I am at Kingsbridge Hospital for partial knee replacement surgery. Surgical Ward 1 - 28/11/2025. I am writing to express my deepest and sincere thanks for the outstanding care I am receiving during my stay at Kingsbridge Hospital, Ballykelly. The professionalism and kindness I am receiving during my care is outstanding. Sarah, Kerry, Laura & Kim (night staff) from Ward 1 have all been wonderful, nothing was any trouble and I want to thank them for going above and beyond to ensure my well being. Unfortunately, I can’t remember all the names of the staff on ward 1 when I booked in, but again these staff were amazing (Keavsa/luke). I have felt very at ease during my stay and that has come across naturally from you all. You deserve recognition for all your hard work and care you have provided. Please convey my heartfelt thanks to all the staff involved in my care, including the doctors Mr Acton, Dr Brian OG McLary and their team who showed exceptional expertise. Not forgetting the physio. Giacinto is by far one of London's most skilled aesthetic nurse practitioners. Having worked for a group of plastic surgeons in the past, I received my 1st ever botox & fillers treatment on my 50th b'day from a leading Consultant, Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon, Ms Effie Katsarma. After I left the hospital/ industry, I was eager to find an aesthetic nurse practitioner who could maintain her high standard of work. My research eventually led me to Giacinto. I'm particularly fussy & wanted a medically qualified & skillful aesthetic nurse with a keen, creative eye. I knew instantly Giacinto was exceptional. He has been maintaining my ongoing botox requirements for approx the past 7/8 yrs. I've also recently had profilio & fillers for the 1st time at his Harley St practice. He never tries to upsell, is highly knowledgeable & always achieves a fantastic aesthetic result (no bruising!). He is an absolute pleasure to deal with, I trust him implicitly & wouldn't dream of going to anyone else... I highly recommend him.

The assessment visit was fine in that I walked away with a clear diagnosis and a plan, but the experience was a little hectic due to cleaners coming in to prepare for the next appointment while we were still there, and the dr needing to take urgent calls as she was on duty at the time. The team I speak with are all very friendly but there seems to be a disconnect between the information exchanged on emails and whatsapp. I feel this may have led to a delay in starting treatment. Again, it's fine because I got it in the end, but there may be some part of the process/line of communication that needs review/improving. My initial virtual visit was at risk of being cancelled due to where I was having the call from. Thankfully, the doctor was able to accommodate another slot on the same day. I noticed that there is now a clear statement on the booking confirmation re: need to be in a private space for virtual calls, which is good.

I visited Chapter One with my 4 year old child, we both had an appointment with Ashley. The practice is immaculate, beautifully designed and feels more like a luxury spa than a dental practice. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, we were made to feel welcome and relaxed. Ashley was charming, instantly putting us at ease, involving my daughter with everything she was doing and making it a fun experience. With regards to my appointment, Ashley was very informative, ensuring I had time to ask questions and I left assured I was in highly capable hands. All the equipment was state of the art and I now have ultimate confidence in my dental routine. Easily the most professional and positive dental visit I have had, I would thoroughly recommend Chapter One and will be signing up to one of their care plans for my family.

Spire St Anthony's Hospital

I received warm, well informed professional attention throughout my care at St Anthony's Hospital; from outpatients through to discharge. The room was clean, well heated and ventilated, equipment checked and the armchairs comfortable. The unit was quiet. Nursing staff answered call bells promptly and with kindness and a smile. No request was considered a problem. Their level of knowledge and professionalism was excellent along with the standard of care. Physiotherapy care was also excellent and given with respect to my individual needs. Recovery staff were informative and reassuring. Excellent care there too. I include catering staff who also took care in their work. A few glitches with the electronics on the bed and the new bathroom which received prompt attention - the unit has been recently renovated.

I recently underwent surgery at Kingsbridge Private Hospital, and I genuinely cannot put into words how grateful I am for the incredible care I received. From the moment my procedure was over, the nurses were by my side — kind, patient, and so comforting. They made me feel safe and completely at ease during a time that could have been overwhelming. My surgeon and nurse continued that same level of warmth and support throughout my aftercare. Their reassurance, responsiveness, and genuine concern for my wellbeing meant more to me than they probably realise. Their care and attention were truly outstanding — compassionate, professional, and heartfelt in every way. I am so thankful to each and every one of them, and I could not recommend Kingsbridge highly enough.

They kept treating each symptom individually rather than looking at me as a whole. A few years of going backwards and forwards. Stress! With Dr Nikki, within the 30 minute consultation I felt heard, all symptoms were put together and a treatment plan was formed. It all made sense and everything was explained. Medication prescribed and ordered, report received and a report sent to my own GP, all within a few hours. Future follow up already booked. That is what you call professionalism, efficiency and having very knowledgeable doctors who understand the female body. Wish I had booked them sooner. I would highly recommend them.

My experience has been outstanding. From the first phone call to leaving the thornbury hospital. Hannah the centre manager and Farqi treated me amazingly. I felt safe in the cleanest, calmest environment. The information I received was top notch and I have never experienced such kindness to me. Dr Ibrahim was very kind and I felt that someone was finally listening to me after many months. The staff at the Royal Hallamshire, particularly Nancy and Lisa also went the extra mile and again were very kind. I cannot recommend Mr Decadt anymore. The informed consent and comprehensive discussion was my first step. Then his whole team not just specialists Nurses but dietitian's as well. They clearly work as a team and the after care for more than two years on and offer of psychological support if needed is a true testament to the holistic approach Dr Decadt and the team provide. Mr Abdul is an excellent consultant explaining all the options available to me, talking through each one to be able to make the best decision for myself. Never felt rushed and listened to everything I needed to say, even on the morning of the surgery. The nurses anaesthetist, kitchen staff, and everyone at the Nuffield were very kind, caring and made the whole experience much nicer.

I saw doctor Greenblatt recently for a body mole check. She had a wonderful bedside manner and was very knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable in her presence. She put my mind at ease that there were no issues. I intend returning every couple of years for mole checks or for any other issues. I would highly recommend her.

My experience with Dr Husseini was excellent. He was very reassuring and explained my condition to me. He gave me a great deal of confidence in my health improving going forward.
