Very good service

I was spoken to immediately on arrival and kept informed of what was happening. I waited longer for the first op than the second as I was further down the queue, but I was the first one to go to theatre on the second occasion. Friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere, no complaints and had a nice cup of tea and a couple of biscuits when it was over. Can I please add that Mr Kersey's personal secretary seems remarkably efficient and has been extremely pleasant and helpful at all times, the latter being especially important as a first contact (I speak as a retired HR Director!).
