The admin team are very friendly and helpful. Ms. Homa Arshad is also very kind, patient and happy to spend time answering questions and explaining everything in detail. I wish the surgery could be scheduled for sooner and I don't really understand why it cannot. Other than this, I have been very happy with the service.

I had an excellent experience at Chelsea Outpatient Centre. The reception staff were very helpful and the waiting areas were very clean. The consultant I saw was in no rush and took the appropriate amount of time to understand and treat my issue. I highly recommend.
