The whitely clinic is a first class facility with first class staff. It is a very friendly place and at all times you are made to feel very comfortable. Professor Whitely is so professional and friendly. He tells you exactly what is wrong and how to rectify it . `the perfect place if you need your veins correcting.

I have had 3 sessions here. I feel very safe, cared for and it's a pleasure to to work with all those involved. I thank them all from the bottom of my heart for saving my life and with so much kindness for what is a brutal treatment. 🙏 Thank you

Very inconvenient. Misleading information. Confused. Not offering help. The receptionist was unable to provide information or guidance with regard to my appointment. Made me wait till my appointment time passed and asked me to come another day. This is so disappointing and frustrating.

Staff were efficient and friendly. The hospital is maintained to a high standard.

admission was only 3 hours before you asked me to report to the ward. When I attended the ward in question, no one knew anything about my admission. I was eventually informed that I could check in at 3.00 as arranged for my bloods.When I arrived no one knew anything about taking bloods. They were taken about 4.30. The ward manager agreed I could be moved into a private room after my operation, which I was. On the whole ward staff were very attentive and friendly. Breakfast the following morning was a joke…..2 rounds of cold toast, butter and marmalade with a small carton of orange juice. Lunch was luke warm chinese, followed by ice cream. I had to chase staff for around 2 hours to get my discharge letter drawn up. Considering the experience cost me around £10,000, I doubt I would use the facility again.

It was a bit hard to find the exact location as it's a big hospital. The waiting room could have had some magazines or reading materials as I was waiting. Enjoyed the coffee though!
