From the moment I came across Dr. Kat’s website, I had an immediate gut feeling that she was the right doctor to guide us through our fertility journey, and I was not wrong. Under her care, I have completed two egg retrievals. During our second retrieval, we were incredibly grateful to have five blastocysts successfully created and frozen in total. Dr. Kat’s knowledge, precision, and thoughtful approach truly made a difference in our outcomes. She was also instrumental in uncovering an issue that could have easily gone unnoticed. Dr. Kat recommended further testing for my husband, which led to the discovery of a varicocele. She promptly referred us to a urologist, and following his procedure, our results improved significantly. Without her recommendation and thorough attention to every detail, we truly believe we would not be where we are today. Beyond her clinical expertise, Dr. Kat is exceptionally compassionate and supportive. She communicates promptly through the app, answers questions with clarity and care, and is present every step of the way. Her reassurance and dedication made an emotionally challenging process feel manageable and hopeful. We are so excited to continue forward and begin the next chapter of starting our family, and we look forward to updating this review when that day comes. Dr. Kat is truly a blessing, and we are endlessly grateful to have her as our fertility and IVF doctor. When booking the consultation with Nick Panay, the earliest available date was 2 months in advance. I was required to pay the full £395 under pressure at time, being told that the consultation would be lost unless I paid by 5pm. My understanding that this appointment would be for specialist, in-depth input tailored to a complex clinical history. Given that context, I was disappointed that the consultation felt limited to a reiteration of guideline-based recommendations, with little opportunity to explore causation, individual nuance, or the specific questions I had prepared. At several points during the consultation, I felt that my questions were closed down rather than explored, and the overall tone felt more directive than supportive. Given my long and complex medical history, I had hoped for a more compassionate and collaborative approach. Instead, I left the consultation feeling unheard and dismissed, which was distressing. I had hoped for greater depth and collaborative discussion, particularly in light of the significant upfront cost. I was given no additional value beyond what I already knew and was told in any case, that I required a further consultation to finalise a treatment plan. I have been in contact with the practice and explained that the consultation did not meet the reasonable expectations set by the cost, structure, or positioning of this service. I appreciate that since, I have received a considered response from the Practice Manager and the consultation and fee are being reviewed.

I was informed in the email sent for my first appointment that the consultation would take approx one to one and a half hrs maybe more if I was having tests. I saw the consultant and had the tests, this took no more than 10-15 minutes. In my experience of having private consultation I don’t think this was a consultation, I was told someone will call me and give me details of the treatment, I was not given a time or day when this phone call would take place. I tried to ask questions about the treatment but was told they would explain all to me in the phone call. I called next day as I had other commitments the following days and weeks and may have missed their call. I was given the information about the treatment on the phone, I asked if I was paying for this phone call and was told that I would not be charged. I was charged and paid for the tests on the day, after the phone call I later received an invoice for the consultation of £300, so basically I was charged for a phone consultation as I don’t believe I got a consultation on the day that warranted this amount of money. I am really disappointed with this kind of service, I believe if I’m paying for a private consultation I should be given the time face to face so that I can ask questions and understand the treatment that I will be paying for. This was not NHS where you are only allocated a small amount of time, which is why I am so disappointed with this service and the costs which is unwarranted.

He not only accurately diagnosed anemia of chronic disease — a condition that had previously been overlooked and even denied — but also manages my primary cardiological condition with great competence, prescribing appropriate investigations and the correct treatment. His overall clinical approach fully aligns with the most up-to-date international guidelines. Thanks to the treatment he prescribed, I feel well and my health condition has significantly improved. Dr Michael Wilson I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Michael Wilson and the care I received for my hernia repair. From my first consultation through to post-operative follow-up, Dr. Wilson was professional, reassuring, and extremely thorough. He took the time to clearly explain the procedure, answer all my questions, and put me completely at ease. The surgery itself went smoothly, thanks to his skill and attention to detail. I felt genuinely cared for throughout the entire process, and the results have been excellent. Dr. Wilson is an outstanding surgeon who combines expertise with compassion, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing hernia repair or surgical care.

I attended Luiza’s group classes initially and then moved on to 1-to-1 sessions once I was heavily pregnant. She has an incredible ability to modify exercises to suit each person’s individual needs, even within a group setting. Her attention to detail, precision, and ability to make subtle adjustments made a huge difference to my strength and mobility throughout pregnancy. On top of that, she’s a genuinely lovely and caring person, which makes such a difference when you’re navigating pregnancy. It’s easy to see why her classes are always booked weeks in advance. Her physiotherapy background really shows and adds an extra layer of confidence and safety to everything she does.

We were lucky enough to get into the appointment before our allotted time. Mr Mohammad seemed like a very nice person, but I felt very rushed, I wasn’t shown the MRI scan, The situation was not explained to us in depth,just offered options of an injection or surgery involving “metal work” which scared me somewhat. So I chose the injection as seemed a less scary choice to start with. We were told this would be put forward, then we left , all taking about five minutes, not really very reassuring. Hopefully I may get another chance for someone to explain what the operation with the “ metal work” would involve. So I would feel more confident with what needs to be done

I had an excellent experience at London Dermatology Centre. Dr Allaa Al Tayeb was extremely skilled and professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain the PRP procedure in a clear and reassuring way. She walked me through the different treatment options available, set realistic expectations, and provided detailed after-care advice to maximise results. The procedure itself was very smooth and involved hardly any pain, which made the whole experience even more reassuring. I felt well looked after throughout the appointment and confident in the approach taken. I highly recommend Dr Al Tayeb and the clinic, and I will definitely be returning.

I had a video consultation with Dr Kallis. In the previous months I had a abdominal ultrasound scan and a CT abdomen and pelvis dual phase scan which appeared to show conflicting results. Dr Kallis explained the purpose and limitations of such scans as the reason for such conflicts, which I found understandable and reassuring. He also outlined the appropriate tests to take to clarify any remaining issues. Dr Kallis was patient and clear in responding to any questions I had. The organisation of the video consultation was very efficiently handled by his Medical Secretary. I would certainly recommend Dr Kallis

I had a knee replacement and had a reaction to the anaesthetic which resulted in me having to spend several days in bed vomiting copiously. The staff were so supportive and caring; the nurses couldn’t help enough, the porters, physios, catering staff and cleaning crew were good natured , helpful and thorough. Since arriving home I have had numerous phone conversations with Horder staff, who have been reassuring and helpful with my recovery.

I have had quite complex restorative work carried out by him in the past and the results have been excellent. On a personal level he is an extremely nice man. Mr Fehervari has been very attentive to my description of symptoms and also very thorough in looking at the scan results and picking up on points that needed further examination. He helped by interpreting some clinical terms and was a very good communicator . I definately recommend him
