I want to share my sincere thanks to the entire team at Nuffield Health for the exceptional care I received during my recent surgery. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. They were constantly checking on me to ensure I was comfortable, and they never made me feel rushed; they absolutely made sure I was feeling good and stable before they let me go home. The facility itself was impressively clean, which made me feel much more at ease, and I was pleasantly surprised that the food was actually great! The kindness and professionalism of the team made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of me.

Had the most amazing time at Abbington House, was exactly what I needed. Was immediately made to feel welcome by staff and clients, everyone has been so warm, friendly and non - judgemental. Food was excellent and the chef Marion was amazing at catering for everyone’s individual needs. I’ve gotten so much out of the groups and one on one sessions. After 28 days I feel like I have been given an amazing framework to take with me on the outside and have met a community that will stay with me throughout the rest of my journey. It was difficult to learn in such a blunt manner by Mr Konan that my consultant in Devon had referred me to the wrong hospital for advice on my metal on metal blood irons/revision surgery. Your department had plenty opportunities to reply to the letter from Mr Hubble my referral consultant and explain l should be referred to the Stanmore hospital. When l explained l had come a long way for the appointment Mr Konan seemed to soften and give me the benefit of his option as a very blunt stating l had been referred to the wrong hospital.

Mr Bagley stepped in after my previous consultant refused to attend. He hastily but professionally conducted my initial and confirmation appointments together and agreed to proceed with the planned surgery. I was very relieved. The surgery went well and all the staff involved were friendly and professional. I developed an infection after and had to see Mr Bagley twice but I was prescribed antibiotics and it cleared. At every step of the process Mr Bagley was professional and explained everything. I would definitely recommend him.

Dr Scott Murray was clear, compassionate, and very attentive throughout the appointment. He took time to listen, asked detailed questions about family history, and did not rush the consultation. All results were explained fully and in a way that was easy to understand. He described the condition clearly, answered questions carefully, and remained professional and engaged throughout. I felt listened to and reassured. I would highly recommend Dr Scott Murray as a cardiologist.

This was a final telephone consultation after my recent laparoscopic cholecystectomy. As always, Professor Jones was friendly, professional and clear in his questioning. His answers to my queries were thorough and reassuring. He was more than happy to take his time and encouraged dialogue. His approach from initial consultation, the pre-surgery and post-surgery discussion on the day, and final consultation has been exemplary throughout. His surgical skills are outstanding.

He explained very clearly what was wrong, and explained also that I could actually function very well without an op - which I elected to do. I am forever grateful for the clear explanations and the option to not go ahead with surgery - it has proved to be the absolute best choice. Thank you so much for enabling me to avoid surgery and a lengthy recovery period!

Received care following cataract surgery on 30 September 2025 and 06 January 2026. From walking through the doors on my first visit (presurgery) in June 2025 I was put at ease at all stages throughout my visits from the reception staff, the assessment staff pre surgery and the operating staff, pre and post surgery staff and the surgeon himself. Any questions IAd were answered very thoroughly.

Extremely friendly, supportive and professional throughout the rehab process. Providing the necessary confidence to push as much as appropriate without overdoing it. Significant improvement in fitness after 6 months and back to previous fitness levels after 12months. If you want to get back in shape after a heart op then I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I required a GP appointment at short notice. WLC had same day appointments available, which I could book hassle free on the website. I saw a GP that diagnosed my health issue and provided a script. My pharmacist had an issue with obtaining the one item, but a phone call to WLC resolved that and a new script was texted and emailed to me later the same day.

I needed to have several inoculations for travel to high risk areas. It is possible, but not cost-free, to get this done on the NHS with lots of planning, delays, and waiting for appointments. Or get them all done in one go, here, seamlessly, for a little more cost. Doctor, staff, practice, whole experience all first rate.
