I saw Dr Vani following a number of incidents of chest pain. I had 3 meetings with Dr Vani. The first to discuss my symptoms the second for endoscopy to investigate these symptoms and a final meeting to review the outcome of these investigations. I found Dr Vani to be thorough, professional and reassuring. In the first meeting he questioned me in detail regarding my symptoms and went on to explain how these would be investigated. The explanation managed my expectations for the endoscopy which was in turn swiftly arranged. The endoscopy cannot be described as a pleasant experience however the procedure was quick and every effort made to reassure me and make me as comfortable as I could be. My thanks to Dr Vani and the team supporting him for how well this was done. The final meeting was fortunately good news for me but importantly Dr Vani identified that I had been prescribed medication that was not needed. If I had remained on this medication there was potential for long term life changing consequences. I have clearly benefited from the the investigation and advice. I would certainly recommend Dr Vani to others.

Mr Kam Balaggan

My optician knew that I was going to do some research to decide who to go to for my cataract surgery and she recommended Mr Balaggan as she had been following his work for some years. After looking at his website I decided to make an appointment and met with Mr Balaggan, who is a lovely gentleman. After enquiring about my lifestyle and what I hoped to get out of the surgery he patiently went through the different options with me and I decided to go for the latest premium IOLs. Mr Balaggan has now performed the cataract surgery on both of my eyes and I have great distance vision and can also read the smallest print on ordnance survey maps. Having worn distance glasses/contact lenses since the age of 14 and reading glasses/lenses for the last 20 years it’s absolutely fantastic at nearly 63 to be able to pursue all of my hobbies without the need for glasses or contact lenses. I would absolutely recommend Mr Balaggan and his team.

I recently had a colonoscopy performed by Dr. Hussenbux and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He was incredibly professional yet so approachable and kind, instantly putting me at ease. His friendly manner and great sense of humour helped take all the anxiety out of the process. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt completely cared for from start to finish. What could have been an uncomfortable procedure was made simple and stress-free thanks to his skill and compassion. I would highly recommend Dr. Hussenbux to anyone in need of this procedure — he’s absolutely outstanding.

The initial consultation was excellent, the day of the operation went as well as it possibly could with virtually no waiting time on the day of the operation. I was kept informed at all times of the timetable for the day. The after care on the day of surgery was excellent, I was extremely well looked after, the food was good (I was given biscuits and chocolate ice cream on request!!!) and all the staff were helpful, calm, attentive and extremely knowledgeable. I must mention Jan the nurse - he was on hand all the time and provided excellent assistance when required.

A pleasure to speak to a professional who is clearly highly experienced in this specific condition (vestibular issues/vertigo and dizziness). Dr Paviour was 'all business' and discussed the issues using clear medical language - there was no talking down to the patient, and I felt I was being told exactly what was going on (not always the case with doctors!). I came away feeling reassured, better informed and with a clear pathway to recovery. I would definitely recommend Dr Paviour to anyone suffering from a similar condition.

I had a consultation with Dr Hlaing today and making this appointment was the best decision I have made. Dr Hlaing was wonderful. She listened to me and provided me with excellent advice and a plan. She is clearly very knowledgeable in her field but more than that she listened to all my symptoms and had a Good understanding of how I felt which helped me very much. She was very empathetic and I honestly feel like for the first time someone is helping me.

Mr Adamczyk is a very knowledgeable and skilled doctor. But more than that, he is extremely kind, respectful and understanding. He always listens carefully and answers all my questions. Our consultations never felt rushed. I am also very impressed with his surgical skills - I recovered quickly from surgery and had very little pain. I didn’t even experience any gas or shoulder pain post-op! I’m so pleased I chose him as a doctor. Highly recommend.

Dr. Sheeraz Janjua

I came today for some reassurance. I have experienced a white flashing in my right eye and since this happened it has become blurred a little on and off. Dr Sheeraz was able to take a look reassuring me that it’s nothing sinister. Unfortunately it’s due to age and my vision anyway. He was very informative and made the whole process easy. I will be coming back for a vision test in a few weeks as a follow up. Thank you

Not only did she help my dry and sore eyes, but she got me a drink when I was feeling wobbly and held my hand when I was talking about my husband who recently passed away. She really is wonderful and very special person. I would highly recommend her. She also did my friends’ cataracts and she is delighted. That’s how I found out about Ms Strong.

He explained the surgical procedure in advance, asked did I want any other clarification, was warm, professional and I had every confidence in him as I had for previous surgery Following my return to the ward he came to see how how I was, checked my pain level and provided reassurance as to how well the surgery had gone.

My psychologist was excellent and the reception team were very responsive and helpful. However the software used for remote sessions often didn’t work and led to lost time during appointments which was especially frustrating given the high price for appointments.

Tha day after the operation I was feeling and also was actually sick . The attention I got from the staff including doctor down to the young lass delivering the food. As l felt sick most of my stay blessher she kept trying to tempt me to eat something.
