From my first consultation Mr Abboudi was polite, attentive and took time to explain all the options for treatment. His knowledge and experience were self evident. He detailed the risks of the chosen procedure for a person of my age and medical history and was extremely diligent in pursuing pre operative indications of possible problems. He provided timely updates to my GP and did everything he could to ensure that my admission to hospital ran smoothly. I was particularly impressed that he took time out to contact my partner personally to advise him of the surgical outcome. His post operative care was also very attentive. I have no hesitation in recommending him as an excellent surgeon and caring individual.

I am 61 years old and reasonably healthy but I have been struggling with ED for several years. I also suffered a penile trauma in 2021, which exacerbated my ED. In November and December 2022, I saw Dr Castiglione for 7 shockwave sessions, with the final session including the p-shot injection. The treatment sessions lasted about 20mins each, and Dr Castiglione always made me feel at ease. In addition to the shockwave treatment, I was prescribed Tadalafil 5mg per day, and I use a penis pump most days. I was recommended to Mr Bott by the urology team at Royal Surrey at Guildford. I arrived at Spire Clare Park for the first of 2 operations on my kidneys to clear the stones. Clare Park is an amazing place so different from other hospitals I have attended. The staff are very friendly and super efficient. My room was very pleasant and the treatment I received after my 2 operations was wonderful. The night nurses were so kind making sure I had enough of the correct pain medication so I could sleep. Breakfast was a great surprise and I found out that 3 chefs looked after us. Mr Bott carefully explained what he and his team were going to do. What a kind group they were full of humour but super efficient. As promised Mr Bott performed the stones removal as promised. The nurses including Craig and Melanie were wonderful making sure I had everything I needed. I arrive tomorrow to see Mel and get my stent removed.
