Following my initial consultation I was offered a date for my surgery which was only two weeks ahead which completely surprised me as I expected a much longer wait I attended my surgery and was treated with courtesy and respect by all of the staff I encountered I was put at ease both before and during the procedure my surgeon My discharge nurse explained clearly what I needed to do with my medication and also how to keep my eye clean I received a phone call from a nurse the day after my surgery checking that everything was okay. I have nothing but positive things to say about the whole experience and would recommend Newmedica to all of my family and friends.

I was very apprehensive about getting both of my eyes done at the same time. I cant believe how easy and painless it was ,all of the staff were amazing in looking after me and putting me at ease. Having 24 hr support was amazing ,my concerns were addressed quickly . If only everything was as easy as this ,within 3 days i could see perfectly ,i never realised how much of a difference it would make . From my consultant ,nursing staff, opthamologists, domestic staff and receptionist they went above and beyond in their care. Nothing was too much bother. Dont hesitate to go ,you will be amazed .

5 star all the way. Kostas is the most friendly, caring and down to earth surgeon. I feel so lucky to have had his skills for my hip replacement surgery. Everything was explained clearly, and his reassurance gave me confidence to overcome any worries I had. I was well enough to return home the following day and able to take a short walk that afternoon. Amazing. Now 6 weeks later I am back at the gym, obviously taking care, and taking yoga classes. Mr Modi explained the diagnosis, risks and treatment options and, after consideration, I opted for Lens Replacement Surgery performed by Mr Modi. The entire process from consultations, surgery, post-surgery advice and check-up appointments was professional, efficient, informative, friendly and calm. Neil Modi and his team were excellent.

Patronising, no evidence had read prefilled questionnaire, or previous history. Despite personal discomfort I described, the only response was to leave things as they were, lack of initiative. Lack of empathy. I was asked to book an appt sooner rather than later which I did, and then during the appt I was told to leave things as they were for another couple of months. Very dissatisfied with the service.

The clinic has convenient parking and I literally walked into reception and into the treatment room. It’s refreshing to turn up ob tine and then not wait for half an hour. Had minor procedure on leg veins. All the staff super nice and professional. It’s a lot of money but my leg was treated very quickly and now it’s one less thing to worry about
