I just wanted to take a moment to share how incredibly positive my entire experience was, especially considering I was entering the hospital for an operation. From start to finish, every single individual I encountered went above and beyond to provide exceptional care and service, which truly made a difference in how I felt throughout the entire process. I would like to specifically thank Mr. Streeter, the surgeon/consultant, for his professionalism and reassuring approach, as well as the anaesthetist and their assistant, who made me feel comfortable and safe and talked me through the options. The nurses in the operating theatre were absolutely wonderful, their calm and attentive manner helped me feel at ease during a rather nerve-wracking time. Equally, the nurses on the ward continued that same level of kindness and care, ensuring that I was well looked after throughout my recovery. I'd also like to extend my appreciation to the ladies delivering food—to help me keep my strength up. The porters and cleaners and reception staff were just as impressive, working behind the scenes to ensure everything ran smoothly and the hospital environment remained clean and welcoming. Thanks to each and every one of you, my entire hospital experience was far more pleasant than I could have ever expected. The professionalism, kindness, and teamwork made it a stress-free and truly positive experience. Please do pass on my heartfelt "Thank You" to the entire team!

Overall it went well. Manon has a very good communication, fast, clear and efficient. But when she was away, there were issues... These were the problems we've faced when she was away. On our first attempt, we got the results in 3 steps : - email with no attachment - then attachment without password - then we finally could see the result When you're awaiting the result badly, that really gets on your nerves! Then the biggest issue : on our second attempt, we didn't get an email telling us if we should start the triggering drug. We had to do researches ourselves, and gambling if we should to take it or not. We decided to take it, and we were right. To learn on the next day thatt Manon's substitute wrote the email, but did no send it; it was still draft. Great, almost a full cycle lost, with the expenses going with it!!! You definitely need more employees like Manon.

Mr Awad has been absolutely amazing throughout my mother’s treatment. She’s been seeing him for around 4 months for a lower eyelid growth, which was both invasive and extremely painful. Mr Awad has been so warm, kind and professional at all times and has been so reassuring. My Mum had the growth removed and eyelid reconstruction on the 18th Dec by Mr Awad and the results are truly fabulous. Mum is already mostly pain free and the surgery is so discreet that it’s hardly noticeable. We cannot praise Mr Awad enough and we would also like to say the same for his team in surgery, recovery and clinic. They are all absolutely outstanding and we are so grateful to them all for the treatment Mum has received. We would very much appreciate it if you can pass on our thanks.

Zachary the audiologist was new to me, but every bit as likeable, knowledgable and engaged as every other audiologist I've had the pleasure to consult with at Harley St Hearing. He really listened to, and answered clearly and thoroughly to every question. He found a less mainstream solution ("Frequency Lowering or compression "), to a nuanced hearing issue I have, which he suggested we tried, and delighted to say it worked extremely well in my case. I can't recommend this practice enough!

I spent 3 days at the Royal Free PPU as an in-patient following major surgery and I have nothing but praise for the treatment I recieved from start to finish. My surgery was scheduled speedily, the operation went as well as hoped, and all of the PPU team members who took care of me - Consultants, Doctors, Nurses, Healthcare Assistants and Housekeeping - were professional but at the same time, kind and reassuring. I was really anxious about the surgery and for me, the care that I received as an in-patient, made the whole experience so much less stressful.

This is a truly excellent service. I had been to another ear wax removal specialist a few days earlier who had failed to unblock my ears after half an hour of trying. I have a particular shape of ear canal that causes the wax to sit stubbornly on the ear drum. Rekesh is very personable and knowledgable and has a lovely comfortable treatment room. Within a few minutes he had completely unblocked both my ears, almost effortlessly. I was delighted and I highly recommend this service.

An exceptional Doctor, who explained everything in a clear and concise way, and gave me time to explain some issues I’ve been experiencing. I was pleasantly surprised about the efficiency of Newmedica Worcester. I had only used NHS services prior to my NHS Newmedica appointments for cataract removal on both eyes. I was seen very quickly after referral by Specsavers Malvern. Each appointment went flawlessly. I also had laser treatment in my right eye. All staff were friendly and professional and I am very grateful to be able to see clearly once more.

Thank you to Mr Murphy for sorting out my foot. From first consultation to the final sign off Mr Murphy spent time explaining everything clearly and was very personable. On my final consultation he patiently answered all of my questions and queries. The actual operation on my foot has been a great success and I cannot believe how he has transformed my wonky foot and removed my bunion so cleanly, it now looks perfect!

At The Harbour Hospital, Poole, Mr Kusanale removed a 5 to 7cm lipoma from my neck. There was a risk involved because the lipoma was immediately adjacent to a major blood vessel. I feel that I have made an excellent recovery so far, with no adverse effect, pain or inflammation, and only a small scar to the neck. On that basis I am very happy with the outcome so far - thank you.

I was so happy with every aspect of my treatment at the Spire Alexandra hospital. Every member of staff was very professional and took great care of me. My knee has recovered very well and it has not been a bad experience at all. I was terrified before the operation but I was reassured by the anaesthetist that I would be fine. The consultant has done an amazing job on my knee.
