Dr Catherine Spencer Smith was the first doctor to correctly diagnose my hip problem after I had previously been misdiagnosed by the NHS with a femoral hernia. Her assessment was extremely thorough and helped me clearly understand the true cause of my symptoms, including how they started after bunion surgery. Following my hip arthroscopy, she also helped me understand the cause of my lower back pain during recovery, reassuring me that the surgery itself was not the issue. She gave clear guidance on the physiotherapy I should follow and even offered to contact my physiotherapist directly, which I felt went well beyond what is normally expected. Her examinations are always precise, thoughtful, and very reassuring. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a careful and expert musculoskeletal opinion.

I can’t recommend Debra highly enough as a physio. I had physio for my middle child 5 years ago with Debra and again with my now 10 month old baby. Debra is calm, patient, and so knowledgeable, which instantly put both me and my baby at ease. She has a wonderful way of engaging with babies, turning each session into something that feels more like play than therapy, while still being incredibly effective. She always takes the time to explain what she’s doing and how we can support our baby’s progress at home, which has been so reassuring as a parent. We’ve always seen such positive progress under her care, and I’m so grateful to have had her support. He was exactly what I wanted: a professional who could understand my situation, offer his expert opinion, and also involve me in deciding which path to follow. Dr Gupta is an amazing Gynecologist and a wonderful lady. She is an expert in her field and has a fantastic manner with patients and ensures you feel completely safe and comfortable. Dr Gupta performed robotic full hysterectomy on me and I just have 3 tiny scars on my abdomen that can barely be seen. Having this surgery was the best decision and I am feeling huge benefits as a result. It is fantastic to have access to a female specialist for female health issues, especially one as knowledgeable and kind natured as Dr Gupta and her wonderful secretary Ahad. I attended an appointment with my mum as she has been referred for cataract surgery. Upon arrival we had a warm friendly welcome. When mum was called in I explained to the lady that mum is profoundly deaf and she lip read's and asked if she could look at mum when talking to her. Naz was absolutely amazing, she spoke clearly and looked at my mum when speaking and explained everything to her. Both myself and my mum were really impressed as it's not easy for my mum when people don't understand her deafness. The lady we saw after Naz was good with mum too. With our experience yesterday it put our minds at rest that mum will be helped and understood when she goes back for surgery.

I was extremely anxious to get another cystoscopy as I had a very bad experience on the NHS where I experienced probably the worst pain I have ever had when the numbing gel was pushed down my urethra. Professor Francis throughout the entire process from my first consultation, to the cystoscopy itself was amazing, as were all the staff and nurses. But in particular Francis was able to keep me calm and he took his time when putting the numbing gel in. I felt very little pain, and the experience was obviously not enjoyable but it was the best outcome. So I just want to thank Prof Francis for being very careful, and listening to me.

Nick from Physio Jack Studios was really great. I had what I thought was a typical calf strain but all the standard treatments from another physio did not heal it. 4 weeks out from a marathon, I was unable to run 1km without pain. Nick went through a very thorough diagnostic appointment, corrected my diagnosis to an overloading issue at a specific calf/achilles muscle complex and guided me through multiple plyometric exercises and a progressive running plan to allow me to finish the marathon in 3hrs 40mins. Could not recommend him highly enough, super knowledgeable, detailed and passionate 👍

Everything was fine, except that no one is able to provide the invoice for the procedure and it is not acceptable. I need the invoice to claim the money back from my insurance, I have called twice emailed and I am still waiting. I don't understand why it is so difficult to get this invoice. It is a legal requirement to provide an invoice while a payment is made and service delivered. It wouldn't be that big of a deal if the amount was not that big, but we have paid £2995.00 on Sunday, and no invoice was provided...
