Wow, what an amazing place with a holistic approach to recovery. Far from previous experiences that simply provide a detox and a few tools tacked on the end. Delamere provides any willing individual the opportunity to explore yourself and a way of life that can truly bring balance and happiness. The food was excellent, home cooked with minimal processed food, probably only the tofu as the vegetarian option was processed, along with bacon and sausage for breakfast. Chefs were very approachable and friendly, even gained some advice on what to cook at home. The overall environment was clean, tidy and well maintained. The liaison team were excellent and always on hand to support and guide when needed.The nursing team were also superb, always there to answer any medical questions in a compassionate way. The mentors provided clear direction without judgement or bias. My therapist was second to none and created a safe environment for me to discover myself, while always being there to catch me when I stumbled. All in all a life changing experience. I have left with a solid toolset and aftercare package that will steer me through a joyful life with my friends and family. Only negative was the insane temperature in the bedrooms…..bring some cool PJs.

I have struggled all my life, 55 years not being able to burp with severe pains and awkward gurgling sounds coming from my chest. Mr Hughes diagnosed this as R-CPD or no burp syndrome. I attended hospital which I was a little worried about as I had never been in hospital before never mind had a general anaesthetic. I needn't have worried as Mr Hughes and his team but me at my ease and explained everything. I had the procedure and I left hospital the same day in anticipation of what would happen next. Within a few days I started to burp. It was incredible. Its been 2 months now and the results are excellent. No more pain, no sounds. I can eat and drink what I like without any worries of the aftereffects of trapped gas. Thankyou Mr Hughes and your team for your excellent work in what is truly lifechanging for me.

I had my suspicions as to what was happening to me. However, going down the general NHS GP route was not getting me anywhere. They kept treating each symptom individually rather than looking at me as a whole. A few years of going backwards and forwards. Stress! With Dr Nikki, within the 30 minute consultation I felt heard, all symptoms were put together and a treatment plan was formed. It all made sense and everything was explained. Medication prescribed and ordered, report received and a report sent to my own GP, all within a few hours. Future follow up already booked. That is what you call professionalism, efficiency and having very knowledgeable doctors who understand the female body. Wish I had booked them sooner. I would highly recommend them.

I went to see Mr Otify after seeing another consultant, which had dismissed my symptoms as womb pain. I had been in pain for over 12 months, it was making life very hard and sometimes the pain was unbearable. Mr Otify did not dismiss my symptoms or my thoughts. He is very easy to talk to and listens. We quickly came up with a plan . I had surgery 5 weeks ago, total hysterectomy and removed endometriosis, although I am still recovering from surgery, the pain I was experiencing has now gone. I had my follow up appointment the other day, he explained everything he did during surgery and his findings. I would most certainly recommend going to see mr Otify , it was the best decision I made and I can not fault him as a person or as a surgeon.

I cannot recommend Dr Vancheeswaran highly enough. She is an incredible doctor who put me at ease immediately during an incredibly stressful time. She is extremely professional but has the most calming, warm and reassuring way about her and made me feel that I was in the best possible hands with total support throughout. I have been under her care for 6 months and you could not ask for more from a doctor and the whole team she works with, from the surgeon she referred me to to her secretary they have all been beyond incredible,, supportive and just lovely and nothing is too much trouble. She is highly respected by everyone who knows her and it is easy to see why, she truly is amazing.

Wonderful care from good staff but the bed was uncomfortable and the room was too small and felt airless and too hot. But the main thing is that hopefully this surgery will enable me to have a better quality of life. I already feel that my powers of concentration have improved and my brain is working better. It seems to me that once the soreness and itchy neck skin heals I will be back at the gym in January feeling thirty years younger. The hospital has done a good job and staff team are excellent. My only recommendation is that you knock the building down and build some more comfortable bedrooms with good ventilation with some comfortable beds for tall people.

I saw Dr Loh recently to have various moles and warts excised. He went to great lengths before commencing to explain the procedure and the outcome I could expect. He, and his nurse, put me at ease and did a great job. The only minor discomfort came from the local anaesthetic injections used to numb the affected areas. Otherwise, the procedure was painless. I was provided with everything I needed for aftercare, and received a follow-up call from Dr Loh a couple of weeks after my treatment. I'm delighted with the outcome of my treatment and am very happy to recommend Dr Loh.

The whole experience of phoning first thing in the morning to make an appointment to have my earwax removel - through to later in morning when it was carried out felt like a “model” experience in care. My audiologist was patient, explained the process and worked efficiently to remove all the wax bringing much needed relief. She also gave me advice on oiling my ear to help the wax dispersal in future.

I had migs and cataract in my right eye the staff were amazing the time seemed to pass very quickly 7.30am check in I was last even though I was anxious I needn’t have been as there was no pain whatsoever and recovery was good I’m looking forward to my left eye being done hopefully in the next few months I will not be as anxious next time then I can hopefully be free of drops!

i had a letter confirming my appt yet when i arrived i was told i was not on the list and to contact my consultant's secretary. I did that but five mins later the receptionist called me for my appt. there was general lack of coordination and overall confusion and the waiting room was very full. the drinks machines were OOO so overall it was not a customer focussed experience.
