Wow, what an amazing place with a holistic approach to recovery. Far from previous experiences that simply provide a detox and a few tools tacked on the end. Delamere provides any willing individual the opportunity to explore yourself and a way of life that can truly bring balance and happiness. The food was excellent, home cooked with minimal processed food, probably only the tofu as the vegetarian option was processed, along with bacon and sausage for breakfast. Chefs were very approachable and friendly, even gained some advice on what to cook at home. The overall environment was clean, tidy and well maintained. The liaison team were excellent and always on hand to support and guide when needed.The nursing team were also superb, always there to answer any medical questions in a compassionate way. The mentors provided clear direction without judgement or bias. My therapist was second to none and created a safe environment for me to discover myself, while always being there to catch me when I stumbled. All in all a life changing experience. I have left with a solid toolset and aftercare package that will steer me through a joyful life with my friends and family. Only negative was the insane temperature in the bedrooms…..bring some cool PJs.

I recently visited Nuffield Health The Holly Hospital and had a very positive experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. The check-in process was smooth and well-organised, and the hospital environment was clean, modern, and comfortable. Waiting times were minimal, and everything ran on schedule. The medical team were polite, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain each step clearly, which helped me feel reassured throughout the visit. Any tests or procedures were carried out efficiently, and I felt well looked after at all times. Overall, The Holly Hospital provided an excellent standard of care, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking prompt, professional, and compassionate treatment.

My experience has been outstanding. From the first phone call to leaving the thornbury hospital. Hannah the centre manager and Farqi treated me amazingly. I felt safe in the cleanest, calmest environment. The information I received was top notch and I have never experienced such kindness to me. Dr Ibrahim was very kind and I felt that someone was finally listening to me after many months. The staff at the Royal Hallamshire, particularly Nancy and Lisa also went the extra mile and again were very kind. Disabled parking wasn’t available at the car park for the Diagnostic Centre or at Outpatients at the main site. In fact, there were no spaces for anyone to park. Although I arrived at the car park in good time, being unable to park meant I had to drive around until I found a spot to park on the street, the very thing that Kingsbridge is advising patients not to do. The onus should be on Kingsbridge, not the patient, to have planned adequate patient parking before offering private patient services.

Every appointment I’ve had with him has been an absolute breeze - he explains everything clearly, answers questions with patience, and creates a really calm, reassuring environment. The psychiatrist I saw was pleasant and helpful, although we met at a facility in South London which was not an HMC facility, not the doctor's usual clinic and where he wasn't known to anyone, so finding him was tricky. Harley Mind Care is hopeless at admin and repeatedly sent late and contradictory communications, making the appointment quite stressful. 10 days later no report has been sent to me or the insurer.

Nightingale Hospital is exceptionally well run. The staff are consistently professional and attentive, the food is surprisingly good, and the facility itself is organised to a high standard. The programming is thoughtful and genuinely effective, and the level of clinical support is superb. Overall, it’s a high-quality environment for focused treatment and recovery.

Mr Mahmoud was welcoming and friendly. He took time to read some of the recent additions to my medical notes regarding a fall I'd had. Mr Mamhoud examined my knee throughly and watched me walking. He gave me the ok to resume driving and to continue with physio. He was happy with my progress. I thanked him for looking after me. Mr Mamhoud is a very nice person.

I have nothing but the highest praise for Mr.Gill - he did both my knees (March and October 2025) both surgeries were completely successful and I have had very little pain - I am walking normally, able to shop, walk my dog and have a normal life again. My wounds healed quickly with no sign of infection and are just thin lines (still a bit pink but early days)

I recently had an abdominoplasty with Mr Sherif Wilson at St Joseph's Hospital. Whilst this was a major operation, I can't fault my experience at this hosptial. The staff were friendly and always available when I called. The catering was amazing even though I couldn't eat everything! Thanks for making a difficult time for me easier with your great care.
