Overall experience was poor. After initial consultation I had little or no contact with the hospital, any contact was initiated by myself. Clear lack of communication between departments. I had already paid for my procedure and waiting for a surgery slot. Surgery was scheduled for a Wednesday but received a call the Friday before basically saying if I didnt drive up that day and do a blood test, the operation couldn't go ahead. Luckily I was in a position where I could do that but imagine if I had kids, couldn't get out of work, had no car/transport. The list goes on. The actual surgery seems to have gone well. (1 week post op). But.... the whole experience was pretty poor, no, very poor. I'd have been upset if this was the NHS but this was a privately paid procedure and if it wasn't for the fact that I had already booked time off work, staff cover, kennels for my Cane Corso's (which wasn't cheap) I genuinely would have asked for my money back and gone somewhere else.

When quarterly injections no longer worked for my condition, I was told surgery was my only option. A daunting prospect, particularly as I had never had major surgery before. I am so fortunate that I was referred to Mr Barazi. From the first meeting he asked detailed questions about my condition and listened to me. His calm, confident and personable manner instilled trust immediately. He took the time to explain the procedure, showing me examples and talking me through my MRI and CT scans, as well as preparing me for how I might feel post-surgery. My many questions were answered with infinite patience and continue to be as I recover. My life is returning to normal again, something I found hard to imagine a few weeks ago. Mr Barazi is an amazing surgeon, and a kind and caring human being. I cannot thank or recommend him highly enough.

Professor Akolekar has been absolutely Fantastic at every appointment all the way throughout our pregnancy. I was really struggling with anxiety in this pregnancy following recurrent miscarriages, and I have never felt more looked after, which has really helped me to be able to enjoy this pregnancy, knowing we have a fantastic consult looking after our baby. Appointments are always on time and very detailed, time is always made to answer any questions fully and I always leave feeling confident and reassured. The communication with Natalia is always great to book and arrange appointments. This clinic really go above and beyond and o couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Unfortunately, having burnt my fingers and subsequently acquired an infection, I rang the Centre at 10.00. am and asked for an urgent appointment to see a general practitioner. The receptionist offered me two appointments, one at 11.40 am and one at 1.00 pm. I took the earlier appointment and was seen within 10 minutes by Dr Porter. She was very efficient, warm and understanding. I was prescribed medication, which was supplied by the clinic's pharmacy and back in my office by midday. Excellent service, and I thoroughly recommend Centennial

I met with Mr Davenport to discuss my options in respect of potential knee replacement surgery. He confirmed my expectation that surgery would be necessary. Mr Davenport performed my surgery successfully at the beginning of January 2025 and four weeks later I am well advanced in my physiotherapy programme, ahead of where I might expect to be. I have found Mr Davenport to be friendly, professional and an extremely knowledgeable and skilful surgeon. I am very happy to recommend his professional services.

Mr Macleod recommended and undertook my treatment - resulting in the best possible outcome for my broken arm and damaged shoulder. He was professional, polite and also just did that little bit extra which made all the difference during my treatment and to my overall experience in what was a stressful and difficult time. I can’t recommend (or thank) him highly enough, and feel the end result would have been different (less movement/less pain, etc.) if I had seen a different consultant.

The two appointments I had were very useful in determining the problem. The ultrasound scan provided me with a good understanding of the muscles/tendons involved. The clinic needs to make it possible to reply to emails from the clinic. I was seen very quickly once it was realised I needed a procedure. Every staff member I met was very professional, friendly, and polite, from reception to porters to nursing staff. The service and consultant were fine. The issue was that the secretary told me the cost would be 250£ and at the end I was asked to pay 525£. Not only I find that excessive for a single consultation but it was more than twice what I was told.
