Dr Mohamed Abbas was fantastic throughout all the 6 PRP Sessions. He was friendly, always greeted with a smile, patient, went above and beyond, and answered all questions without hesitation. All staff at Shirley Oaks are lovely. I felt looked after and cared for throughout, from reception staff booking appointments, through scans/blood tests etc to the day of the procedure- I stayed overnight and the nursing staff couldn’t do enough for me. The catering staff were also lovely. My anaesthetist met with me before and checked in with me after the procedure, he explained everything clearly and put me at ease- I had complete trust in him. Can’t fault the care I received from all.
