I visited the doctor for my child, who was experiencing muscle pain in his chest whenever he got tired during physical training. From the very beginning, the doctor was polite, friendly, and extremely professional. He explained each part of the diagnosis step by step and clearly outlined what he planned to do throughout the treatment. He carefully drilled down into every test to identify the root cause, which gave me a lot of confidence. He was very patient and thorough, making sure everything was clearly understood before moving forward. He also created a safe and comfortable space for parents to ask questions and answered every single question with great patience and clarity. We started with Dr. Shalini late in my pregnancy, around 36 weeks, and we’re so glad we did. The last few weeks of the pregnancy and our baby’s birth were incredible. Shalini walked us through everything with warmth and professionalism, explaining our options with data and science but also with a warmth that felt like family! As a result, I didn’t feel afraid and we were able to greet our baby with joy and calm. She’s been such a wonderful guide as well, sharing stories and helping us over text when needed. She always advocated for us and made sure we were comfortable and happy. We would love to have our second with her, if it’s in the cards!!

I first saw Dr Seth two years ago and recently returned in October/November 2025. He’s exceptional at what he does, and absolutely worth waiting for. He’s also incredibly considerate in the way he coordinates directly with my physio, which removes any risk of miscommunication on my side. My experience once in the practice was very good. Staff friendly and professional. What I found very stressful beforehand was locating the property. The letter that I received from the NHS gave an address of One Medical House which I could not find on any signage. I drove around for 10 mins and was then worried that I would miss my appointment. The letter should be updated to state OSD Healthcare.

All the staff are absolutely amazing, so friendly and professional. I had went in for a second surgery and was still quite nervous and my surgeon helped calm me down. In the recovery area once I woke up the staff were very attentive as well, updating my partner as I went through surgery and recovery to let him know everything was alright and when to come back etc.
