Diana looked after me during my time in the hospital for surgery. From the moment she collected me at reception she ensured that I was fully informed about what would take place and when. She was also a constant support i could rely on for all my needs throughout the day. She is very organised which I appreciated as it meant things happened when they were supposed to. It is quite clear that she has empathy for patients and this, I expect, is one of the reasons why the care she provides is so wonderful. Harley Street is such a professional establishment. Every individual that I dealt with was so accommodating and efficient. There is nothing I appreciate more than people who deliver on promises. It was difficult for me coming from Ireland for the operation but was made so much easier by the actions of Alison, Yasmina, Charlotte, Adrian, Ronald, Raghbir, Diana, Allessandro, Bea and others. Thank you so very much.
