I had an excellent experience at Vitalscan. The whole team was incredibly professional and welcoming from start to finish. The radiographers — Abdo, Mahmoud, and Alice — were absolutely brilliant. They made me feel completely at ease and explained everything clearly before the scan. Their professionalism and kindness were outstanding. Jamie and Safia, the imaging assistants, were also fantastic — so friendly and reassuring throughout. And a special thanks to Mickey at reception, who was extremely helpful, polite, and made the whole booking process smooth and stress-free. Honestly, one of the best healthcare experiences I’ve ever had in the UK. Highly recommend Vitalscan for anyone needing an MRI or any imaging service.

I first saw Mr Wronka to discuss the best way forward for severe hip pain. He explained my x-ray in great detail, making sure I understood all he had to say. It was obvious after this consultation I needed a hip replacement and I had this a few weeks later. Through the whole treatment from the initial consultation to the 6 week follow up after surgery Mr Wronka kept me informed of exactly what to expect, what I could and couldn’t do and if I had any questions I was only to ask. I would highly recommend Mr Wronka. I found him professional, polite and willing to explain anything in terms that I could understand. If I have any questions going forward I know I will be able to contact him and get good, sound advice.

My experience of this appointment was genuinely five-star. The procedure I had was performed by Vicky with meticulous care. The clinic gives a luxurious atmosphere making you feel at ease the minute you walk through the door. The staff at VB health from the reception area to the practitioners are very friendly, warm professional and very knowledgeable. You are made to feel completely at ease and well informed about the treatment I was having. I cannot recommend VB Health highly enough this is definitely the only place to go for treatments. I have been in the care of Dr Omer Ahmad for a number of years now and I must to say he is one of, if not the best consultants I have had the pleasure of meeting. Each time I meet him I come away feeling positive. There are some times in life when you need to feel like you are in a safe, knowledgeable and experienced set of hands, and this Dr Omer provides in abundance. From a thorough explanation of the procedure, to witnessing his beady eye hunt down those hard to find colon polyps and finally reassuring you of the findings, the whole experience was excellent!

The Spire has excellent facilities (car parking, waiting area, consulting rooms etc) and the reception staff are very attentive and helpful. The “formal check in” using an iPad is an unnecessary hurdle for patients to negotiate. The earlier system of just checking in with the receptionist was much better. My appointment with Dr. Balerdi was on time and a very useful session. Re. Dr. Balerdi himself, my very postive comments are in an earlier section.

Patronising, no evidence had read prefilled questionnaire, or previous history. Despite personal discomfort I described, the only response was to leave things as they were, lack of initiative. Lack of empathy. I was asked to book an appt sooner rather than later which I did, and then during the appt I was told to leave things as they were for another couple of months. Very dissatisfied with the service.

Gus gave clear instructions as to how each exercise would rebuild the ligament, and how it will help on my journey back to jiu jitsu. The exercises were increasingly more challenging but he made them fun and stressed the importance of building up the knee ligaments to also help with my injury.
