We are incredibly grateful to Mr Herzog for the outstanding care provided to our child during their scoliosis surgery. From our very first consultation, Mr Herzog was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain the procedure and answer all of our questions, which gave us great peace of mind. The surgery was extremely successful, and our child is recovering better than we ever hoped. When I entered the premises I couldn’t believe the transformation that had taken place as I was familiar with the building when it was a hairdressing salon. It was spacious, immaculate and tranquil. Having been quite anxious before my appointment, I quickly relaxed as all the staff were extremely friendly and kind. All the tests were performed swiftly and smoothly with every concern for my comfort and my understanding of the procedures involved. Mrs. Matthews explained my forthcoming cataract surgery clearly, comprehensively and reassuringly and I was very pleased to be offered the surgery I such a short space of time. All in all I couldn’t have wished for a better experience with North Wales Eye Specialist Centre.

I didnt visit a practice, this was a blood test that was sent by post to me with an at home kit. So my rating is based on the blood test. I will visit a practice in early February to do a skin check. But everything was packed securely and sent quickly, and you appear to have received it very quickly and given me a result within a day of receiveing my blood, which I fully appreciate. The only thing I would mention about the process was the amount of blood I could get out of three fingers was less than what you asked for. Luckily it was enough for you to do the test.

Mr Rees explained the problem. He gave a very clear explanation of the options available go me. He also offered advice on what he felt was less like to be suitable for me. The appointment for surgery came through quickly. On the day of the surgery, the procedure went well. I went home with clear instructions and what to do if there were any problems. The post op appointment showed that the toes had fused and everything had gone well.. in summary, Mr Rees has been very professional, very kind and very efficient from start to finish. I would highly recommend him.

Consultation with Dr Alice Thomas. Parking was easy Welcomed by lovely receptionist who immediately offered me a tea Met Dr Alice who immediately felt 'and relax'! We had time and I felt more me walking out of the practice than I had for weeks for speaking to someone who listened and clearly understands what we all go through with our hormones.
