He was amazing

I am so grateful to Professor Persad for his extraordinary expertise, his rapid diagnosis of my PUJ obstruction, and his patient kindness. I was given peace of mind very quickly (obviously, I assumed the worst) and he clearly explained what the solution was likely to be, as well as being available to answer questions. My painful and concerning kidney problem couldn't have been treated more efficiently or pleasantly.

The advice I had was exceptionally clear and explained symptoms I'd had for some time. Mr Khan handled the sensitive subject we were dealing with, with a combination of tact and good humour that put me at my ease before he conducted the physical exam.

Excellent keeps me informed of everything, listens to any of my concerns - in my view an excellent consultant with a lovely personality.

Mr Muir was calm, authoritative and explained what would happen during the procedure. The procedure did not produce instant results but he explained what was needed, prescribed a tablet to bring forward the improvements in my health and his treatment worked. I am very happy with the outcome as I now have a normally functioning bladder which does not require me to frequently empty it at short notice. Life is much more comfortable as a result.
