We travelled a long distance for a specialist blood test for my daughter, and I cannot express how grateful I am for the care we received here. Dr. Fiona Moore who looked after us was truly exceptional — so kind, patient, and deeply respectful with my child. She gave Madison all the time she needed to feel safe and ready, explained everything gently and clearly, and never applied any pressure. Her friendly, calm manner made an experience that could have been very stressful into something positive and manageable. The staff at the clinic were also wonderful — welcoming, understanding, and very supportive throughout our visit. Everyone treated us with kindness and professionalism, which made such a difference to our day. It’s rare to meet a doctor and team who combines such professional skill with genuine warmth and understanding, and we felt completely supported from beginning to end. We are so thankful for the way we were cared for, and would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

I am so grateful to have had Dr. Clair Mellon as my obstetrician throughout my pregnancy and for the delivery of my baby girl. Her calm, reassuring presence made a world of difference, especially as my due date approached. I’ve worked with Rebecca on my left knee for nearly a year. Before this I had worked with another physio for a year and as per my orthopaedic surgeon, Pure Sports Medicine was the last option before we attempt surgery. And right he was. Rebecca’s programme has completely stopped my pain, I can now use the stairs again, squat and even take on challenging hikes. I am slowly making my back to tennis even. Rebecca’s initial appointment on assessing my knee was more than just taking measures. She asked about my goals and what kind of physical activity I want to be able to so. She also factored in my mental health condition. I have never experienced physio with such a 360 approach. I feel confident in how to approach life going forward leaving the service and understanding my body better than ever.

Mr Ian Chilcott

Mr Chilcott is calm, gentle and an excellent surgeon. I am 2 weeks post op (full abdominal hysterectomy, removal of fibroids and oophorectomy). He explained the surgery in full in the initial consultation and worked together with the hospital to ensure i had all the necessary information needed in the lead up to the operation and discussed what would be needed post operation (HRT, blood thinners for an existing blood condition) to ensure i got back to full health. Operation day was a success and I'm left with a very neat scar. He came to visit me daily as I recovered in hospital and was accessible for any question (via the nurses or his wonderful PA, Paula) at any time. He's kind, flexible and very helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I had a very good first visit to Harley Hearing and wish I had known about and visited this practice when I first had hearing problems 25 years ago! Now I feel very grateful to the senior clinician whom I saw. She put me at ease immediately and she understood the problems I had been having with my current hearing aids. She gave me a hearing test and explained clearly to me the reasons for the loss and suggested a maker that would be able to supply a hearing aid which would give me much improved hearing. I trust her judgment and look forward to wearing my new aids. All the staff were friendly and kind and supportive and, having had experience of both NHS and other private audiologists, I can recommend this practice unreservedly.

When I booked to attend (through my private health company) - it wasn’t fully explained that this was a clinical appointment. What a fantastic service. Mr Kenny and his Team were nothing short of Amazing. I cannot thank you all enough and will recommend your fabulous service to my friends who like me, don’t t realise they can receive this wonderful service when they are a bit anxious that they may not be able to easily access a mammogram after the age of 70 Thank you SO much. xx

The staff were absolutely brilliant. So very friendly whilst remaining professional. My appointment was for 11.30 and whilst I accept there is always some waiting time I didn't expect 2 hours. I had another doctor appointment for 2.20 and I was beginning to panic that I would not be ablecto attend. My other complaint,along with several other patients was how very cold the rooms were We were sat in our winter coats and still feeling the cold. Paul, a staff member did eventually turn the heating on/up.

Staff were really lovely. Unfortunately don’t think the doctor had read my notes or referral before appointment he kept mentioning possible arthritis but my referral was because I had trapped nerves between my discs he mentioned swimming and Pilates I can tell you now there’s No way I can get on the floor and certainly couldn’t sit on any floor!!!!!the specialist who did the referral in wye sergers maybe he needs to read it AGAIN!!!

Everyone at ACE from the nurses to the doctors have been amazing at making us and our son feel comfortable and confident through what could be a nerve wrecking experience!
