Hi My time with glenda was superb , since the start of my sessions i was greeted with great compassion. Glenda has a great ability to dig up issues that made me feel i was in the right place. When i was diagnosed with depression ,anxiety ,ptsd and finally adhd glenda started with my adhd issues first which we worked together to finally understand my feelings and also understand who i was . Glenda has really helped me with talking about my depression in a big way as i thought it was just normal to feel sucidal all the time and thinking real bad things in my mind. I have always known there was something not quite right since when i was young but again i thought it was normal but glenda taught me to understand that things i did and have done over the years were not so normal . I felt i was in good hands with glenda and like to thanks her again for helping me at such a bad time in my life , and if anyone else in this world needs that help glenda is there to help. I am now in a better place

From the moment I arrived, the reception staff were welcoming, efficient, and extremely helpful, making the check‑in process smooth and stress‑free. The layout of the building is thoughtful and spacious, with plenty of room in both the reception and waiting areas, ensuring a calm environment while waiting for my consultation. I never felt crowded or rushed. My consultation took place in a well‑equipped room with high‑quality medical facilities, which further added to my confidence in the care I was receiving. Overall, the combination of cleanliness, efficiency, professional staff, and excellent facilities made my visit exceptionally positive. I would not hesitate to recommend Spire Shawfair Park Hospital to others seeking high‑quality care.

1. We were wrong footed by the entrance barrier, but luckily another patient was close to the entrance button. 2. Parking was tight - we had to park in the radiology section, but hoped that would be ok. 3. The surgery was wonderfully light and airy and spatially arranged in such a way that each patient could have space and privacy. 4. The staff i have spoken to on the phone were immensely welcoming and efficient, as were the ladies on the desk on arrival 5. The loos were wonderfully clean and airy. 6. Dr. Johnstone was most welcoming and sympathetic. I can't make the next step work, which is to review Dr. J. On only one visit, my experience was very positive. She was clearly listening to what i was saying, and made a very quick referral, for which I am very grateful.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Maslin and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking dermatology care. Because of a history of skin cancer on both sides of my family, I try to receive regular comprehensive skin checks to ensure I am aware of any skin lesions that need to be treted or monitored. I had not had a regular check in several years, but Dr. Maslin put me at ease by taking a thorough accounting of my family history and performing a very thorough check, as well as making sure he answered all of my questions. In addition to being highly professional, Dr. Maslin is extremely friendly and personable. I couldn't have asked for a better skin check and feel confident in the evaluation I received.

I have recently had two procedures within two months, plus outpatient appointments. All members of staff, from receptionist to nursing staff to consultants, were extremely polite, and nothing was too much trouble. I have had two separate consultants, and they were extremely knowledgeable and put me at ease, as I was quite nervous. Their secretaries were very friendly each time I rang through, and nothing was too much trouble. The outpatient department is very modern and spotless. I was very impressed and grateful that so many different eye examinations were performed on me. The in patient department is also spotless, and my meal after my operation was delicious!

Had an appointment with Mr Ofinran after a routine test found irregularities that needed to be checked. Mr Ofinran was great at explaining my initial results in more detail which gave me a better understanding and clarity that things weren’t as bad as I’d interpreted. I had a follow on procedure where Mr Ofinran took biopsies. He was considerate, explained the process whilst he was doing it, and gave me some great follow up advice about what to expect. My results consultation followed form - Mr Ofinran took his time to explain the results of the biopsy and made sure if I had any questions these were answered. I would recommend Mr Ofinran.

Abbi Clinic have been nothing short of incredible in supporting me with my recovery journey. I was really apprehensive about this style of ‘therapy’ but I am so glad that I took their advice and tried it because the structure of the clinic is perfectly curated to individuals needs. The staff at Abbi clinic make every effort to ensure that your journey is personalised by getting to know each individual person and it shows in their care and support. Absolutely amazing surgeon. From consultation to surgery to post-op checkup. I was treated with dignity and kindness throughout my entire process. The personal interactions with the nursing team and Dr Hodgins have been brilliant, I felt like I was a person and not an object or a number. There was some miscommunication between River Medical and Fitzwilliam Clinic about the compression garment but soon cleared up and no issues whatsoever with any communication aside from that.

The stay at Bushey spire was so efficient. I attended at 7.15am, was shown to my room immediately, received regular visits from the nurses, care staff and Mr Iranpour during the next hour. My procedure took place at 8.30am and by 1pm, I was on my way home. Everything was explained to me clearly and concisely and the level of care I received was second to none.
