We spoke to Boris Mundweil and Marina Mutapcic-Mundweil, the husband and wife team at Clinic Dr Mundweil. Within the dental practice in Munich, Marina is the practice manager and Boris is the dental practice owner and one of the dentists working within the clinic.

Why did you choose to join Doctify?

We made the decision to join Doctify as it was an easy way of collecting reviews. There is great value in gathering feedback from patients.

We also wanted to feature reviews on our practice website, instilling confidence in people researching dental treatments by letting them know more about the care that they can expect from us and our team.

Collecting reviews has been easy with Doctify. It is fast, simple and also anonymous for patients.

When we ask patients to leave reviews, we can now offer them one of our multiple collection methods, which has helped us to achieve a good volume of feedback. We have QR code stands in our waiting area that patients can scan to leave reviews. We also have a review collection tablet in the practice. Our review link and QR code are also included in the letters and SMS messages that we send to patients.

We include the reviews that we collect on our website. Their prominent presentation within the Doctify Review Boxes instils trust in new patients looking to book appointments with us.
