My recovery has been fantastic, having regular appointments with miss Breahna and her team, any queries I email over they answer very quickly. I was intrigued by the services offered, as they seemed too good to be true. I'm a mid-life woman, starting to worry more about my overall health and wellbeing but didn't want to burden the NHS with curiosity! I really just wanted to have an MOT, to spot any underlying issues or potential health concerns. I was really impressed with the whole set up - state of the art machines, beautiful and clean building - with the most relatable, down-to-earth and professional team of experts. I felt in safe hands, and I had all the advice, tests and support I needed to give me a 12 month clean bill of health but with some advice on how to improve and maintain my health and wellbeing. Professor D’Souza is a constant source of reassurance and demonstrates a deep experience in a gentle and thoughtful manner. His approach is very educated, but pragmatic. In the case of my surgery, he gave excellent feedback on what made my revision difficult, while also explaining very clearly intraoperative discoveries that created problems he had to work around. For the first time in 16 years since a severe injury to my nose, I now see the light at the end of the tunnel to this journey and I owe this to Professor D’Souza.

I recently visited for a steroid injection in my shoulder, and the procedure worked exactly as the Mr Macleod explained. It has been both therapeutic and diagnostic, giving me much clearer insight into my condition as well as meaningful relief. The only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that this was a relatively minor procedure. I’m sure if I were to undergo surgery and receive the same level of care, it would easily be a 5 star experience. Overall, very professional, reassuring, and effective care.

Blown away by how quickly and thoroughly I was seen. Feel a real relief already that someone has listened to all factors to really understand me and where I'm at with everything. From attending menopause talk on the Friday, to calling for an appointment Saturday, to seeing Nicky Sunday and getting a prescription. Nicky was so lovely to deal with too! Great service, thank you for helping to get me on track.

Best to make sure someone attends with you to ask the questions you might be to groggy to ask at the time. Would be nice if staff shared communication as I have frozen shoulder and I only had chance to tell the lovely Laura staff nurse who reasured me. Dr Ahmed introduced himself and Ruby too...I had to ask what they found and was given printed details at the end. Overall positive. Thank you!

Although the follow up letter had one piece of possible useful advice I epxoerinced a complete lack of empathy, or interest in what I was explaining during the call. It felt like the psychiatrist was in a hurry to move on having decided it wasn't interested in helping with. I had lost my daughter and this wasn't even mentioned. It ;eft me unseen, unheard and scared. also very upset.

Really simple to order medications. Fairly straightforward experience. The problem starts and ends when the fact that they use Royal mail for deliveries. Had I known, I would have ordered elsewhere. Royal mail consistently mess up on deliveries especially on my area, and it's impossible to get through to customers service (which is non-existent really at Royal Mail).

Mr Singh instils such confidence - and for good reason. This is the second arthritic big toe on which he has operated. In both cases the extreme pain has entirely disappeared.
