I am writing to share my experience with my MRI appointment last Friday. Unfortunately, it was not a smooth or positive experience. The day before my appointment, someone called to delay my scheduled time by 45 minutes. However, I was unwell and resting, so I missed the call. There was no text message or email notification, which meant I did not receive any confirmation of this change. On the day of the scan, I left home according to my original appointment time and was already on the train when I finally received a call informing me about the delay. To avoid wasting time, I arranged something else to do during that 45-minute gap. However, while I was in the middle of that task, I received another call saying that my original slot was now available and asking me to come immediately. This constant back-and-forth was very frustrating. I have my own schedule and time management, I cannot simply drop everything whenever the center calls. When I finally arrived at the center at the new delayed time, I found that the entrance was difficult to locate and once I reached reception, I still had to wait before being called in. During the scan itself, everything felt very rushed. The moment the scan ended, before I even had a chance to sit up, I was told to “hurry up” and leave because they were busy. This was especially difficult for me as I was having the MRI due to a concussion. After the scan, I felt dizzy and unsteady. Instead of being given a moment to recover, I felt pressured to move immediately. I had to retreat to the changing room to rest for a while before I could leave safely. Overall, the lack of clear communication, last-minute changes and rushed handling left me feeling very disappointed. I hope this feedback can help improve your scheduling system and patient care so others do not go through the same stressful experience.

From my prospective a monitor for patients to see clearly so the patient can refer to the more realistic poisoning of the area , as this is as difficult For them and a before picture of a back drawing as to show where the pain appears to start from. As this give you a clearer location to stab.?! Inject relief the proceedior Went well although the area worked on was killing me with bruising it feels a little better this morning than normal. Fingers crossed I'll keep poster the shoulder the o/s shoulder and the nerve sensation on the underside of the n/s. Under arm and fingers were painful which as been pointed out to the local nhs doctor at Lutterworth. This pain as been a on going thing since my accident and in poor show as to how long it's taken to get to you. This sums most of the literal problem. Other w that good job by YOU THANKS I wouldn't mind a ex of th fiscal damage. - spinal. And the overall view of the nervous links from neck pain to under arm pain and the back area that urve just worked on to make to try to link all this together so I can see sence of it all. Chris ingham. By the way good team and please apologise to the little Asian - Indian nurse I bumped in the head whilst getting dressed

I was very pleased to be able to return to the care of Mr Anthony Sakellariou having seen him for treatment for another issue close to 20 years prior. The wait time for an initital consultation was very short and since that first meeting, I have attended regular appointments and received treatment that has helped relieve the pain and restricted movement in both feet considerably. The pain relief in particular has made a huge difference to my quality of life, overall health anxiety and my ability to enjoy activities such as walking, driving, etc. I have also been referred for physio and given advice on day to day adjustments I can make to help manage symptoms long term. Throughout, I have found Mr Sakellariou to be extremely empathetic, friendly and understanding. He has identified and executed a plan of treatment that has really made a huge difference and I am grateful for all he has done. In addition to the medical treatment, I would like to pass my thanks to Rebecca Overy who has been exceedingly helpful with insurance queries, as well as keeping me informed and helping to schedule appointments. She is professional, politely and friendly and goes the extra mile to be helpful.

I was seen by a young male dentist (apologies, he did tell me but I can't recall his name and it isn’t listed on the website – perhaps he is new). He was professional, informative, and efficient throughout my appointment. As I’m allergic to local anaesthetics, fillings can be particularly uncomfortable, but he was very reassuring and took great care, as did the dental nurse. By far, this has been the best service I’ve experienced at the practice to date. My only critique is not directed at the dentist himself, but rather the practice’s policy. Over the past couple of years, I’ve noticed that patients cannot book a filling replacement directly without first having a pre-booking consultation. This essentially doubles both the cost and the time needed off work. In my case, a chipped filling was causing pain due to decay, and it was obvious that a replacement filling was required. I had to insist several times when booking that I did not need a pre-assessment, only a filling appointment. Given that I am a private patient and a silver filling costs almost £200, being charged for an unnecessary pre-booking simply to confirm what is already evident feels unreasonable.

