I also appreciated the efficiency—appointments were timely, and follow-up instructions were clear and easy to understand. I was recently under Jess’ care for my first pregnancy and birth of my son and we felt so safe and supported working with her. Jess has a personal approach with her patients and took the time to get to know myself and my husband, which made us feel very comfortable around her during appointments and the birth. Jess made herself available whenever I needed a question answered or an appointment, she was always contactable via whatsapp and answered any questions (big or small) that I had! There were parts of my birth that did not go to plan (which were outside of our control) and Jess took the time during and after the birth to discuss and debrief on the birth in detail, which were so helpful to me being able to process and understand. I was very grateful to be able to be under the care of Jess - I look forward to being under her care again for future pregnancies and highly recommend her.

Rishi Sharma and I met after being referred by a different doctor following on from a recent CT scan. He was very clear from the start and offered reassurance that came very naturally. He made my concerns feel valid and was willing to listen to the issues I was having. He took on board my current lifestyle including hobbies and career and encouraged them, rather than suggest anything else like I have had previously (I have lost count the amount of professionals that suggested I needed a career change rather than exploring to why I was so unwell). I am pleased mine and Rishi’s paths crossed and I will be forever grateful to him for helping and supporting me so well; not only through the surgery but he has gone above and beyond to support me pre and post surgery too.

I had a great experience with Dr Cappai at Diverse Minds Clinic. She listened to all my concerns and gave me good advice on therapy and pharmacological treatment. I conducted some research before booking with Diverse Minds Clinic, and I was reassured because the clinic is registered with the CQC (unlike some other popular services in London), and Dr Cappai also works in the NHS as an ADHD specialist. The building in central London, Harley Street, is very elegant, and I felt comfortable during the long assessment (I had a 3-hour ADHD and ASD assessment), and Dr Cappai allowed some breaks and ensured I was at ease. The appointment started on time, and the report was very thorough. I am happy with the service. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

I was very early for the appointment so was encouraged to go to cafe and assured I would be called when they were ready. The receptionist answered our questions with a friendly manner. The nurse was very attentive and explained the procedure whilst preparing the cannular. She even brought blankets as it was chilly in the room. The cardiologist gave time to explain the findings afterwards and advised regarding medication. Excellent service!

Kajal is an amazing practitioner who I felt very safe with knowing she is also a highly experienced dentist used to giving very accurate injections. The clinic is lovely. Everything is spotless and very comfortable. The treatment itself is painless and super quick and Kajal is great at making you feel relaxed and pampered. I am amazed at the results and will definitely be coming back for a repeat of the treatment I received.
