I am at Kingsbridge Hospital for partial knee replacement surgery. Surgical Ward 1 - 28/11/2025. I am writing to express my deepest and sincere thanks for the outstanding care I am receiving during my stay at Kingsbridge Hospital, Ballykelly. The professionalism and kindness I am receiving during my care is outstanding. Sarah, Kerry, Laura & Kim (night staff) from Ward 1 have all been wonderful, nothing was any trouble and I want to thank them for going above and beyond to ensure my well being. Unfortunately, I can’t remember all the names of the staff on ward 1 when I booked in, but again these staff were amazing (Keavsa/luke). I have felt very at ease during my stay and that has come across naturally from you all. You deserve recognition for all your hard work and care you have provided. Please convey my heartfelt thanks to all the staff involved in my care, including the doctors Mr Acton, Dr Brian OG McLary and their team who showed exceptional expertise. Not forgetting the physio. Mr Tom Holland

Mr Holland came recommended to me and as a doctor is kind, knowledgeable and empathetic. I was diagnosed with endometriosis 4 years ago with a different provider, but have struggled with symptom management and care options since diagnosis. Mr Holland and his office prioritised appointments, gave me optionality and, when I chose surgery, were incredibly reassuring and efficient. When presenting options, Mr Holland gave me all possible information in a way I would understand so I felt in control and could make an informed, independent decision. Mr Holland also presented options for after surgery, helping me build continuity into how I manage the symptoms. Honestly have just felt relieved under his care for most of what could have been a fairly stressful time. I would recommend reaching out to him if you struggle with endometriosis.

I was intrigued by the services offered, as they seemed too good to be true. I'm a mid-life woman, starting to worry more about my overall health and wellbeing but didn't want to burden the NHS with curiosity! I really just wanted to have an MOT, to spot any underlying issues or potential health concerns. I was really impressed with the whole set up - state of the art machines, beautiful and clean building - with the most relatable, down-to-earth and professional team of experts. I felt in safe hands, and I had all the advice, tests and support I needed to give me a 12 month clean bill of health but with some advice on how to improve and maintain my health and wellbeing. Highly recommend Dr Zainab- I had a lower facial rejuvenation last week and it’s already a huge improvement with lots of compliments from friends and family. Zainabs communication was excellent throughout and particularly pre appointment asking lots of questions about the outcome I wanted, the treatments used and what to expect. This meant when I arrived I was relaxed and excited! She was thoroughly professional, and gentle, and checking in. Delighted with the results already and will definitely return.

We checked in early, due to traffic, 20 minutes early at 13.10 for an appointment at 13.30. At 14.05 I returned to the reception desk to ask why a large number of customers had arrived after us and been seen before and the Team Lead stated that she would check for me. She came back 3-4 minutes later to notify us that the reception staff had not booked us as arrived. We were told that they were sorry and that we would be moved to the front of the line. We did not have a very good experience with you.

Couldn't praise Mr Tang anymore. From the moment I met him, kind, knowledgeable, calm, and I felt at ease even though I ripped my bicep less than a day before meeting him and was in a serious amount of pain. There wasn't a question he couldn't answer, and the surgery was as painless as it could have been. He did say he has never seen a bicep recover so quickly, which I am very proud of; however, I think that was more him than me. Thank you again.

The London Clinic offers such a comfortable and clean environment, clinical in all the right ways, but still homely and warm. It feels far less “hospital-like” than most medical settings, which really helped me relax. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and genuinely approachable from the moment I walked in. And the unlimited coffee on tap was a lovely touch! Overall, a calm, high quality clinic experience that made a big difference to my visit.

Was overnight stay at Ninewells Hospital in Dundee, all staff were very polite and courteous to myself and the other 5 people within the ward during my stay. The team were very attentive to each individuals needs, which made for a pleasant stay. Facilities were clean and if any ‘accidents’ occurred then these were addressed immediately to promote cleanliness in the ward
