Anna has helped me completely change my life, I can't describe how thankful I am. Before our sessions I was too afraid to leave my room and was too depressed to care for myself, I couldn't picture a future for myself and didn't want to. I felt like I was too far gone for any therapy to help me, and worried that having such a mixture of mental health problems (depression, anxiety, EUPD, anorexia/bulimia, ADHD, autism) would make it difficult to find someone who could actually help. Now I'm back in college working towards applying to university, I've volunteered and even passed my driving test, and I actually feel hopeful for my future. Anna believed in me the whole time and taught me how to believe in myself. She taught me so many useful skills that I am going to use for the rest of my life. Annas gentle, caring and open minded approach helped me feel so at ease during the sessions and I trusted that I could tell her anything and she would never be judgemental or make me feel guilty for thinking or feeling a certain way like other therapists I've had in the past did. She never pressured me to talk about anything I didn't feel comfortable with, and even though our sessions were mostly focused on my anxiety, she still helped me so much with my other problems as well, either actively through talking about them directly, or passively by teaching me skills that I could apply to multiple different situations. I found the way she explained the reasoning behind certain thought or behaviour patterns incredibly enlightening and definitely aided in me overcoming those patterns that I struggled with as it gave me a better understanding of why and how they occured so I could either figure out how to stop them from happening in the first place or realise why they were happening and just let them pass without judging myself for them. I'm so grateful I found Anna, she has genuinely been the best therapist I've ever had.

I arranged to see Mr Hall after my daughter was showing signs of tongue tie. I had her assessed by the IOW midwife specialist at 4 weeks and they informed me my daughter had no tie. After 7 more weeks of matters getting worse I was referred to Southampton by NHS but when I found out the waiting time I booked myself in to see Mr Hall who could see me within 3days of my initial contact! A tongue tie was located and procedure performed there and then. With minimal distress with my daughter and I. There was immediate feeding benefits and physically seeing my daughter move and use her tongue better. Hopefully this is a road back to breastfeeding full time without the need to keep pumping. I wish I had followed my instincts and made enquires to book sooner. All health visitors should have his details to pass on!

Dr Stelios was really kind and considerate during my wife’s pregnancy and our journey together. Overall, we felt really let down by the NHS on many occasions, particularly as they were trying to deliver our baby at 23 weeks due to negligence. After this incident we were introduced to Dr Stelios who was one of the most amazing doctors we met during the 9 months. He put things right. Connected us with the right people and overall had an incredible approach towards people. He made us comfortable, reassured and kept in touch with us throughout the pregnancy, finally delivering our little one through an emergency C-Section. I can’t praise him enough; he genuinely made all the difference.

Sam Wilde did an amazing job on my hip. I had a steroid injection and an extremely gloomy prognosis from the consultant with regard to osteoarthritis. Without Sam I would have gone into a deep depression! Sam talked me through a programme of rest post the steroid injection followed by a slow return to exercise with various adaptations. A year and a half later I am back to exercising 6 times a week with (so far) no issues other than the odd twinge from my hip. I am incredibly grateful and can't rate the treatment I got highly enough.

I completed my smile makeover with Dr Oliver last Friday. I had 8 upper and 8 lower porcelain veneers to whiten my teeth and correct the shape and size of my teeth. I had gaps between my teeth and a gummy smile. Due to this there was very minimal preparation and the most important thing, no pain! I wished I had done this 15 years ago. Such an easy process, and the treatment completed in 5 weeks. Thank you Dr Joe I have my dream smile for Christmas, the best investment is the one you make in yourself. 😊

The nursing care was faultless - I could not have asked for a better team of consultant, nurses, doctors, anaesthetist, and physiotherapists. The facilities are top tier (and the food is truly excellent too….a big thank you to the catering staff!). In short, my stay was very comfortable and I felt safe and well looked after throughout. Miss Summerhayes is fantastic. She is very reassuring, friendly and knowledgeable. She has a terrific bedside manner, which eased the strss of my cancer treatment. Lyn Corlass keeps the process running smoothly and has always gone the extra mile to ensure that there was minimal waiting time for tests, treatments and appointments. Over all, they have made a very difficult time, much easier to deal with.

Patronising, no evidence had read prefilled questionnaire, or previous history. Despite personal discomfort I described, the only response was to leave things as they were, lack of initiative. Lack of empathy. I was asked to book an appt sooner rather than later which I did, and then during the appt I was told to leave things as they were for another couple of months. Very dissatisfied with the service.

I would highly rate not only my visit today with Mr Gowda but the whole hip replacement process, which for me was very daunting never having had any kind of surgery at all in my 69 years, save for wisdom teeth removal. He was professional and courteous and I felt in very safe and knowledgeable hands. I have no hesitation in recommending Mr Gowda to anyone contemplating hip replacement surgery.
