Mr Sahai has carried me along through this entire journey since it was discovered I needed surgical intervention to prevent my left kidney function. He has literally held my hands all through reassuring me and even letting me know I was free to to seek a second opinion when I was initially hesitant to go ahead with the recommended procedure. My hesitance had nothing to do with my confidence in his expertise but was more from my trepidation about the recovery journey as I was having some PTSD from previous surgeons who had not managed me optimally. But I eventually came round and Mr Sahai performed my procedure successfully with the aftercare from him being very exceptional. I am really appreciative.

Despite our late arrival because of traffic issues Professor Eden was understanding and very professional. His explanations and options were clear and reassuring.

Mr. Samsudin was very professional and calming throughout the process, from initial consultation through to post-operation. He gave frank and honest explanations of the possible complications due to my particular circumstances, if anything downplaying the likely success of the procedure. In the event, the operation was a total success and I am thrilled with the result.
