I attended for spinal MRI. Unfortunately the technician was running late for which I was happy to wait but because of timing his communication to me was very poor. I was shown a room to change and left there without any guidance, I was then taken to the MRI machine and not spoken to really to ask if I was okay or to provide any reassurance. I don’t like MRI scans because can feel anxious within the machine. All it takes is a little bit of reassurance and acknowledgement for which I had none. Throughout the test the technician did not speak to me at all to ask if I was okay. I am not sure if this is normal but I found during the MRI it became quite hot which I have not experienced before. When the test was over he hurried me away from the machine without acknowledging my back could be hurting when getting up, which it was a little. He didn’t show me to the door so I had to ask if I was allowed to go and then left the room to change and go home. My review would be it is the smallest common curtesies that makes all the difference to a patient and this time I did not experience this at all. So much so I won’t be choosing to go to this venue for another investigation

Outstanding experience with Mr Ibrahim. 5* rating. My mother recently had Total Knee Replacement and what impressed me straight away about Mr Ibrahim is how caring, personable and friendly he is – he listens to you with great patience and humility, and then answers any questions you have (of which we had many!) with great attention and detail. Having a Surgeon with this kind and compassionate manner makes you feel more reassured about going ahead under his hand. His professionalism is second to none, and we are very grateful for his care. It's also worth mentioning his outstanding secretary Emma – who is so helpful, friendly and communicative in all matters, such as always being available to take calls and/or get back to you swiftly, which she does with great clarity and detail. This can feel so important ahead of a big surgery. We wouldn’t hesitate recommending Mr Ibrahim for anyone needing knee surgery or treatment. He goes out of his way to help!

It was a pleasure to meet with Matt Wright again following our consultations and procedures in 2019 and before, when he cured my atrial fibrillation. Thanks to his specialist care, I have been able to successfully carry on running my antique business from my gallery in Pimlico.. Accordingly, it was very reassuring to discover that he had recognised my name after my recent visit to A and E at St Thomases and had been advising on further tests and treatment following the analysis of my seven day monitor. Having explained to him that I had stopped taking the prescribed Bisoprolol 2.5 mg after three days, as it very quickly took my blood pressure down to 50, he recommended that I re-start on 1.25 mg. This reduction appears to have so far done the trick, as my pulse has dropped to mid 60s which is bearable. In conclusion I am so relieved to once again know that Matt is keeping an eye on me and that his ear is available should I need reassurance.

I was at St Josephs for a repair to the rotator cuff of my right shoulder. Admission was at 11:00 hrs and I was shown to a private room with ensuite bathroom, bed, easy chair and TV with Internet and Sky access. A nurse took a set of observations and both the surgeon and anaesthetist came in to discuss my surgery and confirm my consent. At 12:00 I walked in gown and slippers to the operating theatre and once on the operating table I was connected to various monitors. A pre med drug was injected via a canula on the back of my right hand. At 13:00hrs I woke up in the recovery room with the operation complete. After a short while my bed was wheeled back to my room. Further sets of observations were taken and later I was given my choice of post op snack and coffee. A physio came to see me and gave me a sheet of recommended exercises. At 19:00 my daughter arrived to take me home. I was happy with all aspects of the day.

This morning I received fantastic treatment from Mr Yasin El-Wajeh which was delivered in a suitably upbeat, capable and compassionate manner. Time was taken to explain, to answer queries and importantly, to listen. The dentist was also really kind and reassuring which meant a lot to me as I was very, very anxious after an extremely distressing experience with an extraction years ago. Even before the treatment began, Mr Yasin El-Wajeh exuded competence and I knew I was in good hands. Indeed, he had no sooner administered anaesthetic than he was holding the offending tooth. The extraction took less than five minutes. I would highly recommend Mr Yasin El-Wajeh for his ultimate professionalism, skill and warm compassion. I am so grateful to him and the lovely staff at Scunthorpe Orthodontics.

I recently visited the London Gynaecology Centre for an appointment with Ms. Mishra, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care I received. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease. What stood out most was her kindness—she approached every part of the consultation with genuine compassion and professionalism. Mr Raza has been incredible. From the first appointment he understood my pain, other symptoms and the impact it was all having on me as a person. He gave me several options and I ended up having excision of endometriosis surgery with him early October. To say Mr Raza and this surgery changed my life is an understatement. I have gone from needing a walking stick to walking greater distances than I have in years and my pain has greatly subsided. His team have been so supportive of me and my husband throughout this journey (Sukhy and Denia are amazing too). I have had some awful experiences with other gynaecologists and endometriosis specialists, but I will continue to recommend Mr Raza to everyone suffering with this awful disease. Thank you so much 😊

Everything to do with Dr Guttman was terrific. My issue is with the radiology experience. I was asked to have a cardio angiogram CT scan. I had no idea what that involved. I was not provided with any information prior to my scheduled appointment. I was quite taken back and even shocked by the procedures complexity in terms of catheters medications and the entire protocol. I highly recommend that you always provide a patient with a full understanding of a procedure like this before the event. I would not have drunk coffee for example which I found out on the morning I should not have had. Surely there is a brochure or a link to information Prior to the procedure. Thank you.

Visit was in Luton and Dunstable hospital. I have arrived early for appointment and seen straight away by nurse on duty for first checks.( hight/weight). Then Doctors Gyampoh has seen me for a verbal consultation explained process regarding my concern regarding the condition and scan on the day. After that scan took place with another Doctor. After that Dr. Gyampoh thoroughly have explained my scan,outcome, options and process going forward. Great experience thank you very much. Keep up the good work and experience with patience.

I went to have my operation dressing removed and the consultant mr paver to check the wounds to make sure he’s happy with the results he was totally happy he said it’s the best results he’s seen for a long time with my second toe correction he’s extremely happy and so am I I haven’t seen my foot look so good in a long long time and the fact I’ve not really had any pain after this surgery is a miracle but I’ve done as I’m told and kept it elevated as I was told too for the first 2 weeks and just shows how much difference that makes

Mr Wong is an excellent gynaecologist. He listens, asks the right questions, and explains every step in clear language. You feel comfortable the moment you walk in because he treats you with respect and patience. He does not rush you. He checks that you understand your options. He makes difficult appointments feel manageable. My visits with other gynaecologists felt stressful, but he changed that for me. I trust his care and recommend him to anyone who wants a calm and supportive experience

I found the admin staff very friendly and helpful in answering my questions, and the two people who assessed me were also very friendly and did their utmost to make me feel comfortable and reassure me. The report is clear and thorough - the only thing is that it took 3-4 weeks longer to arrive than the original estimated time and while I understand that the team is very busy I would have really appreciated a note to say that there would be a delay and roughly how long it might be.
