I had a Retzius spring prostatectomy with Mr Sridhar on 1st August 2023 at WMS London. I know I am one of many that he cares for, but, I wanted to thank him and his team for such a successful outcome to my operation. I had a non-nerve sparing op, and I understood the implications. I had not expected such a positive outcome regarding my continence, which has been way above what I had planned and readied myself for. I have been 99% dry since the catheter was removed and have not needed to resort to the use of pads at all. I consider the operation to have been a resounding success. The Retzius / bladder neck sparing definitely worked for me. I have been informed that I had a clear margin regarding the prostate pathology, and all being well, with continued pelvic floor exercises, I am now able to continue my life with a confidence and positivity, which would not have been possible were it not for your speciality and that of your colleagues.

Dr Pati, fixed my embarrassing problem for which I am very grateful for. I had a exploratory operation which I was very nervous about but it needed to be done. Dr Pati is highly skilled to do what she did without any side/after effects. Thank you Dr Pati.

Mr Kulkarni has a very calm and professional manner which is important to me when dealing with health issues. He explained everything very clearly during my initial consultation and I left with confidence that he was the right surgeon for me. On the day of my surgery Mr Kulkarni’s bedside manner was again very calm and professional and he took time to explain everything clearly. The surgery was successful and I am very happy with the results.

Mr Erotocritou was extremely professional and had a lovely manner that put us at ease after a difficult diagnosis. All details of my father’s investigations and subsequent treatment were all explained to us thoroughly and in a manner in which we could understand. We found him to be a kind and caring consultant and we would not hesitate to recommend him to all my family and friends.
