Very inconvenient. Misleading information. Confused. Not offering help. The receptionist was unable to provide information or guidance with regard to my appointment. Made me wait till my appointment time passed and asked me to come another day. This is so disappointing and frustrating.

I was quite pleased with Tunica Diagnostics because of their skilled technicians, timely scheduling and reporting, and, I must add, exceptional patient care. Anyone in need of vascular ultrasound imaging services may trust them to deliver high-quality results. Highly recommended!

admission was only 3 hours before you asked me to report to the ward. When I attended the ward in question, no one knew anything about my admission. I was eventually informed that I could check in at 3.00 as arranged for my bloods.When I arrived no one knew anything about taking bloods. They were taken about 4.30. The ward manager agreed I could be moved into a private room after my operation, which I was. On the whole ward staff were very attentive and friendly. Breakfast the following morning was a joke…..2 rounds of cold toast, butter and marmalade with a small carton of orange juice. Lunch was luke warm chinese, followed by ice cream. I had to chase staff for around 2 hours to get my discharge letter drawn up. Considering the experience cost me around £10,000, I doubt I would use the facility again.

Friendly staff and comfortable environment. Staff supporting Dr Lyon and conducting blood tests, ECGs, Holter monitors, etc are especially welcoming and helpful.

Everyone was extremely helpful and professional.
