Appalling aftercare!! In as an overflow NHS patient. Had major surgery. Nurse refused the doctors requests in the morning. When discharged later that day the nurse still refused what the doctor asked for. The doctor had to be firm in saying what the nurse had to do as it was on the surgeons notes! The nurse reluctantly did it in the end but only half a job. The nurse left ouzing burn scars after removing dressing and didn't tell me until i put my clothes on and the material was catching on them. My husband got him back and he said "Yes i saw that!". Did nothing or aplogise. No empathy at all. I had 2 nurses come to my home that evening to sort out the burns and dressing on my surgical areas . Nightime was very little aftercare. Catheter was overflowing in the night. No one seemed to know what was going on in regards to your medical notes. Food was appalling dried up and burnt. No snack trolley inbetween meals. Awful experience. Couldn't wait to get out of there. Was I treated differently because I was in there last request as an overflow NHS patient. I was meant to be going to Birchington ward for my recovery. A complaint will be going in! The doctor said twice to have medication prescribed to the nurse and he would not do it so I came home with no painkillers and was told to go to a chemist after major surgery. Lack of care. No bedside manners.

I had a combined ASD & ADHD appointment at Diverse Minds Clinic and am very happy with the outcome. I had to fill in several questionnaires before the appointment, and that was pretty hard. However, the sacrifice was repaid, as Dr Cappai put me at ease and understood my difficulties. For the first time, I felt heard, and it was a great experience. The service provided at Diverse Minds Clinic is impressive. They tend to reply very quickly, and staff do all they can to support you. The team has been very helpful, and they went above and beyond to help me with the forms where I was having problems. Dr Cappai also arranged to speak with me on the phone, free of charge, before my appointment, which I thought was remarkable. I will continue working with Dr Cappai during the titration period and possibly in the future. Highly recommended.

The recent visit was excellent. Mr Mansouri thoroughly examined me and explained everything very clearly. I would also like to say that Mr Mansouri is one of the best orthopaedic surgeons I have come across. I cannot speak highly enough of him. From the very first appointment regarding my knee arthritis, to the monitoring of my condition, to the surgery itself and post op care, my journey was fantastic because of him. He has excellent bedside manner and genuinely cares for his patients. He always listened to my concerns and made himself very accessible (even at short notice) if I needed to see him for a review or to ask any questions. I am still recovering from surgery but I believe his care has and will truly change my life and give me my quality of life back.

Hello I was very upset when the hospital charge me for XRAY in an NHS hospital that we have to be in the queue and don't get the private care. I had a fall in June 2024 and had an operation at RFH unfortunately the operation was not successful. I can't walk properly I am on a stick and have lots of pain. If I go to private is because I don't have any access to NHS but that doesn't mean that for diagnosis I need to pay while me and my family are paying a lot for taxes and don't benefit for our health when we need and are desperate. I also have been to another private consultant to find out what went wrong and if I can ever get better and can walk but they just charge me for consultation not XRAY in an all private clinic. Thank you

This was a very positive visit. Dr Hardy is friendly and kind and really put me at ease. She listened to the symptoms I had been having and provided explanations for them in a jargon-free and understandable way. She then developed a management plan that she carefully explained. I was nervous about this appointment as it is not easy discussing very sensitive and personal symptoms. However Dr Hardy has a lovely bedside manner which made it really easy to be open about the symptoms I was having. I came away from the appointment feeling listened to, with my symptoms acknowledged and feeling positive about the therapies that she had suggested. I can highly recommend Dr Hardy.

My second visit to Clinic and Dr James Thing. This time for issues with ankle. Dr Thing asked questions regarding the ankle and a few exercises to ascertain problem areas and carried out ultra sound and explained this to me. Best option forward was injection which was pain free and advice on what to watch out for etc. Also recommended a follow up with podiatrist at portobello too. Great service for start to finish special mention to Luvena who was most helpful and professional.

Mr Dhanda is always very personable and kind. I was very happy with some cosmetic work he did on my front teeth and will be back for more in the coming months. Totally recommend this practice. If I had to change anything it would be better parking, but a minor issue.
