I normally don’t write reviews, I’m someone who feels that if you do your job well, there is no need. However I have just been been signed off for my second eye cataract surgery and would like to thank all those involved in bringing this about. It was a long haul as my second eye was so bad after an accident back in my teens that a lens had to be made specially to correct my vision. It took about six weeks to make, but I was kept informed of progress regularly. I have nothing but praise for the people who saw me throughout. From the security guys, reception and medical team, to the optometrists, the surgeon and of course Hannah. As my point of contact, Hannah was there to answer my questions and kept me up to date with progress. Once again thanks one and all. In the nicest possible way, I hope I don’t see you again for a long, long time.

I had a really positive experience staying at Nuffield Hospital. From admission to discharge, the staff were friendly, welcoming and kind. Everyone I interacted with was attentive, reassuring and helpful, which made a big difference during surgery and early recovery. Even when things were not perfect, such as not having a post-surgery bra in my exact size and sending me home in one that was a bit too big in the cups, the care and effort from the team never wavered. They handled everything with warmth, professionalism and good humour! Overall, I felt well looked after, respected and supported and I am very grateful to the staff who made what could have been a stressful experience feel calm and manageable. 💗

From start to finish Daye is intuitive and easy to use. I’ve done many online health tests prior to this but nothing compares to the level of service Daye provides. For clarity I did the full screen and purchased the 30 min nurse call. The sample is beyond easy to take and post. The results came back fast and were clear to understand, on top I was sent a beautiful kind email and was also offered a free call to over my HPV results. I didn’t use this but my 30 min call with the nurse was invaluable. I would have been happy to pay triple the price for the service I received. I will be 100% using Daye again and have already recommended to friends.

After not getting an appointment with our GP I decided to book an appointment late on in the afternoon when I became concerned with my child. I was able to book online with ease and had the appointment for 35 minutes later. The staff were welcoming and it wasn’t long in the waiting room before we were seen. Fiona made my child and myself feel at ease and did a thorough check. She even offered a follow up MOT check the next day which left me very reassured. This is the third time I’ve used the clinic and would recommend to anyone needing piece of mind when they can’t access their own GP unfortunately..

I have had various symptoms of perimenopause over the last year or so but it came to a head a few months ago when i had a severe panic attack and seemed to develop anxiety. I am finding this difficult to cope with and the GP didn't seem to help me. I met with Dr Colquhoun and she was lovely, provided me with alot of information and advice and took me and my symptoms seriously. As a result I now have a course of action and have had HRT prescribed and a coil fitted. Whilst this is all new to me, i am feeling very positive about this plan and hopeful that I can start to feel like myself again!

I'd initially come across Professor Eden via the Prostate Matters website where in a video he explained in detail the radical prostectamy procedure. Upon further research I found out he was a leader in the field for this surgery and employed the latest techniques such as reitzus sparing and Neurosafe. My consultation with Professor Eden confirmed this surgery was the best route for me and helped put my mind at ease. Professor Eden helped answer and questions and concerns I had and I subsequently booked surgery with him.

I had an ovarian cyst and ovary removed via keyhole surgery by Dr Mackintosh and can highly recommend her. She listened, we agreed the treatment plan together and I felt involved in all decisions throughout. She explained everything very well. The operation went well and she did an excellent job ensuring minimal trapped air afterwards and the scars have healed really nicely. Would not hesitate to visit her again - but obviously hope I don’t have to!

My cataract operations and laser correction on one eye were done at Chec and I have nothing but praise on the way I was treated by all staff, clinical as well as administrative. Dr Jannoun is a fantastic Doctor. I have seen him a couple of times for spinal/cervical pain relief injections and wholeheartedly recommend his services. I am no stranger to these injections having suffered a lot of back pain in the last few years but at this point I would not consider seeing anyone else. I am always confident that I am in the best possible hands and has no hesitation recommending him.
