I accompanied my teenage daughter to visit Dr Jog, following an initial consultation where my husband had been present. During the initial consultation, I had been overseas with work and because of the conviction my husband spoke about Dr Jog, I felt reassured and comforted that my daughter was in safe hands. Not being home for such a significant consultation was difficult but Dr Jog’s professionalism, confidence and assurance, as relayed by both my daughter and husband, made it a little easier for me. When it was time for our next consultation, we were apprehensive but were immediately put at ease by Dr Jog. She was sensitive to my daughter’s feelings, treated her with respect and grace, and spoke to her clearly without ambiguity. Dr Jog’s presence and conduct throughout our interactions was refreshing and reassuring. We would have rather not needed to attend the clinic at all, however I am grateful to Dr Jog for making the experience as positive as she did, for her kind words to my daughter and most importantly giving my daughter confidence on leaving the hospital to conquer the world! She is a true role model to young women.

I had my upper Bleph done with Dr Huw last week and I can’t even explain how much better the experience was than I had imagined. I was expecting it to be a lot more traumatic procedure wise, and to have really bad bruising etc judging from the other peoples I’d seen online! From start to finish Huw was so professional but just very down to earth and honest. I got really good vibes from the very first consultation, I always go on my gut feeling and knew he was the person I wanted to do my surgery. I like that he prefers to do a more natural enhancement than completely change your look! I didnt feel any pain throughout the surgery and felt very comfortable from start to finish, my results I am so so happy with! I didn’t bruise or look how I imagined, I know it’s down to skin type /the individual etc but I’m sure the majority of it is down to the surgeon which shows how good Dr Hew is at his job. I can’t recommend him enough and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to have this treatment done. I feel so much more confident too. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Mr Cazzaniga told me more about my adrenal and kidney lesions in 30 mins than I had learnt over the past eleven months. Armed with that information I was able to challenge my nhs doctor on the decision to proceed with a biopsy on my kidney before completing tests to determine whether I had cushings syndrome and if the adrenal lesion was malignant. Mr Cazziniga had explained very clearly why it could be fatal to go ahead with the biopsy of the kidney lesion before completing these. . He explained why he suspected I had kidney cancer. It is strange to say, but it was the best £*** I have ever spent. Although I still do not have a definitive diagnosis I now know what is required. I have requested another appointment with Mr Cazziniga to test me for adrenal gland cancer and cushings syndrome. I will be forever thankful He managed to save my life before I even received a diagnosis. With my gained knowledge I hope to move forward more quickly. My only regret is not seeing him sooner.

Sarah is a super friendly and helpful physiotherapist. She designs my plan, demonstrating and then watching me do the exercises to ensure I am doing them correctly. She also determines the correct weight for each exercise which I would not have had any idea about. My lower back sciatic type pain is improving as is my strength. The MoveHealth App is excellent and I can log my progress there and see videos of each exercise to check between reviews I am doing them correctly. The location is perfect for me and each review session has been helpful for my progress. There is no pressure to have a review - only when it seems appropriate. Very happy and grateful for Sarah's expertise and guidance.

My most recent visit was for an MRI scan which occurred in in the mobile unit. My oncologist requested a full spinal scan as well as a head and neck scan. The radiographer told me that this wasn’t possible then proceeded to ask me to choose one or the other. I wasn’t qualified to make this decision as both were equally important. There was insufficient information given as to the reason for not being able to have the scans I was booked in for, which really wasn’t good enough. Having waited quite a few weeks for this appointment I am annoyed that I will have to return next week to have the spinal scan. I expect better.

I have been with Professor Sanderson at London Digestion for more than 10 years. As always he puts you at ease, listens to your concerns and is friendly and extremely professional. He is an expert in the treatment of Crohn’s Disease and is the only specialist that I have seen in the 30+ years that I have had Crohn’s, who has really understood and treated my Crohn’s properly, hence why I continue to have him as my specialist despite no longer living in the area. I very highly recommend London Digestion, Professor Sanderson and all of his friendly staff.

Positive perks - the waiting room had adjustable height chairs meaning I didn't have to struggle getting in and out of chairs! Dr Chinoy didn't judge me, or make me feel rushed or that I was an inconvenience (something I have grown accustomed to from the nhs). Despite my symptoms not fitting in with his specialities he recommended a colleague who he feels confident would be able to meet my needs. Although private care is hard on my wallet as a self funder, the advice, treatment and service I received overall made it more than worthwhile.

The hospital had a nice atmosphere, it was busy. Some of the tables and chairs look worn and out of place. Staff I encountered were friendly. I wasn't offered what I discovered were complimentary drinks. The carpark is very busy and overflowing.
