Then, my partner who had a very complex prescription got LASIK with Dr Ghabra, and it went incredibly well. Two years later I finally decide to go ahead with mine - I had the choice between lasik and trans prk, so I went ahead with trans prk and the whole process went very smoothly and quickly. My anxieties were put at ease by Dr Ghabra and Hakam Ghabra - I knew I was in safe hands. Furthermore, during the recovery I had the team on the other side of the phone answering any questions or worries I had the entire time which was even more reassuring. This is a very warm and friendly clinic and Dr Ghabra is clearly excellent at his job, he knows exactly what he’s doing - you’ll feel safe with him!

The King Edward V11 hospital is the best of the best in London. The cleanliness, kindness, fabulously trained and knowledgeable professionals in each and every department are second to none. I’ve been visiting this hospital for more than 45 years, and always had a most positive experience. From the Porters and Reception team to their Consultants and Physiotherapists, they are impossible to fault. On my most recent visit, I visited the imaging department, and was scanned by the amazing Dr Clare Allen, and her team. She was the personification of professionalism, yet also one of the most empathetic Consultants I have ever come across. I can’t recommend her or her team, more highly.

Professor Richard Field

It’s always good to talk to Professor Field. He explained the process of fitting my hip replacement clearly and I saw an X-ray of my hip with the implant in place. He explained that new bone would grow round the ball. I have had no problems at all with my new hip replacement. Professor Field was happy with my movement in the joint and my walking. I am happy too. He is always happy to answer questions and it’s a pleasure to see him. I am going for a final check in 6 months. Already my hip feels very good and I am walking well. This is marvellous after a year of pain, frustration and depression.

They are utmost professionals and a very welcoming. I am given a personalised plan to ensure I have the best treatments for my skin and age. Appointments are never rushed, which I love. If I have any questions, relating to a treatment I haven't yet had, they always have the time to discuss. Highly recommend and will continue to return.

The facilities are spotless and comfortable, and the aftercare support has been excellent. Very Realistic doctor. I had undergone the Rhino-Septoplasty procedure and multiple times Mr Ganapathy Dhanasekar made everything clear to me - Ensuing pain post-surgery, not to expect my nose to fully straight, alongside other things. Despite these warnings, the procedure was successful and I experienced very little bruising, issues, or pain. I can also confirm my septum is straight and nose is very straight and aligned on my face. Thank you.

Dr Thomas Kwok was professional and courteous. We did not have much “communication”, but what there was, was perfectly adequate - I knew not to move - and we didn’t need to have a conversation. I am extremely pleased with the outcome of my first eye experience and am also pleased that he is nominated as the person who will be doing the other eye in three week’s time, as I know how successful the first has been.

Asked all questions (clearly from script/list of qs), even when already discussed and known as irrelevant, or already covered the answer. Exercises provided in technical terms only, hard for lay person to remember and understand. Zero follow up even though it was promised.
