I started seeing Dr Kat in February 2025 after she was highly recommended by a friend, and from my very first appointment I felt completely comfortable and safe in her hands. IVF was a new world and I was clueless, she has quite literally held my hand throughout the entire process. I had some complications along my journey - endometriosis, a cyst inside my right ovary thought to be an endometrioma but was actually a borderline tumour, she recommended specialist surgeons and Kat checked in on me at every stage of the surgery and recovery, going far beyond what you’d ever expect from a fertility doctor. What makes Dr Kat truly exceptional is the personal, consistent care she provides. At bigger clinics, you might only see your doctor a handful of times and get passed between different people. With Kat, it’s the opposite. She genuinely cares, knows every detail of your case, and you always feel like a priority rather than a number. Thanks to her support and expertise, I am now almost 11 weeks pregnant and have officially graduated from the IVF clinic. It was a very emotional goodbye, Kat has been the biggest and best support I could have imagined, and I honestly couldn’t picture going through this journey with anyone else.

Excellent. I am currently undergoing IVF treatment with Professor Yacoub Khalaf at Guys Hospital in London. A few days ago Prof. Khalaf successfully collected 3 eggs, which I am very happy about. So far I am very impressed and completely satisfied with the high quality of medical care at the IVF clinic at Guys Hospital directed by Prof. Khalif. Previously I have undergone IVF treatments at one NHS and two private clinics in London, and I can confidently say that the integrity, honesty and personal care I have received from Prof Khalaf is exceptional, and well beyond that of the other clinics. The staff is well trained, and the process has been very efficient and easy. Unlike the other clinics they have not prescribed unnecessary medication or unnecessary scans. As a result the experience at Guys has been less emotionally and physically intrusive. My husband and I can recommend Prof Khalaf very highly.

Mr Keenan was very helpful and clarified all of my concerns about what I should or should not be doing. He appeared to be genuinely interested in how I was progressing. He showed me an x-ray of my hip and told me there was a small amount of wear on the other hip, to keep an eye on it, and, if it bothered me, then I should get on the waiting list sooner rather than later. In view of my advancing years I believe that was very good advice. Personally I believe I was very lucky to have been a patient of Mr Keenan, he was extremely professional in every way and I could not be any more happy about the operation, the care and the outcome, though I must admit I was quite fearful right up until the mask was put over my face! I feel a million percent better as a result of the hip replacement and there was no pain whatsoever. I walk better now than I have done for many years. Thank you Mr Keenan.

I arranged to see Mr Hall after my daughter was showing signs of tongue tie. I had her assessed by the IOW midwife specialist at 4 weeks and they informed me my daughter had no tie. After 7 more weeks of matters getting worse I was referred to Southampton by NHS but when I found out the waiting time I booked myself in to see Mr Hall who could see me within 3days of my initial contact! A tongue tie was located and procedure performed there and then. With minimal distress with my daughter and I. There was immediate feeding benefits and physically seeing my daughter move and use her tongue better. Hopefully this is a road back to breastfeeding full time without the need to keep pumping. I wish I had followed my instincts and made enquires to book sooner. All health visitors should have his details to pass on!

The staff were lovely, so kind and understanding which has been thoroughly appreciated. However, some frustration noted around wait times. While it is appreciated that diagnostics are a lengthy process and take time, I found issues where my assessments were delayed due to Skylight not having all the information from the forms I had already completed, and after submitting my forms I was not told that all of the information had not been received until I reached out and chased my application due to the time frames I was given being overdue. To improve this experience, more communication on what has and hasn’t been received would improve the experience and shorten some people’s wait times, as my wait time was partially increased due to lack of communication over forms I had or hadn’t filled in.

After a few mis steps with the NHS I was finally referred to Mr. Aho. Very quickly a telephone consultation took place. It was clear that Mr Aho had read all the medical notes and test results relating to my condition (bladder stone and extremely enlarged prostate) and explained in full detail what he could offer by way of surgery to alleviate (in fact cure) my condition, running through the procedure in full and outlining any possible difficulties, side effects and setting out some pre op exercises I should do. Surgery took place within 2/3 weeks and now 3 months later I regard myself as completely back to normal urologically speaking, have returned to work and I cannot speak highly enough of Mr Aho and his team at the Princess Grace Hospital. FYI I am 78.

The experience of having a hip replacement it was absolutely brilliant friendly place a friendly face brilliant doctor very happy with my new hip. I never expected it to be sore professionally done. I am so happy with the doctor that I had at the new hit replacement. nobody knows how happy I was the next day. I’m walking around without no pain now thanks too my Docter but I would like to say a very thank you to him and a brilliant job that’s he’s done and making me feel very comfortable and at ease thank you Docter Christopher Brew I I would recommend anybody who has a hip problem to get it seen to not being biased by my Docter Brew thank you once again

Today I came to the practice to visit Dr Andy Brown. I was initially quite nervous however every member of staff was so welcoming and comforting. Upon entering I was greeted by the front of house and offered a hot drink. The waiting room was soothing and I didn’t have to wait very long before the nurse called me in. I expressed my concerns and worries and Dr Andy talked me through all off them and really reassured me. He gave me options and explained them all thoroughly as well as giving me advice on what I need. I highly recommend going to him.

Sam Wilde did an amazing job on my hip. I had a steroid injection and an extremely gloomy prognosis from the consultant with regard to osteoarthritis. Without Sam I would have gone into a deep depression! Sam talked me through a programme of rest post the steroid injection followed by a slow return to exercise with various adaptations. A year and a half later I am back to exercising 6 times a week with (so far) no issues other than the odd twinge from my hip. I am incredibly grateful and can't rate the treatment I got highly enough.

Claudia is an incredible physiotherapist who I have trusted with different sports injuries over the years. She's holistic and is well connected to excellent surgeons, other practitioners, gym owners, etc. all of whom have helped me to recover effectively. Her space in Islington is exceptional, with many tools for rehabilitation including a reformer bed, weights station, etc. I wouldn't go anywhere else, even when other options are closer to home. I'm grateful for Claudia!

Arrived in good time but parking was appalling. No toilet in the temporary scanner, so had to find another in main building. Was a little out of breath in return and was sent straight in. Told to stay still, but was still breathing a little hard which wasn’t taken into account. The staff were pleasant but seemed to give up on me when I couldn’t hear instructions through the headphones (I had been told to wear ear protection buds underneath).
