Giacinto is by far one of London's most skilled aesthetic nurse practitioners. Having worked for a group of plastic surgeons in the past, I received my 1st ever botox & fillers treatment on my 50th b'day from a leading Consultant, Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon, Ms Effie Katsarma. After I left the hospital/ industry, I was eager to find an aesthetic nurse practitioner who could maintain her high standard of work. My research eventually led me to Giacinto. I'm particularly fussy & wanted a medically qualified & skillful aesthetic nurse with a keen, creative eye. I knew instantly Giacinto was exceptional. He has been maintaining my ongoing botox requirements for approx the past 7/8 yrs. I've also recently had profilio & fillers for the 1st time at his Harley St practice. He never tries to upsell, is highly knowledgeable & always achieves a fantastic aesthetic result (no bruising!). He is an absolute pleasure to deal with, I trust him implicitly & wouldn't dream of going to anyone else... I highly recommend him.

I met Dr. Peter Hill at the Cleveland Clinic on 29th November 2025. It appeared to be a very busy clinic, but Dr. Hill took his time to see me. Dr. Hill was extremely professional and focused . He took a comprehensive medical history, performed a meticulous clinical examination, and carefully reviewed all previous investigations by by Urologist and GP which I had sent across to Rosie in advance. Dr. Hill provided a clear and detailed explanation of my kidney situation and set out an appropriate plan for ongoing monitoring. He took my my parents medical history into consideration and relevant blood markers to be included for me, promptly arranging a specific scan. His manner was calm, respectful, and reassuring throughout. This was one of the most thorough and patient centred consultations I have ever experienced. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Hill to anyone seeking expert nephrology care.

I recently underwent surgery at Kingsbridge Private Hospital, and I genuinely cannot put into words how grateful I am for the incredible care I received. From the moment my procedure was over, the nurses were by my side — kind, patient, and so comforting. They made me feel safe and completely at ease during a time that could have been overwhelming. My surgeon and nurse continued that same level of warmth and support throughout my aftercare. Their reassurance, responsiveness, and genuine concern for my wellbeing meant more to me than they probably realise. Their care and attention were truly outstanding — compassionate, professional, and heartfelt in every way. I am so thankful to each and every one of them, and I could not recommend Kingsbridge highly enough.

I had my suspicions as to what was happening to me. However, going down the general NHS GP route was not getting me anywhere. They kept treating each symptom individually rather than looking at me as a whole. A few years of going backwards and forwards. Stress! With Dr Nikki, within the 30 minute consultation I felt heard, all symptoms were put together and a treatment plan was formed. It all made sense and everything was explained. Medication prescribed and ordered, report received and a report sent to my own GP, all within a few hours. Future follow up already booked. That is what you call professionalism, efficiency and having very knowledgeable doctors who understand the female body. Wish I had booked them sooner. I would highly recommend them.

I went to see Mr Otify after seeing another consultant, which had dismissed my symptoms as womb pain. I had been in pain for over 12 months, it was making life very hard and sometimes the pain was unbearable. Mr Otify did not dismiss my symptoms or my thoughts. He is very easy to talk to and listens. We quickly came up with a plan . I had surgery 5 weeks ago, total hysterectomy and removed endometriosis, although I am still recovering from surgery, the pain I was experiencing has now gone. I had my follow up appointment the other day, he explained everything he did during surgery and his findings. I would most certainly recommend going to see mr Otify , it was the best decision I made and I can not fault him as a person or as a surgeon.

I saw Alex Townsend for a running injury on my foot/ankle via Bupa. He was very professional, provided great care, and was excellent at communicating his thought process as he inspected my injury. He was efficient and determined in getting me the necessary follow ups booked timely when I told him I had an upcoming race. He referred me to Dr. Burdon who was also very professional and provided great care. After our follow up, Alex provided me with useful training resources for foot taping and running. He performed walking and running gait analysis on me. It was insightful to hear his analysis, and it formed the basis for him to refer me for additional foot physio appointments to strengthen my foot and minimize chance of future injuries.

I have been suffering from stomach issues for more than a year. Plenty of tests but no answers. I was even told by some doctors it was all in my head. I went to Dr Siddiqi and he was great. He started from the beginning listening carefully to all my symptoms, writing down everything and reassuring me that it was not all in my head and we were going to get the bottom of it . He is the first doctor that has given me hope and I know it’s early days but I am looking forward to the future. Thank you Doctor you do not know how much you lifted my spirit today. Mr Nowell made me feel confident and relaxed about my spinal surgery. He is highly professional and knowledgeable. I had a microdisectomy 4 months ago and I feel absolutely amazing now. Overall, I was very happy with the hospital, especially with our stay in the PICU. The nurses were exceptionally friendly, professional, and compassionate. During such a difficult time, their kindness and dedication made a huge difference. They not only cared for our child after surgery but also supported us as parents, showing patience and understanding throughout. It is reassuring to be surrounded by people who combine professionalism with genuine humanity, and I am truly grateful for the care we received!

Kingsbridge Diagnostic and Treatment Centre

Disabled parking wasn’t available at the car park for the Diagnostic Centre or at Outpatients at the main site. In fact, there were no spaces for anyone to park. Although I arrived at the car park in good time, being unable to park meant I had to drive around until I found a spot to park on the street, the very thing that Kingsbridge is advising patients not to do. The onus should be on Kingsbridge, not the patient, to have planned adequate patient parking before offering private patient services.

The check up today went really well and I was given reassurance and advice toward looking after my eyes by the thourough Cathedral Eye knowledgeable and experienced staff. The different tests and mannerly handovers following scans etc. from start to finish of appointment are seamless. And the appointment starts so well being welcomed in at the front desk, through too being checked out so that nothing is forgotten from eye drops to appointment times leaving nothing to chance.

The empathy and diagnosis to me regarding the excision of my wright wrist ganglion were second to none. And the surgery performed by Mr Iain McLaughlin-Symon went without any problems or after effects, and I couldn’t praise his medical skills highly enough. There are the no remnants of my wrist ganglion whatsoever , and the slight scar after the surgery is barely visible now and will probably have disappeared entirely within about 6 months.

Prof Kocher was very helpful and professional when I was under his care, including post-care. He was prepared to operate immediately but explained the risks clearly, allowing me to make the right decision to wait 6 weeks so that it was possible to have surgery when infection was less severe allowing me to recover quickly. The information he provided in his fact sheets was extremely helpful post-recovery.

The whole experience of phoning first thing in the morning to make an appointment to have my earwax removel - through to later in morning when it was carried out felt like a “model” experience in care. My audiologist was patient, explained the process and worked efficiently to remove all the wax bringing much needed relief. She also gave me advice on oiling my ear to help the wax dispersal in future.
