I can’t recommend Sarah enough! I came to her after a lateral hip tear, and she was incredibly thorough from day one. She didn’t just focus on the injury itself but also identified underlying weaknesses that might have been contributing to my pain. Sarah always explained what she was testing and why, which really helped me understand my recovery. The rehab plan she set up through the app was super clear and easy to follow, and she regularly checked in by email to make sure I was progressing well. As a World Champ Age Group triathlete for 5+ years, I’ve seen a lot of physios across London — and Sarah is honestly one of the best I’ve come across. She’s not only knowledgeable and professional but also genuinely warm and caring. This helps me trust the process and believe in the recommendations she provides. Thanks to her, I’ve built my strength back and am back running completely pain free! And I am also aware of weaknesses that could contribute to future injuries.

I had been experiencing some knee pain so contacted after seeing an advertisement in the gym and lady on the phone recommended how I could have a 15 minute free consultation. Dan contacted the following day and after giving a couple of possibilities of what he said it sounded like suggested a face to face appointment. This was then scheduled for the following week. From the assessment Dan could pin point what was wrong and set me up with some exercises to try and see if it helped. He gave me advise of continuing to do the activities I enjoyed but if the pain level got to 5 or above to reduce or stop. From the exercises and advise that Dan gave me my knee pain declined then completely went. I had my next appointment 3 weeks later and received some more advice on exercises to try to prevent future injuries.

I went for a CT colonoscopy scan. The scan itself and people were amazing. I cannot commend them more. I am thankful for all the professionals who conducted this. HOWEVER, I was appalled by the imaging reception staff who were rude and quite frankly nasty to me. I have never been screamed at by staff to sit down when waiting to ask about my appointment. The woman’s name was Edgy and she was with an older guy with glasses. They evidently were having a bad day and as the reception was a mix of NHS and private patients they felt entitled to talk to everyone in a demeaning manor. I felt insulted and hurt when already nervous about the procedure I was having. They need to learn to be kind to sick people.

My experience at the breast clinic was absolutely excellent from start to finish. The entire team was professional, compassionate, and incredibly reassuring. I enjoy going to my dentist. The professional staff - dentist and hygienist - always explain what they are going to do (or doing). I always come out with my teeth and mouth feeling good - even after a filling or other treatment so far. The Hygienist feels like spa therapy in my mouth! The only hiccup of the day was that I learned they had only just put a charge on my account for something done 5 years ago! "Horrendous!" I still had to pay for it apparently, which I do not think is right!
