I go to alien aesthetics in worcester and i honestly couldn’t recommend them enough they are so amazing and trustworthy ! Everyone has a medical background in the business, which personally I think it is so important. You are in much safer hands when your practitioner has proper medical training, and it really shows in the care you get and the results you get . They even have a 24/7 aftercare line, which is such a comfort especially when you have just had a fresh procedure. It really shows how much they care about their clients safety and wellbeing. What I really love is that they will only ever do what’s best for you. They are honest and will tell you if it’s too much for your body to take all at once. They genuinely care about achieving natural , balanced results rather than just saying yes to everything and take your money. Even a colleague at work goes there and a family member and they could not recommend them enough either. We all agree the whole team is so professional and friendly and genuinely care about getting the best and safe results for yourself individually The team make you feel completely comfortable , they explain everything clearly , and genuinely care about your results . Everyone is so friendly and kind to talk to. I always reccomend them to anyone considering getting filler or botox procedures, or anyone who wants a dissolve and to start fresh after bad experiences else where. So many places offer cheap deals but cut corners. Alien aesthetics are so professional, safe , and absolutely worth every penny. I would not choose anywhere else ! and everyone who is choosing to start there journey should honestly spend that extra bit of money and go to alien !!

From the moment I arrived at the hospital early in the morning, I was met with such warmth and professionalism. The receptionist who checked me in was friendly and reassuring, setting the tone for what turned out to be an incredibly positive experience. Every single member of staff I encountered from the porter who kindly took me to my room, to the nurses who introduced themselves and made me feel completely at home. Went above and beyond to ensure I felt safe, comfortable, and cared for. The hospital itself was spotlessly clean, calm, and welcoming, which made such a difference to my peace of mind. The nursing team truly stood out: they not only provided excellent care and attention during my stay but also took the time to share their own experiences of the same procedure, which helped to reassure me more than words can say. The recovery nurses were so gentle and attentive after my procedure, and the discharge nurse made sure I had everything I needed before leaving. Every person I met without exception deserves a five-star rating. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion made what could have been a daunting experience feel calm and positive from start to finish. Thank you so much to the entire hospital team for your exceptional care. I am truly grateful and couldn’t have wished for a better experience. You are all absolutely incredible.

Having consulted two other urologists with a considerably overactive bladder (with a constant urge to urinate that caused considerable discomfort) and an enlarged prostrate, without much success, I was extremely grateful Mr Virdi was able to find a solution suited to me. He quickly identified the issue (an enlarged prostrate pressuring my bladder creating constant urge )and proposed a rezum steam ablation, something I’d never heard of. He was patient and understanding and explained the process in a quiet considered manner. He treated me as person, not as a procedure to complete. The procedure I was offered seems to be rarely offered by the NHS and I believe less invasive than other treatments. I feel that Mr Virdi would be perfectly suited to train others on the procedure, so that more patients could benefit. I was quite lucky to be referred to Rivers hospital at which he works. Whilst taking a while to return fully to normal (be patient), the constant urge and discomfort disappeared pretty much soon after. I no longer get up five times a night to urinate and I’m able to ejaculate normally for a 66 year old man. All in all I’m very happy

Mr Sehjal is an excellent doctor, surgeon and consultant and has operated on me twice, once on both hands. He has an excellent patient / bedside manner and made me feel at ease; and is adept in explaining the condition and helping me to understand the treatment and potential required surgery in plain English. Having worked with 100s of world class Harley Street consultants in my previous career at The London Clinic, I have been fortunate to personally experience and work with world class consultants which he is also clearly one of. He is an excellent hand surgeon and has been able to support me in my journey back to health in both my hands. I also really appreciated that despite seeing him as an NHS patient, rather than visiting him privately, I felt that i was given individualised care and I felt that I was being treated and given the same options as someone visiting privately which was impressive to experience. Overall cannot recommend him highly enough for hand surgery.

I am not 14 weeks post second hip replacement .The procedures have been a success and life changing ! I can not thank Mr Shah enough for turning back the years on my life !

Matt is a great listener and devised a personal physio plan for me to help with two MSK problems. The exercises have been really helpful and effective allowing me to return to the lifestyle that I enjoy in a fairly short period of time. Booking an appointment is online but changing and cancellation is easy. There is an assessment consultation and follow up after a suitable period of time. As soon as you are able to "go it alone" Matt will discharge you with an open return. All in all an experience that I can highly recommend for recalcitrant MSK problems.

I contacted Dr Kumar because, following a stroke, the wait on the NHS for the recommended EchoCardiogram was 5.5 months. He arranged that for me within a couple of days and wrote back with the (good) results a few days after that. I then had a person to person consultation where I was able to ask lots of questions. He was highly professional, but what I especially appreciated was his kindness when I asked questions which felt a little silly, but had troubled me about palpitations, etc. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

My hearing test and wax removal from both ears were pain-free even though there was some wax on my actual eardrum. My husband got great advice on how to manage with wax buildup in his ears and on what to do and importantly not to do & when to have it removed. Highly recommended.
