I reached out to Dr Mistry in March 2025 as I have been struggling with chronic insomnia since December 2021 and I know I needed a more tailored support approach in overcoming it. I could go on all day about how amazing he is. Insomnia is a very misunderstood and isolating condition to have and it leaves you feeling very hopeless. Dr Mistry is knowledgeable, empathetic, understanding, approachable and kind. The list goes on! Honestly - he is an incredible doctor as are his team. You are never left waiting for feedback or answers which is really important when you struggle with insomnia. I actually have been emotional sometimes after coming off calls with him as I feel I have finally met someone who fully understands the impact that insomnia has on a persons wellbeing. He has a very gentle approach and is very patient. I honestly don’t know where I would be without him. I know I am in safe hands with him and finally feel hopeful for the future thanks to Dr Mistry. I just wish I had met him sooner. I can’t recommend him enough!

I arrived at 8.50 for a 9 am appointment. Was taken for a urine test which was irrelevant to why I was there and I never saw any results of. At 9.01 I saw the Dr arriving in the clinic. I was told she had a telephone appointment. At 9.15 I saw a patient leave her consulting room and was eventually seen. Despite having filled out the pre questionaire with my medication Dr Carulli couldn't find it but instead wanted to go through them. But then in her covering letter to my GP missed out significant ones like statins. Dr Carulli listed herself as a specialist in Osteoporosis but didn't seem to know a lot - at one point asking why there were two scores in my DEXA scan (one is the T score one is the z score a WEB MD search can tell you that...).

We first met Mr Buddhdev while seeking a second opinion on our sons hip X-rays. After feeling like we had been left in the dark and our fears dismissed we we’re immediately reassured and comforted by Mr Buddhdev. We felt for the first time that we had a plan and understood our options. After a follow up it was agreed that Freddie would be booked in for a guided growth procedure with soft issue release. Amy and the rest of the team were flawless. All questions were answered quickly and the whole process was very smooth. Mr Buddhdev treats you like your the expert in your own child, listens first and then responds. All choices were our own which was very refreshing. Thank you.

Dr. Robinson was excellent with our 13-year-old daughter. Most doctors direct all their questions to us as parents, but Dr. Robinson spoke directly to her from the start. She asked my daughter how she was feeling, listened carefully to her responses, and treated her with genuine respect. It was clear she values her patients as individuals, regardless of age. My daughter felt heard and taken seriously, which made such a difference. Dr. Robinson struck the perfect balance—keeping us informed while empowering our daughter to be involved in her own care. We really appreciated her approach and would definitely recommend her to other families with teens.

I had an acute pain in my right leg and had difficulty walking. Having had IDD treatment at Osteopath West before for sciatica I called and was given an appointment later that day. On arrival i was given a thorough examination and it was decided that I most likely had a pulled muscle as well as a nerve issue. I had some deep massage on my back and leg followed by an IDD session. The result today is that the pain is considerably better and i can now walk mush better than before. I am grateful for the prompt appointment and the service I received and would recommend Osteopath West to people in a similar position.

My experience at the McIndoe centre was incredible. Throughout my surgery and stay the entire team were incredibly kind and caring. I was given plenty of reassurance prior to my surgery, everyone involved during my surgery was incredibly professional and the aftercare following my surgery was incredible. All of my nurses were incredibly kind and helpful and made the process so much easier. I had a great private room and bathroom, and the food was also great! Cannot recommend the McIndoe centre enough, they will be my first choice should I have any more procedures in future

Felt relaxed as soon as I entered the clinical area. Dr Ahmad’s team were calm, professional and respectful throughout the procedure. Dr Ahmad clearly detailed each step of my clinical investigation. I had time to discuss and consider my options and I never felt pressured or anxious. Following my investigation Dr Ahmad met me in the recovery area to discuss the outcome of my procedure, answer any questions and then discuss next steps. I am very grateful to Dr Ahmad and his team for their care.

Vast majority of the people were super friendly and made my hospital stay very comfortable. Hospital was clean and everyone was extremely professional. I did get the feeling though that you get rushed a bit when it gets to recovery and need to get going post-surgery which is not ideal as sometimes you are just not feeling fit enough or ready to go home straight away, especially after general anaesthesia. Overall extremely positive experience.

Received very thorough assessments and excellent electronic summaries rapidly so I could share these with my physio and plan next steps. I had a google meets with Frankie. She was very empathetic, as understandably the conversation was a very emotional and reflective experience for me. That said, the patience and tone in which Frankie approached the questions directed at me was always in a professional and kind tone. Time was allowed for breaks and the whole process was clear as to where and what was required. Frankie was lovely and put me at ease.

Dr Northcote was very polite and cheery when arriving. He went over what I was in for and explained everything quite clearly what was going to happen. He was reassuring as I was rather worried about the procedure. After the procedure Dr Northcote returned to see how I got on and how I was. Had a chat about about the actual operation I was to get in January.

Everything was fantastic - wasted 6 months since original NHS Xrays that weren't correct & delays getting referred from my doctor. However, - 5 mins after start of appointment with consultant - I was having more Xrays taken - then back to the consultant - thorough explanation & surgery date booked for 4 weeks time - very impressive
