I went to Mr Collier because of issues relating to my jaw and a bite that wouldn't close with orthodontic treatment. This is one of the best decisions I've made. In one surgery, Mr Collier performed a maxillary osteotomy (Le Fort I), fixed issues with my septum and sinuses, and removed my lower wisdom teeth. I'm just over one week post-op and his work has been exceptional; I couldn't be happier with the results. Beyond his surgical abilities, Mr Collier is also one of the best doctors I've had the pleasure of interacting with. Before we committed to surgery, we explored other treatments to help ease my symptoms, like Botox for my TMJ and a dental splint. I always felt listened to, and that he's given me advice and treatment that's genuinely in my best interests. The rest of his team is also brilliant. They're efficient, kind, and have been helpful at every stage. The post-op care from his surgical nurse has been outstanding. Recovery hasn't exactly been simple or easy, but she calls every morning, and by the end of each call, I feel more confident about how things are going. It genuinely makes the start of my day better. Surgery is a big thing, but four hours in an operating theatre with Mr Collier has now set me up for the rest of my life! It couldn't be more worth it. The only piece of advice that I have for future patients is that it will inevitably take longer than you initially expect to get everything organised and ready for surgery. Mr Collier's team will help, but some factors are out of everyone's control, so make sure you give yourself more than enough time.

I endured a horrific accident about 10 years ago when I fell (I believe due to a drink being spiked) and fractured two of my front teeth, one so badly that I had to have root canal work done and a crown fitted, I was devastated to learn that the root canal had failed and had caused an infection which would require further and costly dental work. The staff at Vermilion couldn't have done any better in how they treated me throughout the course of treatment which spanned 3 months. Dr Treagus in particular, must be highly commended, as despite his struggles in drilling through the crown (due to metalwork within the crown) to enable him to carry out the treatment, persevered and kept me informed at every stage, detailing worst case scenarios and explaining very directly what my options were. He and his colleagues managed to create a calm, and at times humorous environment which really helped to take my mind off the seriousness of what needed to be done and what could go wrong. I highly recommend the practice for their professionalism, and sheer determination to achieve a good outcome for me.

I cannot recommend Erin Lahay highly enough. Over the past three months, she has helped me immensely with both shoulder and lower back pain. What sets Erin apart is her holistic approach. Her treatment combined soft tissue massage to relieve pain and a tailored exercise routine designed specifically for my needs. I had a consultation with Dr Benjamin Salt on 2nd December. I found him pleasant and informative. He began by asking for my experience and history of the varicose veins which were the occasion for my visit. At no stage did I feel rushed rather that I was being given the time to explore not just the physical details but the attitudes which might shape my decision on whether to go ahead. One stars as Nick was a no show. I waited 10 minutes and had an appointment following this one so this needed to happen as scheduled. After 10 mins I had not heard anything so enquired at the desk and was informed he was running late and would t be around for another hour. As I had another work-related appointment I could not wait. Given he was going o be over an hour late this should have been communicated to me when I arrived and checked in as it would have been known ahead of the scheduled appointment time. I also incurred expenses travelling to the hospital.

I've had 2 appointments with Miss Krishnan. On both occasions she was very thorough, explained what she was doing and why, and then explained her findings. She is very personable and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. I was very happy with both appointments. My initial appointment was following sudden floaters with the 2nd appointment for follow up. I'm not sure which category that comes under on the next page, so have clicked one so I can complete the feedback.

It was my second cataract removal this time on my left eye which was excellently carried out as was the first with the nursing staff preparing me for the operation carrying it out in a very professional way explaining each procedure in a kindly manner. The operation was also very well carried out as well, am doing well and the recovering is going splendidly after 5 days. Would recommend Optegra! !! . Thank you very much.

I actually saw Mr Floyd at the Platinum Scene but had surgery at the Highgate Hospital. Couldn't fault either. The Highgate Hospital, whilst smaller than the Wellington is brilliantly run, the staff are friendly and attentive, my anaesthetist was a really nice man and the food was pretty good too!
