Excellent care - Cannot fault how Ms Adams and Mr Parker and their teams looked after my mother before, during and after her operation. We paid personally for the operation (~£40k) but our experience with the billing and payments and the wider admin team is in a complete mess. We had to pay up front for everything prior to admission, which was ok, but unexpected (could have been better communicated to us, rather than a sentence lost in some paperwork), and fairly sure the insurance companies which they usually deal with wouldn't do this. One of the payments/billing team then visited my mother in her hospital bed, 4 days after a major abdominal surgery and started demanding more money verbally (to be paid that evening/the next day) with no paperwork/invoice/backup). Some things weren't done as part of the operation and the Consultant messaged us to say that it should be discounted, but no adjustment has been made. I have requested detailed backup on numerous occasions, and nothing has come through. A real shame that the medical and care team have been let down by the Cleveland back office on this occasion.

Dr. Sood has been caring for my daughter since she was just two years old. She’s now sixteen, and in all these years, I cannot fault a single thing about his professionalism, his care, or his expertise. He is one of the most genuinely compassionate and knowledgeable doctors we have ever come across. As a mum I truly mean that! From day one, he made us feel understood, supported, and reassured. His ability to listen, explain, and guide us through every stage of my daughter’s allergy journey has been invaluable. He doesn’t just treat symptoms — he cares about the whole child, and that has made all the difference. Thanks to Dr. Sood, my daughter has grown up feeling safe, informed, and confident in managing her allergies. We are truly grateful for everything he has done for her over the years. I cannot recommend him highly enough. If you are looking for an allergy specialist who combines the best expertise with genuine empathy, Dr. Sood is the one you want without a shadow of doubt.

After a two year gap in contact, I had hoped that I might have had a bit more time to talk about my concerns - particularly some of the stranger sensations that I get from time to time in my chest since my last conversation. However, I was pleased and relieved when he suggested that an echocardiogram be done to see if there had been any further deterioration in the valves, etc and that the appointment came about soon afterwards. However, I have not had an further information about the result and have no idea who would have been in receipt of the information or how to acquire it myself and can only hope that no news is good news. Having been accepted on to Dr Pakrashi's NHS list I fail to understand why he does not receive details of my annual pacemaker check in July. There seems to be very little if any communication between the different NHS groups: monitoring my health which is why I have rated the value of the call so low.

I recently took my 3-year-old to Kidswell when he was feeling unwell, and we had an excellent experience from start to finish. We were able to get a same-day appointment, which was excellent. The reception staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful. The facilities are clearly designed with kids and their parents in mind—bright, comfortable, and reassuring. The doctor who saw us was efficient, thorough, and great with my son, taking the time to make sure we understood everything. The rooms were spotless and well-organized, which added to the sense of calm during a stressful moment. Overall, a very positive and reassuring experience. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone seeking quality care for their children

Through my process of surgery I felt no stone was left unturned in ensuring I had a clear understanding of everything that would occur. She's relentless in trying to find the solution and the right help for me, going over and beyond just to help me. Even if all other ideas fail, she always tries to find another way, not giving up on me. I travel miles to London to see Dr Lafina Diamandis because she is a breath of fresh air, and very worth of my time to see someone like her who is passionate about their job and cares about her patience. I couldn't thank her enough for her help and support. Words can't fully capture it; I'm forever grateful for Dr Lafina's help.

I had a very positive experience at my recent doctor’s appointment. The staff were attentive, friendly, and truly made me feel cared for. I was especially impressed that the doctors themselves came to the waiting area to welcome their patients (shake their hands 🤝) and personally guide them to the examination rooms — a small gesture that makes a big difference. I also appreciated that I was offered help without having to ask repeatedly, which has unfortunately been my experience at my local GP in the past.
