The overall experience with Blackheath hospital has been good. All of the staff were friendly to me. All of my appointments were on time. Although there was an issue on my surgery date, the hospital manged to resolve it in a timely manner which did not cause any delay to my procedure. One thing the hospital needs to improve may be that the parking spaces are very limited.

The visit to LBH was an excellent experience on every level. the staff encountered on my visit were courteous and helpful at all time. the consultant informed me on a slight delay. When i went in for my consultation he assured me there was no rush so i didn't feel my time with him was compromised in any way.
