I also want to highlight how wonderful his secretary and the entire team were throughout the whole process. Every member of staff was welcoming, organised, and genuinely caring. The experience was good. I felt very well informed about what was going to happen with regard to the surgery and everything was very efficient. My only area for suggestion is the post operation recovery once I had left the hospital. I find myself wondering whether what I am experiencing is normal or not. Something written down clearly suggesting what is likely to happen and how to treat the wound would have been helpful.
