When booking the consultation with Nick Panay, the earliest available date was 2 months in advance. I was required to pay the full £395 under pressure at time, being told that the consultation would be lost unless I paid by 5pm. My understanding that this appointment would be for specialist, in-depth input tailored to a complex clinical history. Given that context, I was disappointed that the consultation felt limited to a reiteration of guideline-based recommendations, with little opportunity to explore causation, individual nuance, or the specific questions I had prepared. At several points during the consultation, I felt that my questions were closed down rather than explored, and the overall tone felt more directive than supportive. Given my long and complex medical history, I had hoped for a more compassionate and collaborative approach. Instead, I left the consultation feeling unheard and dismissed, which was distressing. I had hoped for greater depth and collaborative discussion, particularly in light of the significant upfront cost. I was given no additional value beyond what I already knew and was told in any case, that I required a further consultation to finalise a treatment plan. I have been in contact with the practice and explained that the consultation did not meet the reasonable expectations set by the cost, structure, or positioning of this service. I appreciate that since, I have received a considered response from the Practice Manager and the consultation and fee are being reviewed.

Doctor Shan Low was our angel doctor. Without exaggeration. Initially, we sought her as a private pregnancy care consultant to help with my wife’s early pregnancy bleeding, she not only calmed us down but explained us what to expect during pregnancy. However during the later stages we had serious complications that raised our pregnancy to very high risk - SGA, single artery umbilical cord and others. Had doctor Shan Low not correctly diagnosed our baby’s bottom 1st percentile weight(!) escalated our case and recommended the safest delivery mode, the safety and health of our baby and my wife would have been significantly compromised. While our baby was delivered in public/NHS facilities, and despite financial incentives, doctor Shan Low never once tried to convince us to switch to private care delivery, her outmost focus was on wellbeing and safety of our baby and my wife. This is a shining example of professional and ethical integrity. Our baby girl came to the world healthily and we are immensely grateful to doctor Shan Low for her support, care and advice. She is not only a great doctor but a warm and genuinely caring person. Thank you doctor Shan Low!

I was really nervous and anxious at the beginning but, from my first appointment with Dr. Metin, I felt in reliable hands. We had an extensive pre-surgery conversation where everything about the procedure was explained in details, all my questions answered in a very professional and friendly way. The procedure went smoothly. The follow-up medical checks were well organised and I felt well supported after the procedure. I’m extremely happy and satisfied with the result, my breast looks much better and more natural compared with the result of my first procedure. I injured my ankle in March playing football, had an x-ray with the NHS an they said I had been lucky, waited for 4 weeks for a referral to the fracture clinic. I was going away in the July an needed the process to be hurried along so I initiated contact with Andrew Molloy. Explained the circumstances to him, he got me an initial consultation, MRI scan & had surgery all within 10 days. I am so happy I made contact and that I had him as my surgeon. He has since been spoken very highly of by my physios who all say he is the best in his field. Can't thank him enough for what he has done and enabling me to get back to normality. If you have anything wrong with your foot/ankle go and see him, he is superb and will have you fixed in the best possible way.

We first went 4 years ago with our first son and had 4 scans. We are pregnant again and just had our final scan which would be our 3rd/4th this pregnancy and every time we go the ladies are just a pleasure. So kind, so thorough and just lovely lovely people. We had Lisa today asked she is so nice, patient and a lovely person. There is usually a young girl at reception who is lovely but today there was a different lady who possibly was having a bad day as she was not welcoming not friendly. Possibly didn’t want to be at work and she had the impression she couldn’t be bothered. But it wouldn’t stop me from going as everyone else is always great

I had a video consultation with Dr Kallis. In the previous months I had a abdominal ultrasound scan and a CT abdomen and pelvis dual phase scan which appeared to show conflicting results. Dr Kallis explained the purpose and limitations of such scans as the reason for such conflicts, which I found understandable and reassuring. He also outlined the appropriate tests to take to clarify any remaining issues. Dr Kallis was patient and clear in responding to any questions I had. The organisation of the video consultation was very efficiently handled by his Medical Secretary. I would certainly recommend Dr Kallis

Not quite sure where to begin but the service from Mr Kasem and his team around him have been Outstanding,. He is so well respected that they all go above and beyond, from the very first appointment to diagnosis I had all the results in a week. Imaging came in at 7am as he requested the urgency. I had a biopsy and being on top of Christmas he called me each day to say still waiting for news. Late Christmas Eve, he called to say all was clear. I am very lucky but I would 110% recommend Mr Kasem. Thank you.

She has helped me change the beliefs I hold about food and helped me on the road to recovery from anorexia. As an autistic person, I have struggled in the past with connecting with health professionals but Sophie adapts the sessions to meet my needs. She always sends notes after our sessions which is useful in making sure I keep track of what I should be doing.

My consultant and treatment was excellent although getting output through to the correct department was time consuming. Also the support nurses struggled to take blood and was only successful on the fourth nurse’s attempt after a wait of over three hours.
