From our very first appointment, it was clear that he is an extremely knowledgeable and highly experienced consultant paediatrician, but what truly sets him apart is the way he combines that expertise with genuine compassion and patience. Dr Ottayil is incredibly thorough. He takes the time to carefully review every detail, explains findings clearly, and ensures that nothing is overlooked. He never rushes appointments and always makes space for questions, no matter how small, taking care to explain things in a way that is easy to understand and reassuring as a parent. His depth of knowledge is evident, and his clinical judgement inspires complete confidence. Throughout our time working with him, he has been consistently supportive and approachable. He listens attentively, takes concerns seriously, and treats both child and parent with respect and kindness. As a parent, it makes an enormous difference to feel heard and understood, and Dr Ottayil excels at this. His calm and reassuring manner has been invaluable during what can otherwise be a very stressful experience. After seriously injuring both ankles and a long recovery, it was a complete game changer when I started treatment with my physio Steph. She was friendly and professional and quickly put me at my ease. Steph was both flexible and methodical in her approach, measuring my progress, returning to exercises regularly, which I found helpful in maintaining my focus and my momentum. Steph was responsive and adjusted exercises where necessary but generally this was not needed as she pitched the pace and level of activity to be suitably challenging. Steph was goal orientated, encouraging and solution focused. It felt like I had a clear pathway to recovery and that Steph was really committed to my well-being and focused on helping me get the best outcomes. The centre have a range of treatments available including massage, podiatry and Pilates classes so that I could benefit from a holistic approach to my injuries. Steph has explained things well to me as we have gone along so that I have understood the rationale which I have really appreciated. Dr Milan Anjanappa

In November 2025 after quite high PSA test levels I had a meeting with Dr. Milan Anjanappa and his team and I was diagnosed with prostate cancer in the (not at all) light 3-4th stage. Since then, I was given treatment under his advice, surveillance and control, which included hormonal therapy, radiotherapy and brachytherapy. Three months later, I was discharged from the Mount Vernon hospital with a fully and successfully completed treatment according to the last consultation, which I owe entirely to Dr. Milan and his team. As a summary of the overall experience, I can attest to the excellent professionalism, prompt diagnosis and treatment and the adequacy and success of said treatment. I was guided during the whole journey with care, support and information, which is exactly what someone with a devastating diagnosis like mine needs. With the utmost respect and gratitude, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Milan Anjanappa and his team. I wish him health and success in what he's doing to contribute to the fight against this most awful of diseases.

The staff that dealt with me on the day were amazing. Very nice and made me feel comfortable. There was a slight issue with the connection for the headphones but they quickly resolved it and made me feel comfortable again. The lady who showed me to the room is made for that job :) unfortunately after I did have to chase a few times for my results imagining were trying to be helpful however a receptionist I was put through to was very rude, undermining and probably one of the worse receptionist I’ve come across in a long while.

I was happy about the appointment and MRI.But approaching for the report,it is too difficult.I tried to contact via the phone around 8 times but no answer.In the evening I managed to speak to someone.I sent all the requirements by email to get reports but I haven’t received the reports until Wednesday morning. Wednesday midday tried again but still same ,no one answering the phone..still waiting for the response.
