LIPS has been efficient, responsive and empathetic in getting my treatment organised and delivered from start to finish. When you are trying to manage pain, you need the support of a team 'in your corner' and I had that throughout my care. I am deeply grateful for the care that has led to my full recovery.

Dr Mohamed Abbas was fantastic throughout all the 6 PRP Sessions. He was friendly, always greeted with a smile, patient, went above and beyond, and answered all questions without hesitation. I was looked after at the RNOH when I was undergoing major spinal surgery, March 2024. The staff there were amazing, from when we arrived a day early, they still accommodated for us, to just coming in and checking up on me regularly. They are all really friendly and will come and help you quickly if you need something. The hospital itself is in a really nice area, surrounded by lots of trees and the countryside, so a very nice place to look out of from your window in your room, or when you are having a walk around. The garden was lovely too, it allowed a chance to be able just to have a short walk outside without having to go too far away from your room. The food was good, compared to lots of other hospital catering, and there were always snacks and drinks by your bed if you every get hungry. Overall, it is a really good hospital!

Very efficient in terms of communication. Good reception by staff on arrival for my procedure and aftetwards. Good quality room for my day stay. Well fed and watered aftetwards. Good information given pre-departure about what to expect during recovery period.
