Words cannot do justice to my experience with Mr Routledge. He was an exceptional support during both of my lung surgeries recently, from pre-care, honest guidance, compassion and empathy, to post-care check in and follow ups. He made himself available around the clock and was very responsive to us even after discharge and nurses on the ward. He didn’t just support me, but my husband too - holding us both along on the journey. He is a rare soul - kind, gentle, and incredibly gifted at what he does. Mr Routledge was highly recommended to me by another doctor and when I first met him, I knew why. The truth is, there are many experts and qualified surgeons in this field - who do you pick? Of course, Mr Routledge has developed and pioneered techniques and technology that is at the forefront of Thoracic surgery, that is definitely in his favour. But to have someone who genuinely cares and doesn’t treat you like another name on a list is one in a billion. That’s what I loved and appreciated - he is human. And he treated me like a human too. There was no talking down to me or use of medical jargon. He took the time to explain and answer questions honestly, injecting humour during the right moments. He provided assurance when he could. He laid out all options and ways forward. And for all of that, and more - I was able to put my complete trust in him. I knew he had my back. I knew I was safe. No matter what happened, I knew I was in the best possible hands, under the best possible care. I’m very sad to have to say goodbye, it has hit me very hard, and I wish I didn’t have to. The impact he had on my husband and I has been deep. So If you want to feel at ease, if you want to feel cared for, if you want to be treated by a leading expert in this field, then the choice is clear. You will not regret it. Mr Routledge will not only treat you, he’ll leave you with the gift of his presence, genuine care, and support. And to me, that’s something no amount of money could ever buy.

We found TCM on google and the reviews seemed really good. My wife and I had been TTC for many years naturally but also involves some surgical procedures that had a negative impact. There was no monthly cycle for almost a year before we found TCM and gave it a go. Professor Au was friendly and thorough during the first consultation and referred us for a blood test. The conclusion was a severe hormonal imbalance that was probably a stress and trauma response to a number of things. Long story short after 10 weeks of following the course of custom remedies we had a breakthrough. My wife went from borderline clinical menopause to having a full on healthy period. I was referred to Mr James Langdon for sciatica and lower back pain. I was very nervous about having any back surgery. James’s conservative approach to treatment was very reassuring with a no ‘gung ho’ attitude for a quick fix. Surgery was decompression and bone removal. On the day of my surgery James again explained the operation and the risks. The anaesthetist and nurses at the Spire Harpenden were excellent. Pain management and post op physio was also excellent. One month after my surgery I have no pain for the first time in many years and am walking about without any aid of any kind.

Using the screening kit was so easy, and the staff was friendly and kind to provide kits since i have moved homes before the first kit reached me :) The staff seems to prefer calls, which I do not prefer. If there are ways to confirm to them that I prefer communications via email, it would be very helpful. The results were also easily delivered via email and was written in a way that is easy to read.