I had laparoscopy surgery in July 2025 to remove endometriosis and to investigate other pain I had been experiencing. Over the years (through multiple surgeries and over 10 years in the healthcare system) I have often felt ignored and dismissed. However, my experience with Mr Gan was completely different, it was the smoothest process I’ve ever had, and I truly felt supported and listened to at every stage. Mr Gan went above and beyond to ease my symptoms, even extending the surgery at no extra cost in an effort to improve my daily symptoms. He was kind, compassionate, and exceptionally skilled in his role. For context, since my operation in July, my chronic back pain has reduced to almost zero… a huge change for me. Although surgery can be a daunting experience as a young woman, I felt reassured and at ease with Mr Gan. He took time to explain everything clearly and always made sure my concerns were heard. Since the operation, I haven’t simply been discharged… instead, I’ve had regular check-ins to ensure my recovery is on track and that the next steps are clear.

An outstanding surgeon. I travelled several hundred miles to have my hips replaced . Professor Field is the most experienced surgeon using the anterior approach which is why I chose him . More local surgeons were selective in using this approach and Professor Field does almost all hip replacements this way. Had my right hip replaced in 2016 and the left hip in 2025. The information I received before the procedure and at regular intervals was superb leaving me feeling informed and confident in my care . I have no hesitation in recommending to anyone needing hip surgery.

Dr Farrah's team were amazing from start to finish with helping me to schedule my appointments and with helping me with my insurance company queries. Dr Farrah is wonderful, she listened to me and all the issues and pain I was having due to my osteoarthritis in my hip, made me feel like I wasn't being silly and over reacting with the pain I was in. Both procedures were done in no time at all and I am finally pain free after being pain for 3 years and on numerous painkillers and physio appointments ! Thank you Dr Farrah and your amazing team.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Nastro. From the very first appointment, he took the time to listen carefully and explain everything in a way that was clear and reassuring. What I valued most was the combination of deep medical expertise with genuine empathy, I never felt rushed, and all of my questions were answered thoroughly. The follow-up and continuity of care were also outstanding. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, approachable, and truly patient-centred doctor.

I’ve had a long ongoing issue with my back and in October 24 myL5 S1 herniated and I pinched my nerve. Leaving my left leg num and non weight baring. GP referred me to Mr Divani who was very welcoming and understanding the scary side of losing mobility and pain. He made a plan of action which resulted after some MRI with surgery. I felt safe and comfortable undergoing spinal surgery with him. I’m now 8 weeks post op and pain free. Walking and building strength again.

I booked 10 physio sessions with Reuben at FitFor after a climbing injury that left me with nerve pain in my calf. Over the course of the sessions Reuben gave me techniques to manage the pain and exercises to strengthen my calf and ankle. I’m completely pain free and have a much better understanding of the things I need to look out for to avoid injury in the future. Thank you, Reuben, for your patience, coaching, and flexibility.

From my consultant Mr Shetty, to the surgical team, nursing staff, catering team (excellent food!) and physio follow-up, my care was outstanding. All of the staff were friendly, reassuring, supporting and professional. Pre operative care, the procedure itself and follow-up physio and consultant checks all ran like clockwork. I felt very much an individual and very much cared for. Thank you Nuffield Wessex!

She is approachable and has a wonderful manner with the children. I trust that she works for the best interest of her patients. We have seen Dr Jog in the past and she has always been wonderful. Would always recommend her.

My mom went through tough few years on NHS waiting list. When it was cancelled twice, we decided to go direct and private. Sarah at Optimised Care was wonderful, who organised the operation and arranged everything for us. Her surgeon, Mr Makrides was so attentive and great. It was all worth it. My mom is now recovered and enjoying her life in full. Thank you.

Generally good on all fronts. After care from the head gyn nurse, not the best when I phoned, with an issued to the ward, and got put through to her. The scan team, left me waiting by taking the patient due after me in first. Not good when you have a full bladder. But on the whole, everything went well, clean hospital and caring staff.
