Dr Mohamed Abbas was fantastic throughout all the 6 PRP Sessions. He was friendly, always greeted with a smile, patient, went above and beyond, and answered all questions without hesitation. Very efficient in terms of communication. Good reception by staff on arrival for my procedure and aftetwards. Good quality room for my day stay. Well fed and watered aftetwards. Good information given pre-departure about what to expect during recovery period.

It was a bit hard to find the exact location as it's a big hospital. The waiting room could have had some magazines or reading materials as I was waiting. Enjoyed the coffee though!
