation with another consultant had been postponed, and saw Mr Wijeratna for my re-scheduled op. He explained very clearly what was wrong, and explained also that I could actually function very well without an op - which I elected to do. I am forever grateful for the clear explanations and the option to not go ahead with surgery - it has proved to be the absolute best choice. Thank you so much for enabling me to avoid surgery and a lengthy recovery period!

A very quick appointment. Actually in and out before my scheduled time. Mr Chauhan has given me reassurance with my wrist. Following on from having the injections I have found a terrific improvement. Some days it’s 90% better. Mr Chauhan said that in some people this is all you need or if it flares up again, to visit my Dr who will then refer me again and it would be the operation. Let’s hope and pray that time is in the distance.

It's never easy receiving a cancer diagnosis but having Dr Michael as my consultant and surgeon made it feel much less scary.

First class experience. Mr Goswami and all the staff at Spire were excellent. Had multiple procedures on my great, 2nd and 3rd toes on my right foot. Went to six week consultation yesterday - the before and after X-rays were amazing. Seems the procedure was a complete success. No more crutches and funny black shoe/boot!!
