I believe my surgeon is based here temporarily so was a pleasant experience, I want given an awful lot of context but pleasant enough space.

We had a great experience at Lister Clinic. The team of nurses were especially kind and lovely. They were very approachable and responded in a very timely manner. The only criticism I would have is the waiting times can be a bit excessive.

The Platinum Medical Centre was very clean and the staff were all professional.

There was an out of date certificate of cleanliness in the Reception area. While I was in the waiting bay, nurses were talking loudly about “the woman in bay 7” which was me and whether I would leave before the afternoon clinic began. It made me feel uncomfortable.

Great hospital and with caring staff. Highly recommended
