The Cleveland Clinic on Portland Road was absolutely immaculate. The staff couldn’t have been nicer, right from the man who saw me into the building all the way to the receptionists, who did everything I’d asked of them without question. This is really appreciated from someone who get nervous of entering any kind of medical building. Thank you!

I am only rating the facility here. Although modern and new, the room was very basic and small - not even a TV. Also there wasn't much privacy as there were construction workers on the opposite building. I was still 'high' on anaesthetic so I couldn't even word it to ask for the blinds to be closed.

I was very impressed just how friendly ALL the staff were especially considering just how busy they were at that time of the morning!(7:00 am) Prompt attendance and thorough checks done made me feel very confident as a first time attendee.
