Therefore I would like to take this opportunity to say thankyou to the radiographers who looked after me ~ Rob, Dan and Emma (HCA) and of course Mr Matthias Radatz.

I stayed at the Phoenix Hospital on 31 July 2023. I cannot rate the hospital highly enough!! Every single person I came into contact with was lovely! Before deciding on surgery, I did a lot of research on hospitals and surgeons and chose Mr Nigel Carver. During my consultation, he gave me all the information I needed about the procedure. I put all my trust in him and I’m so glad I did! Three weeks after surgery I’m already ecstatic with the outcome! On top of being an amazing surgeon, Mr Carver genuinely cares about his patients. I am so pleased I chose Mr Carver. I’d recommend him to anyone considering surgery! On the day of the surgery I was taken down to theatre by Brian, who was so kind and even let me hold his hand because I was scared of having the cannula in my hand. I’m so grateful to him for that. I couldn’t have asked for a lovelier person to be with me as I went into theatre. The nursing staff were absolutely amazing too. Although every nurse was lovely, I’d particularly like to thank Beth for her compassion and kindness during the night shift. What a wonderful lady!! My whole experience with the Phoenix Hospital was amazing and I’d recommend anyone to go there, you won’t be disappointed!

Visited today for an appointment with Gemma. Such an impressive clinic from the minute you walk in! Met by the loveliest reception staff and Gemma was incredible!
